What really set them apart, though, was the team itself. This might not matter to everyone but I was genuinely impressed by how seamlessly they worked together and the level of respect they showed one another. You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. The crew operated with precision, care, and strong communication. Their attention to detail was evident in how they protected the property and executed the job. They were meticulous in every way. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). The way they worked together to keep debris out of my pool was incredibly impressive--they had a well-coordinated strategy in place that clearly worked. I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

I believe it's common practice for them to do people such a way . I don't see this being an isolated event. They owe me a mower that hasn't been paid for by either of them that hasn't been returned. So, right now they have a push mower that belongs to me and my 11 year old that I paid for with my money. Ripping me off is also ripping off my son. He can't find anyway else to make money than scamming. I don't understand why someone can't make money honestly. That's a dirty thief who thinks it's a typical day to scam a mom and child out of their money and mower. I was kind enough to help someone who was trying play me. They owe me money for what they were paid to do but didn't complete the job. We can take a look under the new drywall.
