A good pour of that champagne eh?
    Ces C.

This is a small lounge but decent. I've been here many, many times. However, on this particular day I had wanted either a white wine or bubbly. The manager who was at the bar and told me they only have Chardonnay (which I don't drink) so I asked any other whites or bubbly like Prosecco? He replied no and nothing else was offered. So I left and went back to my seat. Few moments later, my husband learned that they do have champagne! So he got me one and he then asked for the manager's business card. The manager seemed surprised and by this time he became more friendly and asked how else can he make our stay pleasant. Long story short, as a manager. You should be a role model of customer satisfaction experience.

Not bad but would be great if it has a larger space with additional food selection. Service is good, can improve on putting away used dishes, glasses and cans to make rooms for next guest.

    Aspire Lounge on American Express.

As a current American Express and Priority Pass holder, I was denied access to the lounge during open hours. The front desk at the lounge informed that it is only open access to China Airlines Business Class when I am currently flying China Airlines Premium Economy. I understand this is negotiated with China Airlines but should be communicated in advance for holders in the future. The American Express and Priority Pass app currently states that it is open. There are no restrictions stated by the app other than space capacity, noticing there were available seating and two people inside. Please have better communication for holders visiting the Aspire Lounge in the future.

Aspire is one of the smaller airport lounges. We used our priority pass membership to spend a couple of hours here on our way home from So Cal. Food options are limited to lukewarm house salad, buffalo wings, and egg rolls. There is a nice selection of canned sodas. Complimentary alcohol is limited to cheap beer and wine. You can pay an upcharge for the better stuff. The employees are nice and serve a variety of roles from front desk check-in to bartender. The bathrooms are a bit dirty and not well cleaned or maintained. Overall an okay choice to get some private space while waiting for your flight.

This lounge is located on Terminal 2 of the Ontario International Airport. People fly to many locations across the USA and overseas. I have been to this lounge a few times and enjoyed my experiences. Yes, sometimes I have not been able to get in, but that is just because this lounge is quite small, and so is this airport. But I do love the quickness it is to getting to the gate and not having to walk forever. The service here is friendly as well, and the food from breakfast to dinner is different. With many options. Also, they have canned sodas, I liked getting a ginger ale right before the flight. Also, I like how they have tables and also regular sofa chairs, so if you don't want to eat, you can just sit here and chill out before your flight.

This lounge is even smaller than the other one at this airport. Breakfast selections were a bit limited. But it's more quiet and relaxing so I liked it not bad. Aspire lounges are great to wait for our flights at this small airport!

We're back at it! Outstanding service by everyone. Love this lounge. Little but cozy. Food was delicious...they do change the menu so hard to really say what we loved on today's visit. Thank you to the 6/3/2025 crew

    Aspire Lounge - Terminal 2 (between gates 209 & 210)

The Aspire Lounge is located at the Ontario International Airport (ONT) inside Terminal 2 between gates 209 and 210. You can access it if you have an American Express Platinum card or a priority pass. It's a small lounge; however, ONT itself is a smaller airport - and I don't mind that at all. I much prefer a smaller airport than, say, LAX. Anyway, they have a decent selection of complimentary hot (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc.) and cold (yogurt, beverages, deli meat, cheeses, fruit, etc.) items including a full bar (non-complimentary). The lady working the bar the morning I was there was nice and she kindly gave me some ice to put in my Hydroflask before my flight. They have large, clean restrooms. And plenty of seating. Some tables have USB to plug into and WiFi to connect to. Overall, nice spot to chill before a flight. It's a lot more comfortable (and less noisy) than waiting by the gates. Plus, who can say no to free food, drinks, and a panoramic view of the incoming and outgoing planes?

I loved this lounge. Our flight was early in the morning. With driving and car return we did not have time to have breakfast. My husband and I were there a little after the opening. We had to wait a little before we were let in because there were 2 staff members. They both were working non-stop. It is a small lounge, but cozy. Food was simple, but fresh and perfect for breakfast - hash browns, scrambled eggs, toasts, pancakes, fruits, cereal, bacon. Decent coffee.

Little did i knew this place exist. My bad for not checking the app. I'm 1 hour away from my flight to san francisco. While walking along I stumble at this Aspire. Saw Platinum Amex card sign at the front. Check in and wallah im in. The Lounge wasn't busy . They have Small buffet to try out. I just had coffee to chill out while waiting for my flight. It's a good place to relax. Just one funny incident. While the 2 ladies at the front reception check me in. After using the bathroom . This guy just approached me and ask if i checked in? Deep in inside me. I told my self . Really? . How can he ask me this question? instead of asking the Front Reception Desk. To my Rescue. The nice lady at the reception desk informed him . He did check in already....Some protocol need to teach this guy as it might come as an insult to other guest....

The lounge opens at 5am. (T2) There was a line outside a few minutes prior, Usually, at this time, most of the people that enters this lounge uses priority pass. I used my dragonpass/ mastercard travel card. It was a little slow compared to the people using PP. but it was all good since I was still able to get in. The place isn't that big compared to other lounges, it's really is probably good for 40-50 traveller. I went during breakfast as I mentioned. They had a pretty good spread for breakfast. Bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, hashbrown... cereals, bagel, bread, pastries, a pancake maker (although it was not working when i visited) Fruits, juices, coffee (skip, it's burnt and not worth it) canned soft drinks, bottled water (likit to 1 per person) and a fully functioning bar. In terms of seats and tables, they had a good number. They also have a couple of toilets to use. I didn't see if there was a shower though. It's an okay lounge if you have free access. The staff were pretty good too. They were efficient and helpful.

Not open daily from 8pm to 10:30 pm for people not on China airlines. If you prebook you can still get in with priority pass

Ask the Community - Aspire Lounge

Are alcohol drinks included like other lounges? Never been to this one.

Yes. Wine, beer and drinks including basic liquors are included. They charge for premium liquors and cocktails.

Do they serve food as soon as it opens? TIA

    Yes

Given the different hours, can I visit the T4 lounge when the T2 lounge is closed?

No. The terminals are not connected. I suppose you could plead your case with TSA to enter the other terminal, but I wouldn't want to, as it would be a long walk outside between terminals.

    Is the bar finally open?

Yes. It was open last month when I visited

I remember the days when it used to be super expensive to fly out of ONT in comparison to LAX. Thankful it's no longer as outrageous. First, this airport is 10 minutes from my house. There is NOTHING 10 minutes from LAX but traffic. For an early morning flights, I can leave my house 30 minutes before boarding time and get there and through TSA with time to give. Flying is already one of the worst ways to me to spend a day so being able to fly out of Ontario makes it a little bit more manageable. I usually fly Southwest or United so I only go to those terminals. Every once in a while, I'll fly out American. So far all the terminals that I use are pretty easy to get in and get out. Sometimes, in the evening, if someone is picking you up, it can take a while to get through but again in comparison to LA, it is a breeze. I love LA and I do a lot in LA but I would rather fly out of Ontario.

This small airport is so convenient and low stress. We park in lot 5 and take the shuttle that drops off right in front of our terminal. Easy peasy! Terminal 4 is clean and maintained nicely. Because it's a small airport there are less dining options. Sitting here waiting to board our flight, I see a brewery, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, and I know further down is more fast food options. I really don't care for airport dining anyway, which is so pricey and usually not that great. Thumbs up for Ontario airport!

Almost immediately, a male employee approached my wife and told her to move the car because the vehicle in front supposedly needed room to leave. However, there was clearly plenty of space for that car to exit, and there was no turn signal or indication that it was trying to pull out. The interaction felt unnecessary and abrupt, especially given how quickly we were unloading and the light traffic at the time. Afterward, the employee stood in the roadway to block cars so I could pull out, which felt excessive and awkward. This isn't an elementary school drop‑off where traffic needs to be manually stopped, and anyone familiar with airport drop‑offs knows they can be tight and fluid. I have never experienced this kind of situation at any other airport, and certainly not under similar circumstances. The handling of this felt unreasonable and made an otherwise simple drop‑off frustrating for no clear reason.
