Listen to the other reviewers and look no further for your real estate needs. Another review said…read more"if I could give Philip 100 stars I would". This is not an exaggeration. Philip represented me on the buy side in a complicated mixed-use building transaction. There were issues regarding the building that were uncovered through the thoroughness and professionalism of Philip and his team during the due diligence process. Throughout the process, Philip and his team were excellent communicators and negotiators. I absolutely trust Philip on his advice and expertise. Not only did Philip guide the transaction to a favorable end on both sides, he has continued to weigh in on relevant issues, which extend far beyond the call of duty. I'm extremely grateful to have had Philip and his team representing me in what otherwise could have been an unfortunate situation. If you're shopping around, stop and call Philip. Not only was his guidance indispensable, his prices are more than reasonable for the area and his expertise, so there is no reason not to call him right now.

So, everyone knows squatters are a thing, but to actually deal with the situation is daunting to say the least. On top of that, this case was very complex and multiple other firms I contacted were unsure of how to proceed. I contacted Lawrence Centanni and he immediately understood the situation and was able to guide on the next steps. I then worked closely with Eileen, another attorney at the firm, who was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this area. Both attorneys were involved and made time to advise and represent throughout the process. The entire office was friendly, and anytime I called, someone answered promptly. The firm also communicated effectively via email. Overall, the process was smooth and I couldn't have done this without their team. Seriously, thank you to everyone involved.

A big thank you from California!…read more This review is for Godfrey Lee and I think he deserves 10 stars. I contacted Godfrey with questions regarding a landlord tenant dispute matter for our condo in Manhattan. Although Godfrey no longer takes these types of cases, he was still very patient, courteous, and professional to hear my case and offered his expertise. He didn't rush me like most other attorneys would do if they weren't able to help. In the end, Godfrey directed me to his colleague who specializes in landlord tenant dispute matters. He also went the extra mile to write an email introducing me to his colleague. He even offered further assistance if I needed it. I was deeply touched by Godfrey's kindness. I would highly recommend Godfrey to anyone who has legal issues with no reservation. In my humble opinion, it's not easy to find an attorney like Godfrey, who is kind, compassionate and truly cares about people seeking legal help, not just his clients.
