She gave me a late 7 pm appointment because my work hours are nuts and she was very nice yet professional and absolutely fantastic with the spray tan. Her products actually smell good and my skin did not feel dry. I followed her very precise instructions and my tan lasted a solid 2.5 weeks. It would have stayed longer but I like my scrubs so that's only my fault. Even on the first day and first night it didn't rub off on clothing, or bedding. A tan without harmful UV rays that made me feel confident, and beautiful and I even stopped wearing make up. Yes please, I'm hooked!

They acknowledged my request and said it wouldn't be a problem -- but I still got charged on the renewal date. That was frustrating, but I figured it could be resolved with a refund. The owner responded and said they'd issue one, but after that... nothing. It's been over a month with no follow-up or action, despite multiple attempts to follow up. He informed me that there will be times he's going to ask about guidance specifically the hips since that's where I'm bothered the most being that pregnant people can really only sleep on their sides.
