I was looking for a comfortable accent chair for my office. The prices in this store are not super affordable but you can find some pieces on sale or an occasional manager discount throughout the store. I found one chair online that I fell in love with but when I came into the store to look at it the quality wasn't up to par. The stitching is crooked but the price is high. The delivery for the chair was 169.00. Anyway, I walked away. read more

Tried to get some simple product availability info on the phone... the gal was really snarky and rude. This location used to be a Sam Levitz outlet, which was decent... this place is worth avoiding. Very poor selection and quality. read more

Eddie Stith was truly wonderful. My husband had a chance to try out different couches and learn about their features, which helped us feel more confident in our choices. When I arrived later, Eddie greeted me with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm. He took his time showing me around the store, answered all our questions, and was so patient as we made our decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured. His kindness, knowledge, and care really stood out. Eddie made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. He is a big reason we are so glad we chose to shop in person instead of online. Thanks to his help, we found beautiful pieces that fit our style perfectly, even ones that go with our Disney pillows. We are so grateful for his support and happy to have had such a positive experience. read more

Maya was amazing, no pressure, and I went back a few times. She was patient and understood my style and needs due to physical challenges. I received great pricing and financing, and she was completely transparent in all aspects of the purchase. The delivery was on time, and the furniture was placed as requested (and tested where applicable). Overall, it was a good experience, and I will go back for any other pieces I want to add to my home. read more

I can't rave enough about the customer service I received from Hany! The store is MASSIVE and there's a HUGE selection of every type of home furniture. We were able to get approved for financing in maybe 3 minutes. Quick delivery date. Great pricing with managers specials. Friendly staff all the way around. Once we found the couch we wanted, the process took maybe 10 minutes tops. Easiest shopping experience ever and a great value for the money! read more

Our salesman was absolutely fantastic and patient, since my daughter wasn't quite sure which recliner would suit her the best. We ended up buying the most wonderful, comfy recliner I've ever sat in (it was on sale too!!), and Ashley Store delivered it courteously and promptly just a few days later. Highly recommend!! read more

I was sold a furniture set and given a delivery date.... 3 days went by and now it's on backorder.... How can you sell things and set a delivery date and not no the product is on backorder... Then they wanted to make a partial delivery... No! Can't call the local store, all the calls get routed to a national call center. Worthless. The value might be good. Good luck on customer service after the sale!!! read more

I saw a couch on the website that I liked. The website stated it was in stock. Drove an hour and a half to get to the store. I was immediately pounced on by a salesman as usual when entering a furniture store. To cut to the chase- I showed the picture of the couch I liked to the salesman. He didn't know where it was. He said one of the stupidest comments to me: "If you can find it-we'll sell it to you" (I thought he was joking but his tone inferred he was granting some great favor) The salesman disappeared. I thought he was helping me, hunting down the couch but no..He was sitting in a chair looking at his phone. I asked him if he found the couch- without even getting up- he told me that the roof had leaked during a storm and the couch was damaged and taken off the showroom floor. On the way out of the store I spoke to another man who claimed to be the manager- He said the couch was sold a few days ago. I can't get over the fact that I was told so many lies in such a short span of time. All a different story. I wonder how these people sleep at night lying to people all day long. The website is not kept up to date. The salespeople are full of B.S. read more

The delivery workers are third party and they don't care how they treat your furniture or house. We had bedroom furniture delivered they damaged our wall and of course they damaged the bed. Broken slats and drawers. Ashley furniture will try to fix the parts even if it takes months to a year to fix. They refuse to replace or refund. You can not get a hold of management nor anyone in America to discuss the poor customer service or get anything replaced. The customer service is worthless and of course not American. A warning. Do not buy from Ashley furniture ! If you do. Just babysit the delivery guys and watch every move they make. read more

What waste of time and what a joke. Actually found the items we were looking for. Wrap up the paperwork and I'll back my truck up. Not so fast my friend. We don't have anything here for sell, it all comes from our warehouse. Oh ya, we don't have a warehouse here in Tucson, although we want to sell it to you in Tucson. Let's see, delivery is $200, no negotiations and not alternatives, unless you want to drive to phoenix and pick it up yourself. I asked to talk to the manager to discuss, salesperson said, they don't care and won't change the charges because they really don't care if you shop elsewhere. See ya, I'll buy something else, somewhere in Tucson. read more

Worst service. Ordered 2 couches at the end of July for my father. Was told by the salesman Jesus Franco that they were in stock. Was also told I would be contacted by someone to set up delivery. When they called to schedule delivery, the couches were back ordered and would not be delivered until oct 4th. The communication is terrible here. I would have gone to another store had they told me the couches were currently on back order. I needed to change my delivery phone number and to do so was told I needed to come in store. When I went into the store yesterday just before 5 pm with my baby in her car seat, 4 salesmen, 1 saleswoman and 1 receptionist flat out ignored me. I was standing at the desk for 2 minutes before I had to ask for help. I was not welcomed. At the desk, they took turns looking my way and never said welcome, one moment, anything. When I finally asked if I was going to be helped, only one salesman apologized. He was the only one who looked like he was actually in the middle of something. The others were all standing at the desk avoiding me on their tablets. I told him I was advised that I needed to come into the store to update a delivery phone number. He motioned to the receptionist and said that she could help me. When I walked over to the receptionist, no hello or anything, went straight into asking me the name on the order. I ordered a light and a nursery rocking chair back in maybe January of this year and was helped by a great salesman. Since then the store has no customer service. You would think making commission would entice them to want to greet a paying customer. Consider going to another store. You'll most likely receive your items faster and at least welcomed upon entering the store. Save yourself a headache. Tried to call the store directly and speak to a manager and could not get through. I kept getting routed to a call center. read more

Michael was great, sweet when he needed to be and ornery when he needed to be! He helped me select exactly what I was looking for even though it took me a minute to realize it. And he took the time to find me good prices. He'll be my go-to at Ashley's in the future. Give him a raise! read more

Will NEVER step foot in the store again service reps are the worst follow you hound you even when you tell them that when you make a decision you will get back to them charged an extra $300 to ship a chair and found out later THAT There are no returns BUT When I asked if there were returns, they said yes, so they do nothing but lie there and again the quality is for crap. read more

This store has terrible customer service and the worst return policy I have ever had to deal with. Save your aggravation and go across the street to La-Z-Boy. Plus La-Z-Boy carries better quality merchandise. read more

UPDATE #2: NO REFUNDS GIVEN. They are sending me parts to fix the problem. Really? Because the parts that have FALLEN OFF THE CHAIRS aren't sufficient? They scheduled (unauthorized by me) a technician to come to my home to install the parts as a fix. Because again, the screws he's going to use are going to stay in better? This company is deceptive - warranty (additionally purchased) is worthless, no refunds even though they sell furniture that is defective. read more

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT shop at Ashley Store. They have the worse customer service, and no one available to help when things are not delivered according to plan. We were looking for some specific furniture types. We could not be more pleased with the help we received from Eduardo Del Castillo Torres. He showed us a wide variety of options, listened well to what we wanted, and was very patient throughout the process. I am a person who runs from hard sell types, but Eduardo was not at all pushy. He gave us room to think about our purchase & helped us find what we wanted. It was a very good experience. Thank you, Eduardo. read more

Took my 94 year old mother to purchase a chair she loved. Liza our "trusted advisor " helped us. She showed us several options and we found the right one. She mentioned several times during the visit "I'll make the price good for you. " The chair was priced higher then mom wanted to pay and Liza stated don't worry about it.. I'll make it right. The chair was priced $459.99. She stated she could give it to mom for $419.99 . I checked their website and THAT was the price on the website so really not a discount at all. She basically stated that they are two different company's because the actual store has to pay electricity?? Hmmm. Mom offered her $400 and she stated we can't do that. I found the chair at several stores and websites cheaper $359.99 and her response was then buy it from them. Mom really wanted the chair for her 94th birthday and Mother's Day and Liza could care less and didn't even approach her manager. We ended up leaving disappointed but I was able to purchase elsewhere for $100 cheaper. This was a win for mom and me but I'm embarrassed for the salesperson who lost a sale even after mom offered her a very good price a lot more than what we ended up paying. Horrible customer experience. Mom loves her new chair purchased from one of their competitors and buyer beware. Do your research. They guarantee lower prices and advertise a price match that is absolutely nonsense as they won't. Will not return to purchase anything from them in the future. read more

Do NOT shop at Ashley on Pantano in Tucson!! We purchased an entertainment center, chest of drawers, sofa sleeper and arc lamp from sales associate, Melvin. The sleeper sofa was badly damaged upon delivery, we have yet to receive the arc lamp. They did refund the money for the sofa. However, no lamp and no refund. The delivery was a nightmare! My doorframe, entryway and bedroom, are scratched and will need repainted due to jamming and shoving the sofa into and then back out of my home. I have entered a report to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Advocates and all social media outlets. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. Horrible customer service, no return calls from salesperson, sub par delivery staff, unethical practices. Linda Reddington read more

Don't waste your money here. I bought insurance through Ashley Furniture, thinking it would cover me if anything went wrong -- turns out they didn't honor it at all. When I tried to use it, they gave me the runaround and completely failed to validate the coverage I paid for. Terrible customer service. What a joke!! If you absolutely have to shop here buyer beware: 1. The floor sales people are most likely inexperienced, slow, and make mistakes 2. The sales process is ridiculous. The floor sales person looks the item up on a computer. THEN she writes by hand a sales ticket using a hand held calculator to add up the sales total. REALLY?? This ticket is then given to the chick behind the plexiglas to misread the poorly hand written ticket. What a disaster. It took our sales gal an hour to write up a ticket for a few items. 3. Delivery process: - You receive multiple lengthy, confusing texts, emails, and robot phone calls requesting confirmation of a delivery date. One of them indicated if I did not call a number to confirm your delivery would be cancelled. I was left thinking I wouldn't get my delivery. What the hell! - Then, you wait for months because of back-ordered items. I ordered pieces in May and received almost everything in late August. - Here's the comical part: They delivered (3) three times the wrong piece of furniture. After the second attempt, I went to the store and spoke to the store manager Malik who reassured me he would correct the problem. Well, they attempted to deliver me the wrong piece the third time. I ended up cancelling the furniture for a refund. Someone is out to lunch over there. Come in guys and gals...get it together. You wanna sell furniture You gotta revamp your customer service, sales process, and delivery service to 2023. - read more

Great customer service. Ramiro was great to work with and made the purchase process very easy

Honestly only have one star because I liked our sales person he was pretty cool guy. What I want to give 0 stars for is our annoying delivery issue. So when we purchased our rocking recliner the sales guy Eddie confirmed that the 20th would work for us and we set it up for that date. Waited weeks for the delivery and then 4 days before the delivery we get a text to confirm our delivery for today as well as an email to confirm our delivery for today which is 5/20. Now this morning my husband and I both received text messages confirming our delivery for tomorrow 5/21. I then called customer service and asked them what was going on because we were scheduled for delivery today and I wouldn't be able to accept a delivery tomorrow. They turned around and tried to gaslight me saying the only delivery they see is the one scheduled for 5/21 and then I asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor also tried to gaslight me and it wasn't until I threatened to write a bad yelp review that suddenly she was able to see that yeah we were scheduled for today so she claimed she was going to call and email over to the warehouse and get my furniture on the truck and someone would call me to tell me what time it would be here. An hour later I get another email stating tomorrow is the day and it says the time they are supposed to be here tomorrow. I already told them I cannot accept a delivery for tomorrow I had to rearrange my sick child's doctors visits and schedule just to be home today. So inconsiderate of you Ashley furniture how dare you mess with and gaslight your customers like that. This is why Sam levitz went out of business. read more

Came in for two night stands, nothing major but still a $500 order. The sales guy was fantastic, Anthony did a great job of letting us browse around until we found something we liked. He took care of all the paperwork, and we set up the delivery for 5 days later. That's where things went sideways. We received a call to confirm delivery for May 4th in the afternoon. No problem. Recieved a text message on May 3 to reconfirm. Yep, still good for the afternoon. May 4th, get an automated call saying the delivery is scheduled to occur in 45 minutes. FANTASTIC! Only half the order shows up. WHAT? Call the store, they say the delivery department should know what happened and transfer me. Delivery department says the warehouse "unreserved" the other table, but it's scheduled for delivery on Sunday. I received no notification of a change and the delivery department says it was the Salesperson's responsibility to notify me. I call bullshit and head to the store. Sure enough, after talking with the sales manager, warehouse was to notify the supervisor who would've contacted the customer. Failure in the communication leads to an angry customer. The salesperson, Anthony, gets this review a star, and the sales manager, Dave, gets this review the other two. If not for their service, it'd be straight zero read more
