This is weird but there are two establishments with 100 meters of each other, same name. Menus are 80% similar, both have very authentic Filipino food. The Montebello one is more diner and take out, whereas this one is more sit down. The silogs are legit, the pancits are spot on and the bone-in fried chicken is good! Who'd think you find pork sisig with egg on sizzling plater this good in the Eternal City. This place is good for a sit down affair after you tire of the pizza and pasta (pretty quickly for rice eaters)
Do not forget the halo-halo is just like Manila, That is the Ube ice cream is like home unlike the purple stuff we get the States, you taste the texture of the yam. read more
