The previous law firms were run and operated by very nice people, but they were not very well organized. It's no exaggeration to say that mine, was the short sale from hell. In total in took six years to complete the short sale. I had pretty complete resigned myself to thinking that this thing was never going to get completed because there were three banks involved. They did not want to play nice with each other, we lost several buyers because of this. I had squatters move into the house three times because it was vacant for so long. The police were utterly useless. The one and only positive shining beacon of hope that I had was the people that were representing me. Peter Goodman, was indeed The Rock.
