I just sat through and listened to a conversation that their alleged attorney, Maya, had with a client. First of all, what kind of attorney does not give her last name? Quick google search and you will find that Maya Vax is an attorney registered with Vax Law PC with an office at 2357 Coney Island Avenue. Same office as Erik Ikhilov who was retained originally. She's been admitted to practice law since 2015. Rude, terrible people skills, argumentative, etc... She literally accused the person for going to an office that is not run by people she is associated with. WOW! She said that there's no case and NEVER ADVISED THAT THERE'S AN ACTUAL OFFER FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. UNETHICAL to the tenth degree! Their own paralegal has said that the insurance adjuster has been trying to contact them countless times and an attorney "was not available to talk to him". Then she spoke to Oleg/Erik Ikhilov who hung up the phone and said to go elsewhere after literally lying and stating that Maya gave the offer from the insurance company. I am baffled right now. How can an attorney in this case attorneys, who have pledged to be the voice of their clients and swore to uphold the law act this way??? Terrible service. Beyond anything I have ever seen or heard. Fake positive reviews from people that work in the office and friends. Absolute disregard to any ethical procedures. If you have been hurt by these people reach out and make a complain, this is not ok. You are victims in this and should not be treated this way.

Mr. Ikhilov I can only suggest that you remind yourself about how to correctly and ethically treat your clients and reach out with the supposed offer from the insurance company and finish this in a respectful manner. read more
