WISH I could rate them 10 Stars!…read more Albert Lorenzo, the owner, puts the 'YOU' in Unique! Forget any experiences you may have had at other auto repair shops! Or better yet, remember them well. Because once you've dealt with Albert and Unique Automotive Repair you'll never want to look back! We've had 2 BMW's and our Jaguar S-Type under the watchful eye and care at Unique over the past year or so. What I can positively tell you after every encounter is that I walk away thoroughly impressed, pleased and feeling like I got THE BEST bang for my repair bucks! PERIOD! I've always felt the repair bill was extremely reasonable, especially knowing that Albert seems to do those little 'extra' things that a perfectionist would not want to let slip by. IF some other shop were working that way, their bill would be shocking! I'm no stranger to the mechanical end of a vehicle, so I KNOW when I'm being treated fair and square. Unique is truly Unique! Albert is a BMW factory-trained service technician, with extensive hands-on repair work experience on many other brands of vehicles. This guy knows his stuff! And he has the right tools to get the job done. I feel very lucky to have found Albert and Unique Auto Repair. For me, that's right up there with having a great doctor and a fantastic love life! And I've hit that Trifecta! Tell them John & Beth sent ya!

Got a fiberglass kit online for my BMW and called multiple shops for quotes. This shop had the best…read moreprice which was 2000$ including paint for front, rear, and sideskirts. When I arrived with the kit, the owner introduced me to the technician who would be working on my car, Juice. I was on a tight timeframe and told them 2 weeks is as long as I can go without my car. I was reassured multiple times this would be no issue, and it would be completed before 2 weeks! 70% upfront payment was necessary, 2 weeks go by, and I am called that they need 3 more days. I live 40 minutes away so decide to stop by the shop. Here, I am told they will actually need at least another week! BecausGe of all this waiting I expressed to him my concern with getting my car back onto the road because I also need to go to a muffler shop to have them install a custom exhaust. This again is no problem for the shop, and they quote me a 400$ price to custom fabricate a catback exhaust (turned out to be a nightmare!). I recieve the car about 23 days later and am extremley dissapointed with the result. As you can see in the photos, the body lines do not line up at all, the underskirt drags on the ground (neglected to bolt it down with the 8 factory screws), and the sideskirts stick out! To make matters worse, the exhaust fabrication job was awful! After hearing a rattling noise that they could not solve even though it was not like this when I brought it to them, I took it to another shop, and was informed an exhaust is not meant to be in a fixed position. Originally the catback had two hangers, allowing the exhaust wiggle room at the engine moves upon acceleration. This fixed position caused the midpipe to scrape the bottom of the car, causing me to need a whole new fabrication job! AVOID THIS PLACE!
