Me and my grandson which was home from college decided to visit the store just to browse bedrooms and sofas for when he moved, when entering the store the person at the doir immediately walked unto us and asked what do you need, I told her we are just browsing nothing particular then she said again following us as we started to look and asked again what do you want? again I told her we are only looking is there a problem, as we continued to look my grandson said let's go grandma I'm not comfortable they are watching us, and as we headed out there it was MEN IN BLACK AND A FEMALE SECURITY RED IN THE FACE WATCHING AS WE PROCEEDED OUT, the lady that greet the people was no longer I. the front. I will never go to this store let alone suggest it to anyone. Her attitude towards us was we didn't need to be in here! All black people are not bad people, if you were so uncertain about us browsing why not just say black people aren't allowed " pretty much said by her actions towards us. we were not dressed improperly so I'm really disturbed by this and what she said for three people to be standing at the door until we left. This is not a store I would recommend to anyone especially people of color and brown people. Shame on you Ashley store! hire bigoted people but I. guess Ashley store in Tulsa Hills encou this type of behavior. read more

I walked in on a Friday night an hour before closing, in my ratty gym clothes. I was treated with kindness and professionalism as if I was dressed to impress. Delaney was great at listening to my needs and wants, was even patient despite it being close to closing time. I decided I would come back Saturday to make my purchases. Delaney helped me make a few critical home décor decisions. I had some idea of what I wanted, but really needed feedback on creating the perfect look for my home. Delaney was an awesome example of what you want in a sales person. I used to work in sales so I have some idea of the good, bad and ugly side. My furniture was delivered today in a timely manner. I am beyond pleased with my purchases, pricing, deals, quality with a modern look, and without a doubt the service I received at this location. I had been in a few other local furniture stores before coming to Ashley Tulsa Hills. No doubt I will be back. My home is looking so legit right now! Highly recommend. read more

This was the best experience ever Cary Morgan was the greaaaaaaaatest sales rep ever. He was right there ready to help first thing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted in a very friendly manner he had the right answer for every question we asked. He had great product knowledge the store was very clean the furniture was dusted and shined. The Mgr and desk clerk was great as well the Mgr took time to come over and introduce himself and make sure we were being taken care of as well that means a lot to me when I'm in a store shopping. The customer service is great at this store. The 71st street store needs be used as an example for ashley. I recommend anyone I know to go to ASHLEY HOMESTORE ON 71ST TULSA OK TO BUY ANY FURNITURE and if you don't mind white they have a beautiful very very good quality sectional that is definitely worth every penny. Have fun shopping everyone at ASHLEY HOMESTORE. CARY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK THANK YOU SO MUCH. read more

I had an amazing experience with my Ashley Furniture delivery thanks to Juan and Mateo! These two gentlemen were the definition of professional--punctual, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled each piece of furniture with care, made sure everything was placed perfectly, and even took the time to double-check that I was happy with the setup before leaving. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They worked seamlessly together and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It's rare to see such pride and attention to detail in a delivery crew, and Juan and Mateo absolutely delivered--literally and figuratively! Ashley Furniture is lucky to have them. Highly recommend their service! read more

I recently bought a Tempur-Pedic Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress from Ashleys at Tulsa Hills with the hope of alleviating lower back pain. In my case, it actually worked. I was somewhat shocked although the sales person Ernie had predicted this possible outcome. Ernie was knowledgeable and did an excellent job of presenting the specs and then giving me discretion to make up my mind on the purchase.. He followed the sale up with timely communication and was instrumental in my buying. All I can say for this particular transaction is " Yea Team! " read more

Had a great experience here working with Delaney! She was very knowledgable about the couches we were looking for and I ended up finding exactly what I needed for a very specific spot in my kids playroom. She was no pressure and very friendly. Once I decided on what I wanted the whole process to pay and set up delivery was very quick. They called me a week later with the delivery time. The delivery time was on a Sunday between 1-3pm and the guys showed up right at 1:00! The whole experience was great, and we love the new couch! read more

Stopped in to browse around because I was looking for some new things to furnish a few rooms in my house. I was greeted by salesperson David Riley and he was a huge help. He showed me exactly what I described and I found just what I was looking for; he was even able to hold my furniture until I was ready for it in my home! I had a great experience at this location and definitely recommend others to shop here as well. I'll be going back! read more

I went in to look around at something new for my living room. When I walked in the store I was pleased with the selection they have. Going in I expected to pay high dollar for anything I purchased but I wound up spending less than I thought I would. Everyone there was really kind and helpful. If ever going in, I'd advise people to work with David Riley. He was very personable and very courteous. Very pleased overall read more

Great people, great location! I highly recommend working with Jonathan Dodson. Very honest and straight forward person. I will definitely be doing business again with this young man. Prices are pretty respectable on the products, with many businesses you pay for good sales and customer service on top of the product quality. read more
