Aside from being a very nice person (which isn't always the case with doctors), he is a serious practitioner who really cares and goes out of his way to help. Once when I was having an emergency, he called me from DisneyWorld where he was on vacation with his family! Dr. Ali is so versatile that sometimes when I think I need a specialist, he is well-informed and able to take care of the issue. I am allergic to many, many medications, and Dr. Ali goes out of his way to find medicine that I can take. His office is in Beverly Hills, very central, with it's own valet parking, which is very convenient. I almost never need to go into the office except for the yearly checkup or to get a blood test. As a concierge patient, I have cell phone contact with him when I need him, and he answers promptly. When I had a serious flu, he sent a nurse to the house to give me hydrating infusion. Also had a nurse come to collect a sample during a UTI. Now that I'm older, I really appreciate Dr. Ali's concierge service. I chose the level that is $5000/year, paid in two installments, and never better spent. Gone are the hours spent in waiting rooms, and long drives across town to medical buildings. If I could give Dr. Ali 10 stars, I would. Whether you're considering concierge service or primary care, you can't go wrong with Dr. Ali. An added benefit is that the office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the office nurse is absolutely a delight.

How could she fail to verify the Medical Advance Directive? How could she justify not corroborating the spouse's position when she learned of the court action? If physicians do not respect their patients enough to adhere to their mandated reporting and privacy obligations, it's no wonder so many elders are victimized despite extensive legislation designed to protect and ensure their safety. I am trying to find an email address for her. I will offer documentation of my father's reality. I just pray, Porter does what she should.

I came to Dr. Porter on the recommendation of a physician who sends all his neurological patients to her. A second recommendation came from a friend who has been a dedicated patient of Dr. Porter's for 20 years. They were right to praise her. The initial interview was thorough, relaxed and insightful. Doctor Porter has a comfortable manner and put my wife and me at ease as we discussed the steps involved . At the end of the interview, she suggested detailed actions to establish the baseline and gave me a list of neurological specialists to help her develop a comprehensive understanding of my neurological self. After being screened (with appropriate tests) by each of the specialists, I returned for a review with Dr. Porter. She placed their contributions in perspective and balanced them with the results of her own tests. And, again, her "bedside manner" was warm, engaging and thorough. My wife and I began the adventure with questions and Dr. Porter addressed all of them. We came away ready to take the steps she recommended, including committing even more deeply to the MIND diet. I highly recommend her. She'll take good care of you.

Professor Dr. Ernst von Schwarz MD, PHD, FESC, FACC, FSCAI…read more is truly an outstanding physician. From the very first appointment, he made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His calm and compassionate demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to for me to handle. I felt completely confident in his care, and I am so grateful for his incredible professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend Professor Dr. Ernst von Schwarz to anyone seeking a top-tier cardiologist. One more important comment - Dr. Schwartz's staff and the entire office in Murrieta are very professional and friendly. Thank you very much to all and each of you for your hard work. Sincerely, Nick and Mila Tzakis

Every staff/provider in this office is unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful towards…read moretheir patients. They interrupt, speak to patients as if they are inferior, and do not honor their appointment times. I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early and was not seen until 50 minutes after my appointment time, so I waited in the office for over an hour. Not one single provider in this office is welcoming or kind. I had multiple appointments and never met with Dr. Schwartz once. Staff seem to care more about being employed in Beverly Hills, the front desk receptionist never fails to mention it. They don't care about providing care or offering basic hospitality skills to their patients from vulnerable backgrounds. Absolutely terrible. Follow up as of April 2026: Receptionists Brianna, Jade, and Tanya are truly some of the most rude and patronizing medical staff I have ever encountered. The receptionists, specifically Brianna, create an extremely uncomfortable environment with their condescending attitudes and lack of care. Every time you call, they immediately place you on hold for 10+ minutes, only to hear them laughing, gossiping, and clearly not prioritizing patients. I know this because I have witnessed the same behavior in person while waiting in the office. Trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor is always a frustrating experience. They will confirm availability multiple times over the phone, only to literally yell and argue with you in person and claim "he's not here" or act like you were given incorrect information. There is no accountability, only attitude and unnecessary arguments. Even simple requests, like asking for copies of my own medical documents, are treated as if I'm asking for something unreasonable. They make basic patient care feel like a burden and seem annoyed by having to do their jobs. You often have to argue just to be treated with basic respect. For a cardiology office, where patients are often already dealing with stress and serious health concerns, the lack of compassion and professionalism is unacceptable. Patients deserve kindness, clear communication, and respect not hostility and distrust the moment they walk in.

I was subjected to multiple failed and painful IV attempts by four different nurses, one of whom grabbed my arm roughly. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was then left hooked up to an IV without a call button, unable to move, and had to scream for help through the door just to get someone's attention. The nurse who finally responded told me she could "see my vitals from somewhere else" and walked away without checking on me. This is negligent and dangerous. I have filed a formal complaint and I encourage anyone who has experienced mistreatment here to speak up. This level of care is not just unprofessional -- it's unsafe. Thank you for the response. I have already submitted a formal complaint to both UCLA Patient Experience and the California Department of Public Health. I'm open to sharing additional information through the proper investigative channels, but it's also important to publicly highlight this issue. The lack of response and care I experienced was deeply upsetting, and I hope real steps are taken to prevent this from happening again.
