Ingrid was so friendly and genuinely great to talk to. She made me feel very welcomed and took the time to chat with me, which made the experience feel really personal. Michael, the manager, was also incredibly informative and shared more about the different things Temple Street Eatery has to offer. He was happy to answer questions and really took the time to make sure I knew what they offer. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean and well kept. I came in because of the Yelp experience, but the welcoming service and great customer experience definitely made me want to come back and try more. To top it off the server's attitude grew with every interaction we had with him (which was few) when we were paying the check he snapped at my friend and then even closed his eyes and took a deep breath then apologized. My only issue with the place is cleanliness. It's not dirty per se. It was sticky and had a very persistent gnat/fly while I was dining by the window.
