As is standard across the Ask chain, its the same menu wherever you go, with the exception of the specials menu which changes every once in a while.
Where Ask varies though, is through the levels of service they offer. Some are good, some are bad. This particular restauarant probably lies somewhere inbetween ans its dependant on how busy it gets when you visit as to whether or not things are done to your satisfaction.
The same applies to the food - visit in quiet times, it'll be fine. Visit in busier times and you're taking your life into your hands on occasion. The prices are pretty much what you might expect - on a par with pizza hut, although the desserts are very pricey for the small portions you get.
Its clean inside, the toilets always seem to be well maintained and the wine list is actually pretty good. Its worth a visit in quieter times, and worth a miss when they're busy. Not much of a place to visit for a treat, but for an everyday meal it does the job very well. read more
