I was really impressed by the packaging as they give a heat regulated thermal bag for the order. I appreciated that they have a number of non pork options as I don't eat pork. The chicken soup dumplings were flavorful though I'd have liked more soup. I put some red pepper flakes on top as there was no chili oil provided. The combo came with general tso's chicken and I opted for lo mein instead of fried rice. The dish as delicious but the chicken was dry. The combo also came with 2 thumb print pork dumplings which I didn't try and regular chicken dumplings which lacked a bit of flavor. There was also a spring roll which was just very greasy. It also came with egg drop or sweet and sour soup. I'm not a fan of either so I skipped it. All in all, great value and good but not amazing food.

We told them numerous times what was missing and they could never get it together. It was the worst. After 1.5 hours, we asked for a refund of what was missing and they insisted that we got the food. Ambiance is pretty bland. admittedly the food we got was delish but their management sucks.

I only tried this place for convenience since it's right next to the medical supply place I shopped at. The inside is small with a handful of tables. The hostess assumed I was there to pickup an order but I corrected her that I had planned to dine in. Her response was, "oh yeah. You can do that too." The menu had a lot of choices. Too many choices. And I didn't see any combination plates. I was in a bit of a hurry so I ordered the General Tso's chicken because it was a familiar dish to me. The hostess was also my waitress and took my order. She asked what soup and rice I wanted. I didn't realize my meal also came with this. I ordered white rice and I asked what were my soup options. Hot and sour, egg drop and wonton. I chose the wonton. Now, I don't really like these soups, but out of the three, wonton is my least revolting. For the last 20 years the only Chinese restaurant I've eaten at is the buffet on Navarro. So that's the wonton soup I'm used to. When she brought me my cup of soup I noticed it had a chunk of cabbage as well as wontons in it. "Nice touch," I thought. Then I tasted it. Wow!! The cabbage was still firm. Fresh. And the broth was delicious. Not chicken bouillon broth as I expected. Then the wontons... wow! I've never had a wonton this high quality before. Everything about it was delicious and obviously fresh. Soon after, my General Tso's plate arrived. There was enough food to feed my family on that plate. And there were so many veggies with the chicken. Fresh, firm broccoli, bell peppers, scallions, and I believe cayenne peppers. I accidentally bit into one of the peppers and my mouth was immediately on fire!! The sauce was a deep dark red and full of flavor. The perfect blend of spicy and sweet. More on the spicy and less on the sweet. Every bite was delicious. I couldn't eat it all because there was too much food. I asked the waitress for a to-go container. I definitely wasn't going to leave these left overs behind! When she brought me my styrofoam container I told her that this was the absolute best General Tso's I've ever had. She admitted that she herself won't eat Chinese food anywhere else in town.

I have passed by their restaurant many times, but it never occurred to me to go in until one day I was surprised to see them ranked in the top 100 ramen places nationally on Yelp! With less than 300 reviews, I was skeptical at first but was intrigued to give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did! I visited on a Friday afternoon right before New Year's and was greeted warmly by the staff inside. As I was indecisive on what to order in the ramen section, I asked the staff for suggestions. She was kind to walk me through the menu without rushing to get an order, and she mentioned that their most popular item is actually the beef noodles. That was all I needed to make a decision to try the beef noodles. While waiting for the food, I chatted with the staff and learned that the restaurant opened right before the pandemic then shifted their model to take-out only as the pandemic begin. Since then, they've tried to make use of their restaurant space to return to dine-in but it has been difficult to find reliable workers. In the interest of keeping the quality consistent and customers happy, they've decided to make sacrifices to keep the business model as is for take-out only instead of scaling up with additional staff, which is such a shame given the rent in the area is not cheap and they have such a beautiful space! When you hear "take-out only", I know what you're thinking, BUT I promise you this is the best takeout food you will ever have! The packaging is very well-designed to keep the flavors and ingredients at its finest! As I mentioned, I ordered the beef noodles, and typically noodle dishes are not ideal for takeout, but Asia Blue separates the soup from the noodles so that the noodles are not soggy, and even after half hour, the soup stayed warm and flavorful. The noodles also came paired with many mini side dishes as palate cleansers, which were a nice surprise. From my conversation with the staff, I've also learned that this is one of the rare places that truly make their broth fresh from premium ingredients! You can be sure that it's MSG free and packed with healthy nutrients, and that's a quality that you can taste. I highly recommend this place for your next ramen adventure, and I certainly will be returning again very soon to try the other menu items. :)

When you pickup your food, the sit down area is dark, and there isn't much of a waiting area. It looks to be run by two folks, the cook and the cashier. It is probably best to order over the app, as the one cashier is busy packing the food in the fancy packaging and dealing with the money transactions. Since it is only two people, it can be slow to get your food when it is busy. I waited an additional 20 mins from the projected time it was suppose to be done. As for the food, the miso ramen was packed in this fancy box. The box contained the soup separated from the noodles with a few side dishes. I believe this is the only vegi ramen they offer. It is nothing special. The broth is basically miso soup with soy sauce. (2 out of 5) The cold sesame noodles was better. It had more flavor. (4 out of 5) The Salt & Pepper Chicken was good (4.5 out of 5). I couldn't help eating it while in the car, as it smelled so good. The Braised Pork over rice was decent. It was cut up thick pork belly, braised in an Asian brown sauce. The flavoring was a little one sided. (3 out of 5). I'm giving this place an overall 3 stars because the food isn't something to rave about. Packaging and presentation were great, but tastes was more important to me.

Its on the smaller side which also explains the wait. The service is quick and efficient! I I ordered spicy edamame which was interesting it tasted like tomato paste with spices essentially but still good. And kimchi for gut health! The belle of the ball is of course the sushi! They have an array of different sushi and rolls to pick from! I couldn't decided so I ordered 2 different rolls. Interestingly enough they both were served hot. I ordered the Louisiana roll 10/10. And a Mt. Fuji roll they're soo good and a good starter. This place is excellent! If I ever happen to across the world in Rosenberg I will definitely be back!

This our go to sushi restaurant in Corpus…read more I'm a huge critic when it comes to tempura, but theirs is perfect and even when we order for takeout, by the time we get home it still has a crunch. I usually get the Chirashi and it's the perfect amount and for the price I think it's justified. I will say though... they seem to get my husband's order wrong almost always. It's very rare they get it right and when they do, we have no problem, but when they don't... it gets kind of annoying especially when the waiter(s) repeat the order to us. He usually orders two rolls which are the Crazy Texan (spicy tuna, avocado, pickled burdock root, cucumber topped with tuna, with tuna, jalapeños, fried onions, and hot oil) and the Spicy Tuna Rainbow (spicy tuna topped with various fish). For some reason when our food gets to our table, the Crazy Texan is correct, but he always gets the Rainbow Roll instead of the Spicy Tuna Rainbow... or one time he was given just a Spicy Tuna Roll. Then we have to go through a whole debacle or calling our waiter over and having them fix this mistake. Not sure if it's a miscommunication between the waiters and the sushi chefs, but I think maybe having a paper trail would help with this problem since we noticed they almost never write down our order and just try to memorize it. Although the minor mishaps, we still return because it's one of the better places for sushi in this town full of chain restaurants.

We sat down and ordered tea, which was served in the cutest little jug and tea cups on the side. Along with some edamame, which was normal. Sushi had a great crunch and tasted really fresh. I love the deep fried cream cheese rolls. Our server was awesome. She overheard it was my friend's birthday and she brought us mochi dessert with a happy birthday label on it and even grabbed a candle for her. It was really thoughtful. The food and service was great here. We'd return again!
