I normally don't bother with…read morereviews, but due to the level of pleasantry from this experience, I feel that I must: My issue: cavity, back end of the last teeth on the bottom right row (very hard to get to) due to wisdom teeth (previous dentist didn't even follow up with me regarding that after he removed my wisdom teeth) Honorable mention: Front desk (Jenny): exceptionally nice and considerate lady. Took the time to review my insurance coverage with me, along with assisting me in reaching out to my insurance company to verify coverage prior to scheduling my apt. (Normally they just book u and be done). Reasonable recommendation when asked for her opinion, no BS. The process: numbing the surface before needle with numbing agent injection. Due to my reaction, Dr. Kim stopped and did a total of 3 injections to make sure I'm numb properly before cavity filling (keep in mind, I had cavity fillings where the doctor was in a rush, feels like it's about right and just went with it). As difficult as it was for the position of my cavity, Dr. Kim took the time, and with consideration, got the job done without me feeling much of any discomfort. Highly recommend!

The cleanings are always great and the hygienists always double check. One example I can give of how great Doctor Rizzo is when I called up and said that I got my tooth knocked out in a hockey game. He had me in there the next day with the molding done to get a permanent fake tooth and he had me out of there in the mean time with a temp and I was able to show my face at work that morning. The office itself is a nice blend of professional, warmth, and old school (not dated) - not the cold, post industrial norm for medical offices. When I told them I was going to call insurance to question I was told "I shouldn't go that route". Things that make you go hmmm. Make sure you check what they charge you and keep receipts as apparently they don't keep copies. And check what your insurance is actually charging you vs what they are charging.
