He told me if there were any issues with the fence or the gates, he would handle the issue. The gates didn't even last a week before they started having issues. Since they obviously where not going to address the issues with the gates, the owner had blocked me on his phone. I took it upon myself to do the repairs. I got my repair material from Silver Creek Irrigation here in Nampa and they informed me that there were several complaints on the sub-par work that Regan Fencing has been doing. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!, Joe Regan claims he will take care of any issues you after he is done. But after he cashes your check. He is done with you. His gate work is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! It has cost me a couple hundred dollars in material to rebuild the gates so they will close and latch properly.

My husband had some additional questions and send an email. He got a reply from Allison, he replied to her email asking another question. Because I insisted to Allison that my husband did in fact leave two voice messages and two emails, we got an email this morning from them telling us that do to the recent interaction, they were declining the project. We are so glad we didn't do business with this company.
