Hiring SertaPro Painters was a huge mistake. They rushed the job from day one--my neighbors even…read moresaw them painting a second coat over a wet first coat just to finish faster. The interior of my one-car garage only got one coat, full of missed spots, and I still paid $1,000 for patchy, low-quality work. The exterior is even worse. Within a year the paint bubbled, likely because they didn't let it cure before it rained. Their "fix" was sanding and spot-painting, which left my aluminum siding with bare, textureless patches and obvious mismatched paint. After more rain, new bubbles appeared. They now blame "moisture behind the siding" and refuse to repaint properly--only offering more patch jobs. Their warranty is worthless, and their communication is terrible. I've had to chase them down every single time; they never call back first. Most recently, they came on Sept. 23rd and said I'd hear from them in a day or two. It's now Sept. 29th, and nothing. The end result: a patchy, mismatched house, endless follow-ups, and no accountability. I'm now speaking with other painting companys and pursuing legal action to recover my money. Do not hire SertaPro Painters. The warranty is a joke, the work is sloppy, and the customer service is nonexistent.

I am overjoyed with my experience with Premier Exterior Solutions Inc.!!!…read moreBy chance, I met Kim (the office manager) soon after my house was damaged by the hail storm early July, 2021. I had never been through this process before and Kim offered to help me with any advice I wanted, even if I didn't choose Premier Exteriors to do the work. There were many little things that I needed clarity on and Kim happily offered me information. The company that did the original insurance appraisal never did call me to follow up and see if I wanted them to do the work. I began to feel very confident in what Premier Exterior Solutions had to offer so I asked Kim for an estimate. Roger came to my house and did many measurements and advised me that he would get a completed estimate to me within a day or two. Roger was sure that the original estimate for siding was way off and that the original estimator had not included one side of the house. Roger and Kim worked at getting an Eagle View to substantiate Roger's findings and sent the updated estimate figures to the insurance company. Once the new numbers were agreed upon by the insurance company, Roger came and spent time explaining the different shingles and siding colors and options available to me. I decided on what I wanted and the material were ordered. As soon as the materials were in, workers came to my house and did the roof first, then the siding and then the gutters. Every worker was conscientious and respectful. The roofers laid out tarps all around the house while they worked on the shingles. At the end of the day, all the tarps and equipment was put away. There was never a mess left when the workers weren't there working. Every worker did an outstanding job and my house looks great! Throughout the entire process, Kim and Roger kept me up to date on the timelines for the work. I always felt I knew what was happening. I highly recommend Premier Exteriors for any exterior work!!!

We had Top Roofing Systems come and do our roof 2 summers ago and while it was done amazing and…read moreprofessionally, it was the job we hired them afterwards for that earns them 1 star. Before this latest job I would have given them a 5 star but o how quickly an opinion can change. We hired Top Roofing systems to handle a small removal and installation project at the home that they previously has worked on. The job was done just like we asked except for when the tires on our vehicles started to go flat. 9 nails in 2 tires!! 9. Not 1 or 2, hell I could even understand 3 nails but 9! The response we received from Juan the owner was not I am sorry or how can I help. It was " so do you expect me to pay for your tires? After I did you a favour and only charged for materials ". We didn't ask for money I just asked how he would like to proceed, considering the circumstance. Job big or small shouldn't matter. Stand behind your mistakes and don't try to put it on the customer. Did I put the roofing nails on the ground in the place I park? I think not. There are many roofing companies that claim to be better then the rest, but if that is the case this job would have cost me what it cost me, not the work + a brand new set of tires.

After we decided to proceed with Chinook, they gave us a timeline for the project and then surprised us when they were able to start much much earlier than anticipated. The foreman, James, and his team worked quickly and efficiently on the project, achieving more per day than we expected.
