UPDATE 3/26 The way I was treated behind my back till this day affects me. Apparently I was "too much time spent on" not worthy, charged me a premium and had someone who didn't even get his law degree yet represent me. By the way spodek will not represent you. His unqualified "lawyers" who didn't pass the bar exam will. Shady business Absolutely disgusting behavior from front desk ms Williams. And empty promises. Honest opinion. Never met Spodek once. Representation and communication was weak and the rate for service were high. After 32 hrs of community service $5000 and a stain on my record, DEFINITIVELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR HIRE Mind you my charges were 2 misdemeanors and I had a clean record. Funny part is. I was actually the victim in it all. Not pleased. Please save your money and go to another firm. Shapiro is a must ! I've attached a photo of how dismissive spodek is and even talked in a way that made me fear him for not taking down the honest review. But I think people should know the kind of firm this is. Also the guy in the photo is the one who did not pass the exam and was presenting me. read more

Spodek Law Group - Main concern is for me to take down my honest review. 0 concern with my experience. - Criminal Defense Law Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

we hire the Spodek law for EBT violation , they are the biggest scammers, they run bot accounts and fake reviews all over the internet but NONE of them are true ..They always tell we have very strong case , they will dismiss everything ,,,lies..WE THOUGHT WE GOT very good lawyer because of reviews but he works with the team of bot account and fake reviews ..stay away read more

A big thank you to Spodek Law Group, and Alex Zhik in particular! Their prompt response, attentiveness and professionalism was very refreshing. Alex took the time to walk me through the legal process and provided helpful information in regards to a friend's situation (mind you Alex provided this amazing service at around 10:30pm at night, the day before a major holiday). You can tell that they truly care! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal services. read more

Mary, Alex, Ishon and Todd; are phenomena! They worked with me and held my hand, through a very tough and arduous time. My case streeetched out for almost 3years. I am so thankful. They never let go of me and I am grateful. I got vindication and most importantly, justice. Even in a CoVid, virtual court climate. If I could give them 100 stars I would! read more

I won't go into too many details on here but let me highlight a few points: Efficient - these guys were always on time and on point. The service and the time you get with these guys; you're treated like a high profile client. Any questions or concerns I had; Alex got back to me almost immediately or in a timely manner via text, call or email. Personable - Alex is literally my new bestie - I could text him at any time in the day to ask a legal question or to vent or to bitch or whatever; he made me feel like I was the firm's only client. I never ever had to leave a message with a receptionist to wait for a random team member to get back to me. I dealt with the same person all the way through - from beginning to End Accommodating - these guys work with your budget. Once you sign on with them; you gain access to an internal portal system that literally makes it easy for you to make payments and it alerts you of any upcoming court appearances , etc. whenever I asked for a document; Alex sent it to me via the portal almost immediately. Todd is very honest, knowledgeable and strategic- I didn't read his bio so I don't know how long he's been doing this but he is literally amazing when it comes to putting together a strategy specific to your situation to enhance the likeliness of things going in your favor . In addition it helps that he has great relationships within the justice system - he understands the judge's temperament and will cater to him/ her accordingly There's not enough time honestly or space for me to include everything on here about how great my experience was with Spodek - just know I HIGHLY recommend them- they are young, driven, experienced professionals who invest time in giving their clients the most optimal experience - this is the one time where I honestly got MORE than what I paid for This case could have changed our lives for the worst but Spodek somehow made the impossible happen and the outcome was favorable for me and my family, and I can confidently say that things could have gone differently if I didn't have this team behind me. read more

Alex Z. was an amazing help. They helped me correct a false report made against me. They were professional, respectful and explained the entire process to me in great detail. Their online website is organized and easy to use/understand. I was always able to get in touch with Alex and he was more than helpful with answering any of my questions or concerns. I'm extremely appreciative of the help and representation that I received! Thank you! Highly recommend this firm to anyone who's looking! read more

After searching tirelessly for a law firm, I was recommended Spodek Law Group. Alex Z. was able to see me the same day. Obviously shaken by the events that had taken place, Alex walked me through the entire legal process. I was very impressed by Alex, the paralegal, so imagine how impressed I was when I met with Todd the next day. Todd confidentially told me that he would get me the most favorable outcome and that my life would return to normal. I hired Spodek Law Group that same day, and they immediately went to work. Communicating with all impacted parties and proactively getting ahead of anything that might be detrimental to my case. The team is professional, responsive, and more importantly they are human. They understand that when people come to them, they are scared and stressed out. By hiring Spodek Law Group, they lifted the burden off my shoulders. Happy that I retained them, I'm MORE than happy with my outcome. read more

Mr Spodek and the firm have helped me immensely. Tons of credit guiding me through my personal situation. I would personally recommend this firm to anyone looking for any legal advice. So many great adjectives to describe Todd Spodek... He is incredibly helpful, patient, sensitive, and always available. Todd Spodek will be the reason Yelp adds more stars to their review because 5 is not enough. His crew of attorneys are top notch professionals that get the job done better than anyone else. What impressed me the most was that behind the vast experience and the remarkable resumes were REAL people that cared and CALLED YOU BACK PROMPTLY, a team that treated you with respect. The respect and professionalism they they offer are key but hey, there is something else they do better then ANYONE else in NYC... They Win... Do your self a favor and hire these guys, you will be glad you did. read more

I would like to say that I never regretted walking into the Spodek Law offices because I was very satisfied with their services and I was treated with the utmost respect. I want to thank the Spodek Law Team of Yuriy Yaroslavskiy, Alexander Zhik, and Todd Spodek for all their help. I was very pleased and happy with how both of my cases ended. They are very professional, helpful, and put their client's needs first. If I wasn't happy, they weren't happy. They always made themselves available either via email (great website), telephone, and/or in person. They are very patient and answered all my questions until I fully understand them (and trust me, I had a lot of questions..lol). From the last most recent case, the result ended so positively that from my understanding, cases like this never ends this way (this comment also came from a public defender who told me before I came to Spodek Law that it is impossible and DA would never agree to that offer). However, like I said Spodek put their client's needs first and if I'm happy, then they are happy. I would highly recommend the Spodek Law Group to anyone. If ever I need their services again, they are the first and only people I will call for legal help. I am thankful and grateful. Thanks again Yuriy, Alex, and Todd read more
