Do NOT walk in here thinking it's giving bougie American Express Centurion Lounge or Delta Sky Club energy... because it's not that. the food is very much basic like it gets the job done, nothing memorable, nothing fancy. I've had mostly good experiences here. There was once within the last 2 years where I arrived and the lounge was closed during hours it was supposed to be open. Other than that, service is friendly and attentive as needed. They seem to restock hot foods consistently and bartenders ask you if you'd like another drink. This is a small lounge but decent. I've been here many, many times. However, on this particular day I had wanted either a white wine or bubbly. The manager who was at the bar and told me they only have Chardonnay (which I don't drink) so I asked any other whites or bubbly like Prosecco? He replied no and nothing else was offered. So I left and went back to my seat. Few moments later, my husband learned that they do have champagne! So he got me one and he then asked for the manager's business card. The manager seemed surprised and by this time he became more friendly and asked how else can he make our stay pleasant. Long story short, as a manager. As a current American Express and Priority Pass holder, I was denied access to the lounge during open hours. The front desk at the lounge informed that it is only open access to China Airlines Business Class when I am currently flying China Airlines Premium Economy. I understand this is negotiated with China Airlines but should be communicated in advance for holders in the future. The American Express and Priority Pass app currently states that it is open. There are no restrictions stated by the app other than space capacity, noticing there were available seating and two people inside. We got past security at 8:30 for a 10:50pm departure time for China Airlines. They restrict access to the lounge during the hours of China airlines to only China Airlines business class (they are looking for a slip that says lounge access that they givw you upon checking-in). If you dont have it you dont get in. Amex/priority pass people cannot get in until after 10:30pm. There is no wait list either. They dont care and the staff all have dead fish eyed look. The lounge is super small. You can visually see how small the section of food and seating area is. Also other restaurants around the area are all $20+ for one simple cheeseburger. So do not plan on getting lounge access and eat before you come. Do not feed into these airport services! read more

Aspire is one of the smaller airport lounges. We used our priority pass membership to spend a couple of hours here on our way home from So Cal. Food options are limited to lukewarm house salad, buffalo wings, and egg rolls. There is a nice selection of canned sodas. Complimentary alcohol is limited to cheap beer and wine. You can pay an upcharge for the better stuff. The employees are nice and serve a variety of roles from front desk check-in to bartender. The bathrooms are a bit dirty and not well cleaned or maintained. Overall an okay choice to get some private space while waiting for your flight. read more

This lounge is located on Terminal 2 of the Ontario International Airport. People fly to many locations across the USA and overseas. I have been to this lounge a few times and enjoyed my experiences. Yes, sometimes I have not been able to get in, but that is just because this lounge is quite small, and so is this airport. But I do love the quickness it is to getting to the gate and not having to walk forever. The service here is friendly as well, and the food from breakfast to dinner is different. With many options. Also, they have canned sodas, I liked getting a ginger ale right before the flight. Great place to relax before a flight. We were there at 6 am and not a lot of people. Food selection is really plentiful. Small area but a huge variety in my opinion. They were serving breakfast at that time. The only downside is that potatoes, bacon, sausage, were really salty. I liked the cinnamon bread. The eggs had to be eaten with the potatoes or bacon or sausage cuz of the saltiness. Small seating area so I'm sure if more crowds come later on during the day, it'll be really crowded. Especially seat area and people crowding the food area. Overall, if you're there early, very worth it. read more

The Aspire Lounge is located at the Ontario International Airport (ONT) inside Terminal 2 between gates 209 and 210. You can access it if you have an American Express Platinum card or a priority pass. It's a small lounge; however, ONT itself is a smaller airport - and I don't mind that at all. I much prefer a smaller airport than, say, LAX. Anyway, they have a decent selection of complimentary hot (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc.) and cold (yogurt, beverages, deli meat, cheeses, fruit, etc.) items including a full bar (non-complimentary). The lady working the bar the morning I was there was nice and she kindly gave me some ice to put in my Hydroflask before my flight. They have large, clean restrooms. And plenty of seating. Some tables have USB to plug into and WiFi to connect to. Overall, nice spot to chill before a flight. It's a lot more comfortable (and less noisy) than waiting by the gates. I loved this lounge. Our flight was early in the morning. With driving and car return we did not have time to have breakfast. My husband and I were there a little after the opening. We had to wait a little before we were let in because there were 2 staff members. They both were working non-stop. It is a small lounge, but cozy. The lounge opens at 5am. (T2) There was a line outside a few minutes prior, Usually, at this time, most of the people that enters this lounge uses priority pass. I used my dragonpass/ mastercard travel card. It was a little slow compared to the people using PP. but it was all good since I was still able to get in. The place isn't that big compared to other lounges, it's really is probably good for 40-50 traveller. I went during breakfast as I mentioned. They had a pretty good spread for breakfast. Bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, hashbrown... cereals, bagel, bread, pastries, a pancake maker (although it was not working when i visited) Fruits, juices, coffee (skip, it's burnt and not worth it) canned soft drinks, bottled water (likit to 1 per person) and a fully functioning bar. In terms of seats and tables, they had a good number. They also have a couple of toilets to use. I didn't see if there was a shower though. It's an okay lounge if you have free access. This lounge is apparently reserved for China Airlines passengers, which is fine in principle--but what about premium guests or business travelers like us who expect a certain level of service? Access policies should be clearly communicated and handled professionally. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unprofessional. The interaction felt dismissive and poorly managed, with little effort to explain options or accommodate guests respectfully. For a lounge that represents an airline experience, this falls far below expectations. Premium travelers aren't just looking for access--we're looking for service, clarity, and respect. I found myself on another trip out of Ontario's own international airport. And having a good experience previously at the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 4, I wanted to drop by this Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2 to check it out. Compared to the Terminal 4 lounge, this one has a significantly lower rating here on Yelp. And to this, I can't really see why: Both lounges were similar in quality and were great overall! I arrived at ONT around 4:30AM on a Friday to see a very chaotic and crowded terminal. Because of this, the Aspire Lounge was just the place to sit back and escape. Walking up at their opening time at 5AM, I was met with a small line just outside of the lounge. But because the line moved fast and the front desk attendant was kind, I did not mind the wait too much. Now to enter this lounge, the going price is about $48 per person. This could potentially be worth it if you have a long layover, are looking to load up on some food, drinks, and alcohol, or need a quiet place to work before a flight. However, this lounge is also accessible for those with an American Express Platinum card or a Priority Pass Membership. Because I had a Priority Pass from one of my credit cards, I was able to get in for free! After showing my pass, the attendant asked for my boarding pass and I was let in quickly. **NOTE: According to the Aspire Lounge website, you are also entitled to use this lounge upon arrival as well! But also note that depending on how crowded the lounge is and what benefits you have, the lounge may restrict access accordingly.** After checking in with the front desk, the path to the left will take you to the majority of the seating in the lounge. The path to the right will take you to the buffet line, full-service bar, and private restrooms. Although the lounge may seem vast, keep in mind that it is quite small. Nonetheless, it felt roomy because there were little to no people inside at 5AM. Furthermore, the lounge had different kinds of seating ranging from dining chairs and work stations with outlets to luxury lounge chairs. Out of the many lounges I've been to in the United States, the Aspire Lounges have some of the best food selections, period. Looking at the options, there was a large variety for those both dining in or those looking for some grab and go refreshments. The center of the buffet had hot food items like eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, etc.. Just next to this area was an oatmeal bar with toppings, cheese & ham, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, and milks with the associated creamers. One of the walls had some cereal, cold water, muffins, a coffee machine with extras, and cans of sodas. For last, the other wall had some trail mix, chex mix, bagels & white bread, and a pancake machine. As for the taste, the Aspire Lounge at Terminal 2 also does not cheap out on quality or taste. While here, I tried a few of the items which were all spectacular. Beginning with the french toast, I liked the balance of powdered sugar and sponginess of the bread. The eggs were nice and fluffy but weren't too salty which was great. The potatoes were lightly crisp and had just the right amount of seasoning on them. And as for the sausage, each piece was large and rich with moisture. The flavor of each link had a mild spicy kick which was enjoyable as well. Trying the yogurt, it was sweet and thick which made it hard to eat fast. But with the accompanying berries and granola, it balanced the thickness out. Grabbing another plate, the fruits were sweet and tasted freshly cut. And for last, the bacon was the best part of the breakfast. The edges were charred and crispy while the inside had a more soft texture. The pieces were mostly lean, but had little pockets of fat that made the pork melt in the mouth! As I mentioned before, I'm not too sure why the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2 has such a low rating. The service was quick, the lounge and bathroom were well maintained, there weren't too many people inside, and the food was very tasty. All of these factors make the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 2 a must visit and easily a lounge that deserves a 5 star rating. If you have lounge access from a credit card or need a place to stay for awhile, this lounge is it! read more

I love having a priority pass and Amex card etc for using lounges all over the world. But, it is extremely bad when the lounge says it restricts everyone on certain times. At night from 6 pm until 10 pm they do not let anyone in except only people who are using China Airlines. We were flying a different airline and they made sure we didn't get inside this lounge. They said we can use it after 10 PM but we board our flight at 9:45 PM so this one plus hour just chilling out until boarding since almost everything closes early in this airport. The funny thing is that the lounge was completely empty but they said they have contract with China airlines so they can't let anyone in. Aspire lounge do better and stop having such contracts with restrictions!!! Literally the only lounge in this terminal. read more

This place used to be nice with great people working there. Stopped in as I usually do but today the bar tender was an elderly black man. I politely asked for a glass of white wine, he didn't look at me, or acknowledge me he simply shrugged his shoulder and poured with an attitude. Then a lady asks for 2 mimosas and the bar tender took a deep breath let out a BIG sigh and simply said "oj , pinneapple, or cranberry" then served. Later someone asked for a drink and again nigh sigh ... bro if you hate your job that much go find something else to do! I don't need your attitude or negativity in my day.... read more

I always stop in here when I have a flight going out of ONT. It's never been too packed when I come in the mornings (which is when I'm usually flying out) ,and there's a decent spread for breakfast, with snacks, and drinks and who can say no to one or two bloody mary's to send me on my merry way? The staff is friendly and have always attended to my needs. Clean bathroom to use while you're hanging out and WiFi is solid. Lounge isn't the biggest, but the airport itself isn't too large either, so it's never been an issue for me. It's not central to the airport (on the left side gates), so if you're on the extension on the far right, then it's about a 5 minute walk to the gate...but still, the airport is small, so it's very easy to get to your gate from the lounge. read more

This lounge came in clutch as I was passing through. I was running a little behind making it to my flight gate. LA traffic, airport security line, and getting an extra search with TSA really slowed me down. I thought I wasn't going to eat before my flight!! However, this lounge was located right next to my gate!! The lady at the front desk could see I was in a hurry and did a great job getting me and my family checked into the lounge quickly! It wasn't busy inside the lounge, so I was able to grab a plate quickly, ate, and then left. The food was very very good. Just what I needed! Stop by if you can. read more

You're kind desperate to make do with the options you have but it's better than nothing. Once the lounge gets busy it can for sure turn into a zoo but I must have just chosen a bad time with a rush. Don't try and go not even a minute before your 3 hour departure mark because you won't get in. Day pass price would be reasonable if they kept the food temperature up to par. You shouldn't have food on a hot bar served cold. Mini muffins are dry. Too many employees in here for a cold hot bar. Place isn't crowded but definitely not worth it to pay if we can't get food at an adequate temp. Won't even touch the eggs because imagine cold eggs. Ambience is ok. Needs better management oversight on quality control. If you pick up plates off a table common sense would be to wipe the table also. read more

Terrible experience here, I am a priority pass member. I came 7/22/25 about 10pm. Super rude lady up front explained since im only a priority pass member they have no more room for us people. They only allow 20 per night or day i dont know. i guess this is on priority pass too but people should know this! if i did i would have came early for my flight. Found this spot at the Ontario airport. I was surprised to find out that I qualified to use it because I have an American Express card. The lounge was nice, and appeared to be new still. The seating is comfortable and there is plenty to snack on while you wait to board your plane. The food options include hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, lattes and cappuccinos, drip coffee, as well as hot food, such as pasta, chicken, and beef dishes, and cold items, such as deli meat and cheeses. There are also cereal options and small cartons of milk, and the standard bar snacks such as Chex mix. The place offers a full bar so it is also a great place to enjoy an adult beverage. There are TVs throughout the lounge and screens with flight information. I feel that they could do a better job with keeping the place more organized, there were a lot of tables with dishes on there, and the food could have been refreshed more often. However, I did go in an an hour before they were going to close, so maybe that had something to do with it. Will, I go again? Absolutely! I am excited to also try the lounges at other airports.
