I called Jim in an urgent last resort to get help with my dad, I work remotely, and needed help with a sitter for at least 4-5 days per week, 4 hours each day. I was assured by Jim that he would get back to me later that same day with either good or bad news as far as having someone in my area to help me. After not hearing from Jim after normal business hours, I texted him and asked what he found out. No reply. 5 days later, still no reply. Don't rely on this business if you are a primary caretaker of a loved one!!! They will undoubtedly let you down.

He looked at me like I was going to try and kidnap the kid. After that he looked down at me until I left. I wouldn't send an enemy to this place! Let alone anyone I cared about!!!!
