I typically have only been treated by the same dentist for the last 20+ years and since he was on vacation (poor timing for me and my teeth!), I was left in search of someone reliable to do the extractions. I'm actually really glad I came here and that says a lot - considering it was for teeth extractions, but he made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. Everyone made me feel comfortable, were respectful, and efficient! The procedure itself was so fast and I felt no pain - just typical pressure. I only needed to take Advil/Tylenol once more since then! I go back for a follow-up soon and one more extraction and I'm definitely not as nervous. I know I'm in good hands and I'd highly recommend his office for any oral surgery/TMJ issues/etc! Thanks again for making an uncomfortable appointment literally painless for me! :) I appreciate it!

Maybe I was just too nervous, but I took a klonopin both times before I got there. I didn't experience any pain in or after my treatment. The staff is friendly and the doctor is very intelligent. I would recommend it, and go back myself.

I sat on this review for several months because I was so put off by the behaviors of several of the…read morestaff but I think people need to be advised. In February 2025, I developed horrible tooth/gum pain. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance & failed to tell me this until I called about an outrageous bill. The next dentist in my area wasn't taking patients for two weeks. I contacted this office (of oral surgery) & was told that Dr. Rannucci was on vacation but his partner oral surgeon was there & I could make an appointment. I specifically asked the young lady on the phone if he not only "pulled teeth" but if he also did general dentistry & she assured me that "he does everything" so I made my appointment. The appointment was for the next day, and early in the morning. I was there on time but imagine my surprise when I spent 20 mins of my "appointment time" listening to the hygienist (a middle aged Caucasian woman with straight dark hair mixed with gray) & the oral surgeon (believe his name is Cappetta.) talking about me & how they would not be able to handle my "care" unless it was to do an extraction. I guess they thought tooth pain made me lose my hearing also. Anyway, they called me to the window & the oral surgeon was pretty dismissive & borderline rude. There was a little back and forth because I was given false information. If he didn't do "general dentistry" and he kept saying I needed a referral. (According to my dental plan I do not need a referral to go to any practice.) why is his office staff stating he does. They wasted my time & I had to both take a day off of work AND get there for before 8am. Ultimately he suggested I go to my old dentist and get a referral but ended up giving me the name of two dentists in my plan that I could call & telling me that after I see them, if I need oral surgery I can "come back here". They couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling those dentists and seeing if they could squeeze me in, due to my high level of pain. I ended up leaving because there was nothing else to do. Also I want to mention that the day I made the appointment I was told I HAD to give a $100 deposit just to see them. Which I did but I made them refund my money. All the while the young lady at the reception desk did my refund request she was smirking. This review may have never happened if I hadn't spoken to my best friend and she tell me she ALSO had a poor customer experience with this office and that same surgeon. She also knows of two additional people that experienced the same. So clearly, this is a pattern. I would sincerely recommend thinking long and hard about coming here unless you like to be mishandled by a doctors office. Sort of a buyer beware situation This is why I do not and would never recommend this office.
