From the moment I contacted Kjirsten to the spray tan session (and post session), she was so friendly, professional, and personable. I've never had a spray tan before and was very nervous to have my first session for a wedding that I was attending. But Kjirsten eased all of my concerns and made me feel so comfortable: - She shared prepping and post spray tan infographics, which were so helpful and easy to follow as a first-timer. - She calmly talked me through the steps during the session so that I understood what was going on. -Plus, she remained available and reached out post the session in the event that I had any questions. I couldn't say more positive things about her and my experience. If you're apprehensive about getting a spray tan, don't be at all because you'll be in great hands with her! She's going to be giving me my spray tan for my wedding day in the Fall, and I have full confidence that I'll look perfectly sun kissed and glowing because of her.

She gave me a late 7 pm appointment because my work hours are nuts and she was very nice yet professional and absolutely fantastic with the spray tan. Her products actually smell good and my skin did not feel dry. I followed her very precise instructions and my tan lasted a solid 2.5 weeks. It would have stayed longer but I like my scrubs so that's only my fault. Even on the first day and first night it didn't rub off on clothing, or bedding. Jackie informed me that anything they do would fade considerably by the time my event came around. She said she would ask her boss for a recommendation in California and call me back. Within five minutes, she called me back with the name of a salon in California. They went above and beyond without knowing me. They were honest with me as to what the results would look like if I did it a week ahead of time, even if it meant losing the business. When I do decide to use a tanning salon in New York, this will be the only place I will be calling. This is old school customer service at its best!
