The management was rude - yes, to your face but especially if you could catch them while they thought you weren't in earshot. They lied repeatedly to our face. They were always understaffed. We ran into a kitchen worker in the elevator and he was disgruntled because he was cooking for the entire center and he was the ONLY one on the kitchen. I'd be disgruntled too, but it also explains why the food was almost always cold when it got to the table. This happened to be the cheapest place in town, and there's definitely a reason for that - you get what you pay for!
