I decided to get a tan for the first time. I left feeling so relaxed, happy, and glowing! My tanning bed session felt exactly like laying at the beach and the results were immediate! The bed lets out a slight nice breeze while you tan. The owner, Lana, was super welcoming and walked me through everything, as well as made sure to care about the health of my skin. They offer a variety of lotions and spf. The beds are cleaned after each use and come ready with googles. I just had the best experience at EZ Tanning today. I arrived before my appointment time and was seen promptly. The spray tan process was quick, easy and I left feeling great. Unfortunately I got caught in a downpour shortly after and was not able to fix it. But I appreciate the professionalism and kindness the staff at the salon showed me. So I have visited a few places and this one seemed the most convenient and affordable . After coming here for a while I have received several packages from them and overall the beds are great and every time I come in there is a very friendly young guy working there that's always eager to help me and steer me in the right direction since I tend to burn when I try accelerating too quickly. What sucks is that they don't store your lotion that you purchase and I was leaving for the weekend and asked to extend my session since I wouldn't be able to be using it the 6 days I would be away and they didn't really help me out too much. read more

Been going to this place for awhile but today something out of this world has happened. Lady at reception said they reviewed new bed and its a must try. So I thought why not. Was a bit pricey ($35) but I was so tired from working late for the past two weeks that I decided to treat myself. And it was amazing!!! The bed is brand new and looks so sexy. It has relaxing music inside, sprays water on you every other minute and the fan is so strong and refreshing. Oh also there is aroma therapy function which is just amazing! And the tan itself is very strong, 10 minutes and I look like I just came back from vacation! I'm sold! read more

I am going to be honest and say I've never stepped foot in this place, however, I called to inquire about a spray tan for darker skin people (because I am black) and was told that they only have colors for 'regular skin people', I was highly offended. I tried to help her clean it up but she kept digging deeper, never would I go spend my money in this place. read more

I'm completely confused to why i have to feel like I'm doing a favor by being a customer and paying money to come here lol... hence to why i stopped coming here. There's only one lady (i think she's the owner) that's welcoming who made sure I was set and ready for my session, however every other front desk doesn't even know what "Hello welcome" is... this other time I called to ask what time this place closes and even via phone I received some sh*tty answer (again, no "hello" or any phrase/greeting that a professional would say to a customer enquiring, possibly paying $$$)...... any who, so after asking what time they're closing i received a quick response "5:40" (sounded mumbled too)..is that even a decent business time to close? Usually it'd be 5:30 or 6, guessing they wanted to go home early. Felt like someone forced the person to pick up the phone and do me a favor lol. Just uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment (unless the other nice lady is in of course)... if only you'd spend more time being at least attentive rather than trying to act pretentious (with an oddly dry facial expression) although I'm not sure why, it's just a tanning place after all just a tip, learn how to greet people and be professional/welcoming! read more

I have been attending tanning for years and as far as customer service goes - worst experience ever. Very rude personnel that never makes you feel you are welcomed. I have been attending spas in the city for years, and decided to try smth closer to my house and got a monthly membership there and regretted it. GREAT GREAT PLACE! I'm going to ez tanning for almost 5 years and have a great experience with this place! The stuff is very nice and friendly and the owner is always there for you if you have any questions or if you need extra free sessions ;) They are very friendly and treat the customers like their friends especially if you come there often. Have to give extra credit them for always clean beds and the rooms. It is always pleasure to be there, relax and get a great tan. I have been tanning here non conservatively for the last 2 years. Out of the other tanning options locally EZ is the best. They have awesome business hours, they are clean (other reviews seem to have complaints but I haven't experienced it) and have updated machines. My only complaint is that there isn't any mats on the cold tile floor so when you get out of the bed it's cold on your feet. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff is awful. Not helpful, informative or accommodating. They are always cold and short with you. The girl is always watching Netflix on her iPad when I come in but can't answer my question ? Maybe because I'm not Russian? Seems to be a trend in the neighborhood. read more

I am a big fan of this place compared to my last experiences in tanning, and Ill tell you why The sales rep in the evening was very helpful and friendly, she noticed I had a sunburn and she cared for my best interests for my skin rather than trying to sell me higher level packages which cost more the plans are flexible, you can do a plan jointly, buy 10 sessions with 2 free, so your paying for 12 sessions for the price of 10, for a total of 130 , or 65 per person if split there is a decent variety of tanning lotions to choose from, whether its single packets or bottles, they give you a 20% off discount and they have Australian gold, jwow , along with organic products too, and for majority of the products they can be used both indoor and outdoors, they also smell really good and have pretty designs, bottles range from 25-70 they let you bring your own bottles to tan if you wish to upgrade to higher levels, you can pay up to a small fee of 5-10 dollars depending on how high you'd like to go if you refer a friend you get a free tan this place is up to date on maintenance with machines, including repairs and bulbs they have a good variety of standing booths, beds and face tanning too, with several floors of machines before each use they wipe down the machines, and give you as many towels as you need and goggles, even free tanline sticks like hearts, very cute they accept cash or credit for payment they also have flexible hours , they open until 11 pm at night and close at 7 on sunday nights they also offer spray tans too if you have a special event, they take walks in read more

since summer is approaching I decided to get to work on my tan. Well yesterday was my first day back to EZ tanning, and what a disappointment!!!! I've been coming to this place since it first opened, and was never disrespected or talked to the way i was yesterday. This girl did not know what to say or do! She over charged my card, and also charged me more for a tanning session (our prices went up so dont bother looking at the price list). This place is pretty and rebuilt post Sandy disaster. However, don't be fooled. Customer service is repulsive and always has been. Being so close to home, I always came back in the past. After I lost my home to hurricane Sandy, I was eager to get some color back after all this draining stress. Once I saw reopened, I called them. I was called "sweetie" by one of the usually rude girls at the desk, approximately 7 times throughout my phone call. This wasn't what angered me the most. I was told all records and computers were destroyed and my $100 package that I bought pre-hurricane was null and void. But not so pleasantly. "Sweetie, I should give everyone sessions for free because they said they had them??? COME ON!". I remained calm and promised to report them. Disgusted. Stay away. Go elsewhere to chain facilities. Machines are better and staff nicer. Shame on you EZ Tanning. Shame on the insurance that covered your damages too. read more

I live right across the street really was super excited about this place. I bought the 100$ lotion that was recommended. (They have good ranges in $) Service and the phone call for info I tried to make before heading over was an entire diff story. Cleanliness unfortunately doesn't exist in this place esp the bathroom. The room that my tanning bed was in was stuffed with all kinds of junk and layers of dust. I asked for stickers for the eye because the reusable eye wear I personally find unsanitary esp because I'm prone to break outs and I wanted some stickers to see a diff in my color. Ever thing that I wanted accessibility to that I usually expect I had to ask for and was lucky enough to get.. That's also unfortunate. Let's not forget when she asked me if I was a student I replied no, I just moved from Miami less than one week ago so here I am not a student, I was then told oh you don't get the discount then ? When I told her I am in school and reenrolling here I was replied with a "I'm not going to believe you" lol anyhow it was just a big mess. at the end after choosing 6 tan package with 1 free and the most expensive lotion option I was Given 10% Unsurely? AMAZING. WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. There are so many reasons to love this salon. Firstly, everyone who works there is super nice and kind and understanding. Appointments are flexible and they offer custom airbrush tanning for a very reasonable price. They allowed me to purchase a package deal which made it all the more affordable. They take there time when spray tanning you and put so much care into the process, to make sure that your tan comes out perfect. I asked when receiving my spray tan if it was possible to slightly go over some areas in order to contour and define them, and I was happy to pay for the extra hassle. She did not charge me and it came out beautiful. I've called when the salon was closed and the boss offered to come in just for me, as I really wanted the spray tan before a wedding. The spray tan also got a bit ruined that day (maybe because I got dressed too quickly or because of the rain) but she was more than happy and willing to touch it up. They're super accommodating. I'm very picky about my salons, and I can assure you, that once you come here, you'll never want to go anywhere else. read more

Front desk lady Katty was super sweet and helped to choose between package and memberships, explained what level is better for me. Been my tanning salon for a while now, usually buy the 14 day membership and go for 14 days consecutively with level 4! The beds are made for that bronzed tan look which is why I really like this place. The atmosphere is dark with candle lights which gives off a relaxed feeling! It's a little pricey but worth it and Im always satisfied with my tan! read more

Been coming here for 5+ years and it is amazing! Rooms are always clean and ready to go.. Unsure of previous reviewer who mentioned it was dirty because I have always seen this salon super clean. There are many different types of beds ranging from basic machines to high powered machines. They have winkies, all types of lotions and even provide aerosol deodorants in each room. I usually use level 4 standup and get nice and bronze after 2 or 3 times. Girls are friendly and helpful and they do have specials and promotions running all year round.
