The gentleman helping me was very nice, was already aware of the situation, and immediately got the correct size ordered for us. He said it should be here within a few days. They also let us keep the extra adult jersey that was sent by mistake, so now my older daughter has a team jersey too, which was a nice little bonus! Mistakes happen, and for me, customer service is really about how a business handles them afterward. They were friendly, helpful, and made it right without giving me a hard time. I need access to running supplies and accessories as well as running attire. Here are my recent experiences: I came in for shoes and they were understaffed and sent me away. Twice. I came in for running nutrition and they focused on shoe fittings and I had to wait for a few dollar cash purchase. They recently eliminated the discount for being part of the local running club. And they mismanage the national program. That's if you can use it when you are turned away. This is a detriment to the national program which has deadlines on when you can use their loyalty rewards. Being turned away cost me my loyalty rewards. The national program refused to renew them and told me to ask the to comp it. Ugh. So overall, I would like to see Fleet Feet McKinney make some changes that improve the experience.
