My experience has been with traffic tickets, recently while driving in White Plains I turned left into a parking spot. When doing so I crossed a double yellow line. According to NY DMV a motorist is "permitted to cross a double yellow line when exiting a highway". Regardless of this fun fact, I was issued a ticket for not observing a traffic control device. Rosenblum law made it super easy to retain legal services, I simply texted them a picture of the ticket, and immediately got a reply from a manager at the firm. I explained what happened and for a very reasonable fee was represented by an experienced attorney. The firm took care of everything, they filed with the court and appeared on my behalf. The result was favorable to me and I couldn't be happier. If you got a ticket in NY call this lawfirm. And remember, in NY you have an indelible right to counsel, which means you have a right to talk to an attorney BEFORE you answer any questions from the police. Just make sure you say "I want to speak to an attorney" before you say anything else.

Aside from the absurd price to pay-close to $800 for the representation; one would hope that they could at least carry through on their end of the deal. For the speeding ticket, it was OK. Points knocked off, but still had to pay inordinate amount for what they were able to settle to. I was barely speeding on the highway and they couldn't even manage to reduce to ticket to something less than a $400 charge. I've known people who went my speed in a school zone and got the whole thing dismissed. The moving violation was the heavy hitter; $800 lawyer fee, they moved the date back once, and just today I get news that the judge found me guilty. I call the number and he sounded only mildly remorseful about the law firm's complete ineptitude in handling the situation. Okay; sure, you can't win it all. But there's a certain sensation of unwillingness to provide assistance unless you're able to drag it out of them. I would imagine and hope that after failing, there's a liability they have to the customer's satisfaction on possible ways to move forward. I had to call them to squeeze out things one would want to know; payment plans, surprise fees that are going to pop up for certain violations, complete lack of support. They told me I had to call the number of the TVB Main Office to schedule a payment plan, and the number tells me to go to this link. Why couldn't they have provided these links and steps in the first place to no longer waste my time? They offered up a possibility for classes one could take to reduce insurance. Why did I have to ask for this? Also they can't even be bothered to cover the measly $25 fee for signing up for the course. I wish I'd seen these other reviews first. It's very clear that traffic tickets are not their strong suit, and neither is their investment to you.
