    A completely different chair.

    DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. The manager at this location is horrible! I ordered a chair in June that they told me was in stock. After a month of them telling me it actually was not in stock (and letting me drive all the way there to pick it up twice). they delivered the wrong chair. The managers name is John... poorest service around.

    I went into this store to buy a bed, attached are the pictures.. At the time the sales lady told me that if I bought a bed I would get 20% off for with a $2,000.00 purchase and a free bed. I picked out a bed that ran $2,099.95 . At check out, this is when things went south... They then told me the 20% did not apply to this "brand" but I pointed out that this was not listed on the advertisement... They informed me that this was because this bed just "came in" but they would honor this. Then they "informed" Me the free bed did was not included... I advised them this is what the sale person told me, and they told me that they would honor this, however the bed is out of stock, and would not be in for 4-6 weeks... I told them I would wait.., not liking this Cory the Supervisor on duty told me they would not honor the set because that was a $3,000 based even though it was clearly marked as a set. He then told me he would give me something of less value. I advised him I wanted what was advertised and he said if he did he would get fired. I asked him who I could address this with and he told me Rit Mathis, (Since they are owned by Mathis Brothers) I called and left several messages and no one to date called me back to discuss. Since then I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau . We spent 4 hours at the store dealing with these people On a positive note, the Sales person was helpful and tried to resolve all issues.

    Good sofa. Good service, had to order part of sectional and it came in a week early.

Was told by Mrs. Falls you will receive a phone call 24hrs prior to delivery. 1st item was the table to be delivered 5/11-5/25, never received a call so on 5-27 "was trying to be patient" called West Elm and spoke with Manger "Danielle." Asked where our first item was and she verbally stated, "I don't know, I don't do shipping, you will have to call customer service!" Due to family emergency I had to wait a few days. Called customer service (5/30/25 @ 1000, and spoke with "Terry"? Who stated, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THE LAST ITEM IS RECEIVED AT OUR CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER *Dallas* My reply "We just moved to Tulsa - we bought our items May 3rd? We have NO FURNITURE, you gave us 4 individual shipping dates, so we won't receive ANY of our items until SEPTEMBER?" Terry = yep!!! DROVE TO WEST ELM and introduced myself to ? The Manager ? Danielle! On 5/3125 @ 0920 I asked "Danielle" Where are our items and why were we given "approximate" delivery dates for all our items that won't arrive now until September? "Danielle's" explanation was, " it's the white glove treatment and I don't control or do shipping. My reply "Well why the hell is Mrs Falls YOUR FLOOR SALES DESIGNER providing customers specific shipping date windows for individual purchased items? "Danielle" had no response and is basically is a mouth breather and only stayed with conviction "I don't do shipping and I don't control shipping, I Don't DO THAT!" AND YES THAT IS A DIRECT QUOTE AND I HAVE MY NOTES from our chat. Mrs Falls and Danielle are a complete waste of time and West Elm is joke. If we weren't given FALSE shipping information and informed NONE of items would not ship until our last item was "manufactured" and received in September, since we purchased in May, we would have NEVER purchased a single item from West Elm and their disrespectful, ITS NOT MY JOB manager and staff.
