So, everyone knows squatters are a thing, but to actually deal with the situation is daunting to say the least. On top of that, this case was very complex and multiple other firms I contacted were unsure of how to proceed. I contacted Lawrence Centanni and he immediately understood the situation and was able to guide on the next steps. I then worked closely with Eileen, another attorney at the firm, who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this area. Both attorneys were involved and made time to advise and represent throughout the process. The entire office was friendly, and anytime I called, someone answered promptly. The firm also communicated effectively via email. Overall, the process was smooth and I couldn't have done this without their team. Seriously, thank you to everyone involved.

First told my husband they couldn't work with him just to turn around and change their mind. The dropped the second passenger with NO EXPLANATION. And after working with them for three months they dropped me ON THE DAY OF MY FIRST HEARING because I moved out of state a month ago. I have been communicating with them and doing everything they asked but they still dropped me. My attorney tells me it's what her boss wants because HE doesn't feel comfortable working with me. I move a month ago and they waiting this long and on the day of my hearing To leaving me in the dust and tell me they cannot help me. Karma is real and I know it is going to come for this company. In addition to the closing itself, they really pushed to ensure everything aligned and got done. He is a highly skilled negotiator and offered insightful advice to me throughout the process. Alexandra was always on point with making sure things were moving along and informed me every step of the way! I highly recommend this practice. Experienced, professional, and knowledgable.

Larry !!! I think I am gonna be afraid of this name for the rest of my life…read more.. Zero professionalism, I have purchased a property and he was my attorney and we never had any issues. I went back to them for selling my property. I would regret this forever. To begin with, I am not a new client, and on the day of closing, he had no clue about my immigration status or SSN/tax details or basic details about my husband. If a title company suggests something, he is supposed to back me up according to my needs, but he failed on it miserably representing me. The cherry on the cake: After all the mess, when I asked him what went wrong, why was he not on the top of the game... his classic response was... a terrible unprofessional word #@!$%&****, you guys got your check, now you may hit the door and never come back into my office. I had no choice but to give a 1/5, have I had a choice that would be a -5/5.
