They refused to give her any option of any other care facility that would have been cheaper other than to go home. I knew that they was going to bleed my mother dry of any savings she had. Be warned of this place. Ask for any options after the insurance stops paying, find another place that is cheaper by half and do it before the insurance rans out.

Unlike earlier in the pandemic when they were bringing food to residents' units, even after the large rise in cases around the Thanksgiving holiday, the DINING ROOM continues to be open. Today I found out my father has been diagnosed with COVID; although he wears a mask there are MANY residents who have been very careless about that. I blame them and the management for not taking the proper precautions with gatherings, including having a "Christmas Party" and keeping the dining room open. Please get wise about this virus!!

Not many activities overall and none that are mind- expanding or brian-developing. All of the activities are passive. 2 stars for food - this area needs major improvement. Same two soups for lunch and dinner each day, salad bar lacks variety and lettuce is wilted, no fresh fruit - only canned, not enough variety, both in terms of the food itself and nutrition - if fish (fried) is the main meal, then one of the soups is fish, if chicken is one of the main meals, then there is a chicken soup, food need a to be kept warm for the entire time of service, not just the beginning times of each mealtime. I can only assume it is because we asked to delay a vaccine as our son was sick the day we went in. I was told it was no problem. We were never told that would end in a dismissal if we did not vaccinate that day. We have no issue with their policy that all children must be vaccinated. Furthermore, we had an issue with the the finance department which was sorted out and any balance paid in full the next day. We have no problem paying our dues! I am disappointed in this establishment due to the lack of communication which is unprofessional, reflecting poorly on this so called Christian "owner" if I am correct regarding who that is. Regardless of who owns this clinic and made their decision- very unprofessional. My son needs his next vaccine and now we are left to scramble and find someone to give his next vaccine ASAP. The email they sent was signed allied pediatrics. me on the phone of Trying to "MAKE" her accuse another practitioner unaffiliated to your organization of "making a mistake" aka malpractice, where I clearly said I just wanted to understand the issue my son was having as I was worried- I'm disappointed in this Christian who does not actually take the time to try and resolve any "issues" (if there was one) sending out dismissal letters, causing there to now be a delay in my son's care. Shameful demeanor and actions. We should have been spoken to in person who given more time/allowed to atleast vaccinate our child instead of cancelling and dismissing "immediately" as if we were causing some sort of harm or a threat to someone. Time management is a big bone of contention for me with Allied Pediatrics. They don't value your…read moretime, and they don't care if you have an irritable autistic child that can't handle long waits. They will sit you in a room and you will wait....and wait and wait and wait. My son's last appointment was scheduled for 415. We got there 4 minutes early but were still made to wait until 540 to be seen by his pediatrician. That is unacceptable to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't double or even triple booking every appointment slot.
