Tim and his associate Mark showed up on time and prepared for our appointment. During this time on site, we discussed and reviewed our existing system, and they listened to what our needs and wants were. Soon after our meeting, we received their recommendation/estimate, discussed the details and installation criteria, and then scheduled the work. The work went smoothly and relatively quickly, with Tim and Mark working around our staff, the elements (it was August and very Hot!), our customers and the chaos that occurs at a high-volume gas station. Based on their advice and recommendation, we had 15 cameras, one (1) Pan Tilt camera with a new DVR and monitor installed, along with all new wiring as was recommended and necessary. After the installation, Tim worked with staff to teach the basics of the relatively easy to use system.... and continues to assist with the "learn as you go" process to understand and use the more advanced features. The guidance and support from Redlands Alarm has been exceptional. They respond and answer our questions via text, email, telephone, and always in a timely courteous manner. What makes this company my choice? I see alarms at a lot of houses, and often it's a budget system. When I ask the people about it they say "we don't use it because we constantly have false alarms". Can't tell you how often I have heard that. Tim, the owner, at Redlands Alarm has convinced me to use good gear, and it performs well. They installed commercial quality stuff, and it works reliably. And when I ask for suggestions he has answers. Can't recommend Tim and Redlands Alarm enough. PS: You know what else I like.... Tim actually loves what he does. I had a conversation with him as he was installing my new system this week, and it's kind of refreshing to hear someone passionate about their work.

The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks.
