The owners of this service are professional and courteous. Our family used these services to tour ten memory care facilities in the Phoenix, Arizona region. We found all ten facilities to be worthy of review and consideration. We also found one that suited our needs. The Copper Creek Inn in Chandler, a family owned provider, was by far the best facility for our review. Great place. Assisted Living Locators also provided educational and other services that helped with our objective in providing 24/7 care for our Mother such as understanding the ALTC's program. My Mother was having a hard time recovering from a surgery, and was not going to be able to take care of herself at home. She was going to be released from the hospital in a matter of days so I needed help in finding an assisted living facility for her. I had no idea where to start so at first was looking at A Place for Mom based on TV commercials I had seen. With a little research I found they were recently purchased by a private capital firm, and had a high number of negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau and other places for aggressive tactics in contacting prospective clients and in favoring higher priced facilities in order to maximize income. In addition, they have only regional representatives (Southwest Region for me) so didn't seem to offer any deep local knowledge. In continuing my search I found Assisted Living Locators of Phoenix. Yelp doesn't have enough stars to represent how grateful I am for the assistance I received. In less than one week I was able to review options, get my multitude of questions quickly and effectively answered, and select a great place that was perfect for my Mother's needs. Not only is there assistance with the options and selection process, but I only had to deal with Assisted Living Locators. They coordinated with the facility and the hospital. I have never gone through this before, but I thoroughly recommend this business to give you the thorough assistance, and personal touch that you are unlikely to find with bigger corporations. I was tasked with finding my father an assisted living facility with very short notice. Then I met Rijan Shrestha with Assisted Living Locators. His professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for my fathers well being, as well as mine, was a blessing. He was able to show me several homes in my area and within my budget. He took his time to answer all my questions in detail and put me at ease. Together, we were able to find my father an assisted living home and got him moved in quickly.
