My Samsung washer did not pump out water and was making a loud metal crunching sound. I called Samsung and they told me that I had to use Lowe's extended warranty company and I am ever so thankful that I choose Ask G Tech Services! David was amazing. He asked very useful questions on the phone and brought the right part out with him to repair our machine. He was prompt, contacted us before arriving and his service was impeccable! What a Horrible experience this has been. I filed a claim through Lowes on September 9th 2025 and am writing this on October 16th. Lowes set these clowns up to fix my washer and it is still not fixed. Communication with both Ask G Tech Services and Lowes is almost none existent. Oscar is the tech they sent. He never answers calls or texts, when you do get ahold of him he makes promises that he does not keep. I do not know how a company like this stays in business. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

He quickly assessed the problem with our window air conditioner, ordered the part and repaired the air conditioner as soon as the part arrived. I had David come out to have a look at our LG refrigerator, which wasn't cooling or producing ice. He communicated well, asking questions to assess the situation. He quoted me a rate to show up, a rate if he did any work at all, and an idea of what to expect if this or that was the problem. We set an appointment and he communicated his ETA including a revised ETA due to traffic. He showed up and was respectful and professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was doing, demonstrating thorough knowledge. Then he did the minimum amount of work required to try to achieve a solution, and I mean that in the best way. He suspected a dirty compressor and offered to clean it, rather than trying to sell me an expensive part or repair. He cleaned out a ton of dust and debris and removed a huge chunk of ice that was certainly causing problems. He then charged me exactly what he said he would. To sum, on time, knowledgeable, professional, competent and fair. And a 22-year veteran as well. I would not hesitate to contact Mr. G anytime. read more

I had a warranty service call setup for today between 8am & 5pm (kind of a big space of time for a service window) for a refrigerator issue. Apparently the technician called (about 4pm) and left a message on the phone and stated that we were "next up". I retrieved the message about 45 minutes later and called the tech. Left a message and no call back. 45 minutes later, I called again. No answer. I called 5 minutes later and the tech told me that because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled the appointment. He said I'd have to contact again to get another appointment. So I hung up and called the "office". The message said they were closed even though the hours were listed to 6p. This seems like a 1-man band operation. He said he was in the area but didn't bother to come by. I had been home all day. I contacted the warranty people and asked for a different provider as Ask G doesn't seem like they want to work with people. read more

The service at Ask F is HORRIFIC to say the least. The voicemail is ALWAYS FULL. Lowe's contracts them as a warranty company and it is a no win situation. Ask G Tech Services was subcontracted by Samsung to service my refrigerator. He was able to get me an appointment very quickly. They Arrived the next day on time and was very quickly able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. The tech was very friendly and understanding of my situation and did everything he could to resolve my issue with my fridge quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again! read more
