Well, that would be lying and I refused so I called the office., the manager said she had never heard that before about my care taker and I knew that wasn't true because my friend here in the same complex had the exact same issue and had brought it up to her every three months. After I asked that caretaker not to come back the office booked 3 different appointments with me over a period of six weeks one every two weeks. First visit nobody showed up no phone call from the office . I called after a half hour. They apologize said it was an error of non-communication . The second visit exact same thing happened. I called the office. I'm so sorry it was an error of communication.. The third visit the caretaker did not show up and there was no phone call . I once again called the office and the exact same excuse was I said this isn't disorganization this feels intentional. The woman on the phone was rude condescending and said well you fired your housekeeper.. I said yes because they were dishonest and billing hours that they weren't working. Why would you allow that? I had an outstanding experience with Right At Home from start to finish. Chris, the owner, answered…read morethe call, and he quickly put my overwhelmed self at ease. :) His clear communication and quick confirmation was appreciated, not to mention, it was somewhat last minute, so I felt immediate relief that it could even be done. The driver/ health aide, Cash (her nickname) arrived early, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I over-ordered from Amazon while staying at the skilled nursing facility (oops) and she was more than happy to help me with my bags and such. She also assisted me up the stairs to my condo, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I wasn't able to put any weight on my leg at that time, so having her help me was invaluable. She was very capable. The vehicle itself was clean, and spacious, --exactly what you want for a smooth, stress-free ride. What really stood out, though, was the professionalism and attention to detail. Cash navigated traffic efficiently, secured a safe journey, and even went the extra mile to ensure I got to my doorstep safely. She prevented me from what could have been a fall on an uneven surface while getting me to my door. (Thank you, Cash!) I also appreciate that they have a two hour minimum versus a three hour or more minimum that others have. I felt that the cost was very reasonable, as I'm not sure I could have made it up the stairs without her, lol. Punctuality, reliability, and exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, but Right At Home truly delivers on all fronts. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-tier medical transportation.
