Then my daughter in law will get texts or calls wanting to know why we weren't there & want to charge a no show fee. If you call the office no one answers the phone. Apparently the Surprise office is in charge of that. Why don't we have a direct line to the office for scheduling issues or if we need to change dates because someone is sick? I mean they do have phones on their desks. Also they will change the schedule to accommodate someone else with a last-minute change for us.
