Chugh, LLP gets 5 stars. I am very grateful for their services. I came in to meet with Mr. Arjun…read moreSharma. This man radiates confidence and professionalism, he has an energy to him that really just makes you feel comfortable. I am starting a lifestyle business of living a positive lifestyle filled with joy and happiness. Mr. Sharma worked with me on the LLC and trademark information. I am not familiar with laws related to entrepreneurship, but Mr. Sharma converts complexity into simplicity. I was also introduced to a wonderful lady named Prema Roddam. She is also an attorney and radiates positive energy just like Mr. Sharma. Positivity and joy must be contagious in that office. Mr. Sharma also introduced me to a very intellectual intern named Simran. She is very delightful and obsessed with hard work. They also are having a health awareness month, which shows you how important health and happiness is in the office. Everyone there made me extremely comfortable and I am so happy and grateful to have Chugh, LLP in my life. My business feels safe and ready to change the world. Thank you Chugh, LLP.

She helped me in 2004 and I was very satisfied with everything, including the final outcome. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. The office moved from Raritan Rd to Walnut Ave., which has ground level entry and an elevator. This move eliminates the flight of (indoor) stairs to reach the office.

I would not recommend this attorney based on my family's experience…read more This attorney represented my uncle in a guardianship case involving my grandmother. What happened to our family is something I will never forget. My mother and I were in the home asleep when my grandmother was taken from the house and placed in a nursing home. Imagine waking up and realizing that an elderly family member has been taken out of her own home while you were sleeping. Whatever someone may think about the family circumstances, there was a human being at the center of this case -- my grandmother. To us, she was not a case number, an estate, or a source of legal fees. She was our family. I understand that an attorney represents their client. But there comes a point where the legal process has real human consequences, and in our experience, compassion seemed to be nowhere to be found. The entire experience left me feeling that the pursuit of control, money, and legal fees became more important than the people whose lives were being turned upside down. Watching a family go through something this painful and feeling like everything could simply be reduced to paperwork, court filings, and financial interests is heartbreaking. I will never forget how this was handled or how it made my family feel. If you are considering hiring this attorney, I strongly encourage you to ask questions about every possible consequence, every fee, and exactly what could happen to your loved one before moving forward. People may forget a court case. Families don't forget what happens to the people they love.
