This is what I look at every morning when I make up
Chloe P.

I love this place because of the survive and the food was exceptionally delicious, there is a great atmosphere and unique food made from high quality ingredients. Over all I think I would definitely come back. It is right next to a ski mountain which I like and the staff is pretty good. If it was in aspen village itself I would probably give it five stars. It just got a remodel so it is nice and clean. I also love how spacious it is. The building isn't connected with the hotel room , and with it being all apart it is a little hard to get around in the snow. For example to get to the hot tub was cold was and long to get there

This is one of the best places I have stayed at. I loved every single thing about this place. The service here is top notch. Warm and welcoming, I look forward to staying here again. From the moment, I walked in I was in love. The service was amazing. It is Aspen and I was already expecting some snottiness. None of that, thankfully. The place is set up like condominiums inspired by Bauhaus. It's open and welcoming. The snow makes it more pretty. The room itself was spacious and huge. There is your room with a sliding door for privacy, a kitchenette and a living room. It took me probably 10 minutes walking around the room closing the blinds. What a workout. Buffet breakfast was delicious and bonus points that it is included in our rate. Again, the service was superb and top notch. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport and downtown Aspen. I did have a hard time getting an Uber or cab maybe due to it is the holiday season. This place was superb and what made it better were the deer sightings. I hope to be back soon and enjoy what this beautiful place has to offer.

Such a stunning space. Minimalistic Bauhaus decor & architecture. Very helpful friendly staff. Quiet. Peaceful. Proximity to town & river. Free shuttle to downtown aspen every 30 min. Very excellent experience.

View from the walking path. This place is special.

Spectacular service and unique and warm accommodations made for a special weekend. The health club was terrific, the dining pretty darn good, and the attentive and friendly staff all made this expensive ($200 per night) hotel worth it. A walk on the grounds twice per day is highly recommended but watch out for the wildlife poop. We will be back but will look for a special price. While we were there it was 40% occupancy. No wonder as it is too pricey with many other Options nearby.

Mire bugs in the bed

These are pics of the bugs in my bed. When I called the front desk to change rooms, they said no. Instead they sent a maid to vacuum the bugs & had no other solution. We're sleeping on the fold out couch tonight.

Disappointing! The grounds are lovely but the room we are in right now is VERY worn. I'll post pics tomorrow. It is absolutely not Deluxe Mountain View Suite with additional upgrade as we paid for, and not as pictured on Website & business owner reviews. Also bugs are all over room just as pictured in the review posted by guest 6 days ago. Service so far by hotel staff is lack luster.

Bauhaus buildings, art and landscaping in summer.
Kristin Winkler S.

Beautiful resort with Bauhaus architecture; art, sculpture and artistic landscaping complement the clean lines of the buildings. Serene walking paths run through the grounds. When you arrive, you leave your car in a garage and are taken by golf cart to your room. The resort is therefore quiet and uncontested, and ideal for walking or riding bikes (free to rent from the health center, which has a pool, hot tub and workout room). Two story buildings scattered throughout the propriety house the units. Suites are spacious, clean and modern, with either balconies or patios. My only critique was the lack of supplies in the kitchen such as cutlery, plates and glassware for only two despite a table for four, and no bowls. Also, we could definitely hear the footsteps of the people above us, so the noise level of the buildings was higher than in some more traditional hotel buildings. A free shuttle will take you into Aspen and back. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back, especially in summer, when prices are affordable and the grounds are gorgeous!

I love the rooms! They're more like apartments. Clean, beautiful views, and awesome amenities including a complimentary shuttle into town. When they learned it was our anniversary they sent us a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful! One bummer - the room key card machine was down so every time we left our room we had to go to the lobby to get let in. I should have asked to have them waive the resort fee seeing as we couldn't use any of the resort features due to not having a key to anything, but it was only an overnight stay and the wine was a nice gesture. We also booked on Hotwire, so ended up only paying $92 for the room!

Beautiful location in the center of Aspen. Once a…read morebeautiful property but management no longer seems to care about it. We come in shoulder season & property is near empty. Our rooms the last 3 visits: 1. Facing a street/building under major renovation. Couldn't enjoy our balcony. 2) Bottom room facing pool while they resanded the entire pool surface area starting daily at 7am. :) Sanders, noise & dust all week. Nope. No outside time. 3) Facing front of building during street redo. A trend?? The first night my husband hit his head & was bleeding severely. I tried to call to get our car brought up to drive him to hospital. None of the room's 3 phones worked. All just beeped. We finally gave up & went to lobby and waited while security got car. He had no idea about phones. I called the manager the next day about noon. No call from her to check on us or follow up on phone issue. She said phones should have worked. Next day we were handed a typed note with The Aspen logo advising us to call a cell phone # if needed between 11 & 6. Good to know. We have a 2 room suite. There was zero cold water in master bath when we arrived. Toilet, shower, bath did not work. So we reported & stayed in guest suite. Now, we are trying to dry our laundry so we can check out. Put it in dryer last night. Wet at 8am when we went to pack. Split the load. Have tried every setting. We were suppose to be out at 10. We called, explained & asked for maintenance. Maintenance called but you can't hear on lr phone. Sigh. He told us to pack up our clothes & find the commercial laundry for the building. Not, "We're so sorry." Not, "I could come up but it might be faster to..." Not, "Let us send up housekeeping. They can take you to commercial laundry." So, it's now 11:18. We have vacated half of the suite so they can clean half the room. (Wouldn't want the next guests delayed-right?!) We are still trying to get our laundry dry. At 11:18, maintenance shows up. He tells us dryers don't work. He said: "They always tell guests." Really?? No note. 3 calls to front desk. He then says " Check out was 10. We are trying to be reasonable..." 11:24 I go to see manager, Amanda. She starts by telling me maintenance had been there twice. Nope!! She tells me he is correct, Dryers don't work but "management" doesn't want signs or them to tell guests. Ah... She does give me the obligatory, "I'm sorry. Let me now what I can do." Then she tells me we need to be out of the room now. Less than 20% occupied. We left with wet clothes packed in our suitcase.

Rodger is the transportation manager and he was shockingly rude. He waited a mere 6 mins to pick us up for a ride back from Snowmass before he peeled out of there. He wasn't happy about having to turn around to come get us and he made it very clear. One of his other drivers apologized on his behalf and acknowledged that he's always like that. Upper management should be made aware that his attitude is a problem and he isn't a good fit for a place that should deliver superior service. Now let's talk about the unbelievable behavior of the concierge, Lindsay. We were taken to Snowmass (25 mins away) on a Hyatt shuttle. One would think that they would assist you in arranging travel back ... nope. So when I called and was informed all of the shuttles were booked for the remainder of the day, Lindsay walked me through my options: hop on a local bus or pay $65 for one way private transportation. I told her neither were suitable and she responded by hanging up the phone one me. No, we didn't get disconnected. No, I didn't get a phone call back apologizing. Considering that she should be the most hospitable person on property, her conduct is worthy of being fired. The manager Allison listened to my complaints but unless there are sweeping changes, expect POOR service from the Hyatt. Brian, Bentley and Illana were all very professional and accommodating. They were a real pleasure for the week we stayed. Overall, I would not recommend this place and for certain will never return. For the price, you can get much better service at a dozen other hotels. Our experience at the Ritz at Highlands was ten times better than here.

Comfy beds and great amenities. Staff was very friendly and great at suggesting day trips (thank you to the online concierge replies). Daily breakfast was decent, the mains changed daily (chicken and waffles, eggs, bacon, sausages etc + cereal, fruits, chia pudding, yogurt, grocery store baked goods, coffee+hot chocolate) Dinner portions are huge and very reasonably priced for the hotel/location. I regret not trying their burger. There's also the Audi experience (2 hours to drive the Etron). Unfortunately, couldn't access a few scenic paths bc snow was too heavy. I already own this car but to drive it in the snow -what a great experience. Location-wise, grocery store and all the shops were walking distance. There's street parking for $15/day, first come first serve (parking is free on weekends). Garage parking is $50. Concierge was also great at accommodating with a birthday surprise (macarons + balloons). However, we sat down in the lounge one evening and were ignored for over 15 minutes. I tried making eye contact and waved but still ignored. The workers served/gave menus+drinks to 3 parties that came after us. Maybe because we were the only Asians there? I hate the race card but it was so bizarre.. That was the only annoyance of the trip.. Overall, I would book Limelight Aspen again. I'm already planning to return in April
