I cannot and will not ever recommend this company.

But I had them replace the whole roof and used a membrane over entire roof. Now shingles are just for show really. Rush credited credited me back for items not installed when home built. Owner/manager attended to sort out issues and have been happy with roof coming on 10 years. Easy to work with. In photo you see that shingles not staggered properly but really a cosmetic item. Reviews are important. If you put a membrane over your whole roof it will never leak even after the shingles give out. Everyone says not necessarily; but, I will have the best roof even after I am done.

Recently asking a shingle replacement with Green Sky, when the sale person on site, I told him to…read morereplace the whole roof except the garage and front porch portion, the sale person saying it will be a 10 years workmanship warranty, before signing the agreement, everything is "yes" from the company, when the work start, they called me for extra payment because the sale person missed a portion of the roof in his estimation, I don't know how he missed while he was on site for the estimation, then after all the work done, they just issued a 1 year limited warranty to me, what they said is they only did a portion of my roof, so they can not give the warranty out, isn't it they have to fulfill the warranty for their work portion of for 10 year? this is a very bad experience for me with this company, very disappointed, I will for sure not recommend for this company

An entire crew showed up, worked as a team and left the site spotless. Today, a City Boss crew (lead by Dennis) replaced our roof and my impression was even better. The crew was large, worked as a team and seemed proud of their work. They left our property spotless and the roof looks great. It was nice to see the crew gather together (just before doing the final clean-up), eating, chatting, laughing, etc. I liked seeing the apparent comaraderie.
