My experience has been with traffic tickets, recently while driving in White Plains I turned left into a parking spot. When doing so I crossed a double yellow line. According to NY DMV a motorist is "permitted to cross a double yellow line when exiting a highway". Regardless of this fun fact, I was issued a ticket for not observing a traffic control device. Rosenblum law made it super easy to retain legal services, I simply texted them a picture of the ticket, and immediately got a reply from a manager at the firm. I explained what happened and for a very reasonable fee was represented by an experienced attorney. The firm took care of everything, they filed with the court and appeared on my behalf. The result was favorable to me and I couldn't be happier. If you got a ticket in NY call this lawfirm. And remember, in NY you have an indelible right to counsel, which means you have a right to talk to an attorney BEFORE you answer any questions from the police. Just make sure you say "I want to speak to an attorney" before you say anything else.

James Meadows was my first call shortly after receiving my ticket. He promptly responded to my inquiry, provided me an upfront price, gave me a straightforward way to pay, and explained to me what he can, cannot do and what to potentially expect and not expect. His communication is clear and concise. His level of professionalism and integrity is phenomenal, at least in my experience. He went above and beyond while trying to do everything in his ability to get my tickets dismissed however, he was not able to do so not because of anything he did or didn't do but just because NYC does not plead tickets down and 99.9 % of the time the police officers show up in addition to their verbal deposition there's also the body cam footage and other evidence that is very hard and difficult to get thrown out. Despite a partial negative outcome, he was able to secure a warning from the judge instead of a suspension in addition to the points, which is my eyes is a good outcome thanks to James! Although it's not the outcome I wanted, it's a reasonable one that I am content with. If I ever get cited for any other traffic infraction in the future, he will for sure be my first call again. The moral of the story is do not break traffic laws, but if you do call James because he and his team will do everything reasonable in their ability to secure the best positive outcome possible.
