Don't know why the profile says San Francisco, but this was a LA job. Eli bailed us out big time. We moved into a new place yesterday, and our mover left us high and dry with the fridge. He refused to take the doors off to get it through the front door. "I'm not your handyman," was his approach. The movers left with our fridge still sitting at the front door. We called Eli the next morning, not knowing anyone in our new neighborhood. He was nearby so was over within 25 minutes. He got the doors off, the fridge in the door and in its correct place, and the doors reassembled. Great crew!!! I'm very satisfied with them. My in laws needed their new washing machine installed. It's a different brand from their dryer & also the dryer sits on top of the washing machine so not tandem next to each other. We had a hard time finding someone that could set it up for us. I called Eli yesterday, he was very nice & responsive. He told me not to worry & he will take care of the problem. Him & his help went in this morning. They were on time & very professional to my in laws. They installed the new washing machine on top of the dryer. Once they left, my mother in law realized that she needs a little room on the side of the small closet that the washing machine & dryer are to place her detergents & stuff she needs for washing the cloths.
