I made an appt with Dr. Toy because of the previous reviews and the fact that her office could fit me in relatively soon. Other dentists had a 2+ week waiting period. I got there and did have to wait a bit longer than my appointment time which was okay, nothing too bad. It could have just been because I was a new patient. Dr. Toy was the best! She was really gentle and thorough and took her time. I noticed that she didn't use a dental assistant, it was her doing all the work. One thing that I appreciated was the fact that she pointed out a little tiny cavity for us to monitor. Other dentists might jump on that and do a filling (plus charge you!) But the fact that Dr. Toy didn't made me trust her more and showed me that isn't the type to just milk the insurance money. I'm definitely planning on going back to Dr. Toy!
