Honestly this is more of a three and a half review but it doesn't deserve the four star review which is upsetting. Overall it is a very good buffet and grill where they have hibachi at certain times of the day and they also have some really good sushi spreads and varieties, it is on the small side but the type of sushi they have is always wonderful. It always tastes fresh which is a good thing especially when it comes to a buffet. The food is always hot when I am getting up to get some more and they always have a huge variety of foods whether it is Boneless ribs, orange chicken, honey chicken, General Tso's chicken and many other varieties of chicken and beef. They also have white rice, fried rice, and lo mein noodles and they honestly have some of the best crab Rangoon that I have ever had! The staff is relatively friendly and the plates are always cleaned off the table as soon as I am done with it and getting ready to head up to the buffet for the next plate. They are also very quick with refilling drinks and they don't try to rush you out of there. At a price tag of $10.99 per person for lunch, and I believe a couple more for dinner, it is easily going to be the place that I go to over and over because I like the food, the atmosphere is nice and the place is decorated very nicely as well. They have a beautiful little Rock waterfall and a gorgeous peacock wooden carving. Overall a nice place that I'll definitely go to time and time again but I don't know if it will be the place that I have to absolutely go to when I want some Asian buffet style food.

Asian Buffet and Grill is one of several lower price point Asian buffets in the area. It's under $15 at its peak price and includes a wide selection of eclectic food. I have been here a couple of times and never reviewed it but it is time to speak out. If I have ever gone here it was to make someone happy. If I could have picked the restaurant, it would have literally been anywhere else. Fortunately I had an amazing lunch at a gourmet gastropub so I made the sacrifice. On the good side they are clean and have an okay decor which includes an amazing carved peacock out of wood. The service is always very friendly. The restaurant is massive with two sides but I have only ever seen the left side open. Unfortunately the food is not great. They have strange selections for an Asian Buffet like a tub full of olives, pigs in a blanket, apple strudel, and congealed Kraft macaroni and cheese. These are served alongside pepper steak, crawfish, and coconut shrimp. They serve soup and have a hibachi. The ingredients are laid out but I have never seen it in operation. I can only wonder about the "chef's" culinary background with some of the choices. That said I can make it work by sticking to the noodles and vegetables. I had a few of the peel and eat and shrimp and a crab Rangoon. The pork was swimming in grease and the sushi did not look good. Dessert is ice cream, Jello, fruit, and an assortment of dry little cakes including the standard coconut one. My family loves an all you can eat Asian buffet. To the point that they used to eat at one by our house that was dirty and and made people in the family sick several times. It probably saved their lives when it was shut down. I tell that story to illustrate the point that the bar on buffets that make them happy is set way low. At least I have never gotten sick here. Dinner was $30 with hot tea plus tip. I would have gladly taken that $30 to Publix and cooked a good meal over this. From what I have witnessed their customers tend to be older couples and single men that don't cook. If you just want to be filled and don't care too much about the taste, this may be an option for you.

Other than friendly service there isn't much to write home about here. I came in two days ago to this place and honestly I like to judge a buffet at the tail end of their meal time. I came in for the lunch buffet and the quality of what was still available needed a lot of help. The Dim Sum looked so old, even like more than a day old, but I'm sure it was only a few hours off. The friend rice choice is the cheap yellow kind... sign of a very low quality Chinese spot. Fun fact: They had Vietnamese Chicken Wings... bro my homie is Viet and I bet he couldn't recognize what these were. They were tasty just not Viet. Anyway, catch you on the next one.

I read the reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, but was not disappointed. The Asian buffet price has risen to 10.99, but they had quite a selection of food. Upon entering, you are greeted and brought to one of two large dining areas. The waitress offers you a drink and asks if you want chopsticks. The buffet area is massive and includes a hibachi station and a sushi station. They also had a variety of dishes such as honey chicken, general chows chicken, pepper steak, little oysters, crab salad, a variety of soups and noodles, white rice, fried rice, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, salad, pigs in a blanket, vegetables, and so much more. For dessert they had a variety of fruits, different puddings, cookies, cakes, apple pie, and an ice cream station. I tried a little bit of a lot of dishes. It wasn't the best Asian food I've ever had, but it wasn't bad. If you are hungry, I suggest trying out this restaurant.

Styrofoam takes up to a million years to break down. Be environmentally friendly and don't eat from anywhere that serves these dining-in.

And now we're back.... a Friday night and they have some outside tables available (if you wanted some quieter atmosphere) because inside was dinner drinking and karaoke... we had a table good for hubby and I to watch. There was a large group (a party of some sorts) and a lot of great singers; and so many people jumped up to dance along with many of the songs. We tried a couple of varieties of the peruvian classic drink, Pisco Sour... once traditional and one with a mango twist. They were very good (not my thing but very good for what they are). We shared one of their ceviches (amazing) I ordered Tacu Taco with chicken and my husband got some seafood dish; I can't remember what it was called but I know we could've shared one dish since the servings are huge. The vibe did not disappoint. They play great music, the atmosphere is fun, and the service was friendly. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the timing of the food. I received my dish first, but it took about 10 more minutes for the person I was dining with to get theirs. I also noticed the same thing happening at a few tables around us, so it seems like the kitchen was running a little behind that day. Now, the food itself? Delicious. I ordered the shrimp ceviche, which was fresh and flavorful, and the filet mignon lomo saltado. The steak was a bit tough to chew, but the flavor of the sauce was spot on and really well seasoned. Overall, despite the slight delay with the dishes, I enjoyed the meal and would come back to try more. Their Peruvian-Asian fusion options sound especially interesting, and I'd love to explore more of the menu.

I had a great time the first time, and yep it's still that girl. Let's talk about the vibe real quick. The ambiance is everything. Modern, and just really well put together. From the furniture textures to the contrast in colors it all feels super intentional but still chill. Like, they knew what they were doing when they designed this place. 10/10 on the setting alone. Let's get down to the items shall we? What We Had Drinks ____________________ + Naori Signature Drink ($15) : 8.4/10 This one's made with Pisco Berries and Triple Sec. It's a layered, fruity cocktail that's a little more complex. Personally, I prefer the Pisco Sour it's cleaner and more balanced for my taste. But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. So good. * Shots - We also did a round (Don Julio, I think), and it kept the vibe going. Appetizers/Entrees __________________ +Nikkei Tiradito ($19) : 10/10 Thin tuna slices with a shouyu sauce that had a little citrusy kick. I could've had another plate just for myself. +Grilled Octopus ($20) : 8.4/10 This was good! Cooked well, had a nice char. Not my favorite thing on the table, but still strong comes with Peruvian corn and potato. +Arroz Chaufa Special ($24) : 10/10 Babyyy this dish was everything. Wok-fried rice, perfectly seasoned. That filet was so tender, and the shrimp just brought it all together. Easy standing ovation for me. * Dessert - I honestly can't remember what we ordered for dessert, but it was decent. Nothing crazy. I'd give it a 7/10. Overall Experience: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Would I Be Back? Without a doubt. I even told my mom about this place and I think she went a couple months ago! They literally have everything on the menu even the ones I didn't know I was craving for until I saw them on the menu. My girlfriend loves uni (sea urchin) so we ordered two pieces (1 pc per order) at a reasonable price. It was good for the price of ($14.50 may change due to market fluctuation). It wasn't Japanese uni, it looked and tasted like the ones from California. Nonetheless, it was good, especially with uni being scarce temporarily. We also tried their grilled shishito peppers (nice mini app to snack on), fried tofu with chicken sauce (very hot inside so be careful, but it was tasty and light enough to enjoy other dishes), spicy salmon roll wrapped in soy paper (very simply roll and tasty, you don't get tired of it after eating couple pieces), nato beans and rice with Ikura and quail eggs (tasted little blend but couldn't complain for the portion and quality), seafood hotpot (will satiate your hotpot craving until next time, and Michelle ramen (which was mediocre at best). I got the impression that the place is neat and well kept. I will definitely be going back for the second and third time. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the plaza.
