What a breath of fresh air to walk into this store after shopping at two traditional mattress stores earlier in the day. Sharon was our salesperson and she was so incredibly helpful, honest, and non-pressuring. She answered all our questions and encouraged us to relax in the "sleep room" at the back of the store where a mattress was made up with sheets, comforter, mattress pad, and pillows. This was a great way to experience exactly how the mattress would feel at home. The entire Amerisleep store was immaculate, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. I also liked the fact there weren't a million mattresses to choose from and that Sharon matched us up to a mattress choice that fit our sleep patterns (we both sleep on our sides) rather than offering us dozens of options in the categories of "hard" and "soft." Basically, if you need to go mattress shopping-- I would recommend stopping into Amerisleep in La Encantada to give their brand a try. So we stopped by here to check it out because we're looking for a new mattress. We had the pleasure of meeting Cindy who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to lay on each of the 5 beds and lay in the sleep room as well! We were so happy with the warranty, the fact that the beds are plant based and made in the USA, the overall quality of the product and the 100 day 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, they will come get the mattress or exchange it for one of their other ones! Other companies will return their product but as you can imagine, loading and carrying a king sized memory foam mattress would not be easy after it's expanded! We decided to buy a new mattress here in Connecticut on Columbus Day with all the sales going on. I decided to search stores and their reviews online with not a thought to purchasing a mattress on line! I came across La Encantada Amerisleep in Tucson, Arizona, read about them and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Sharon and could not get over how much she knew about mattresses. I wanted to go into the store to try out the different mattresses, but there are no stores on the East Coast. A mattress fit for a King! We needed to replace a quality but old mattress. I looked on line for a couple of years(!) and could not pull the trigger as I was unsure if I'd get the right mattress for us and did not want the hassle of return shipping. I found Amerisleep online and did research their beds. Terrific selection, great warranty and we could try them out here in Tucson. Pretty much sold, we stopped by La Encantada where Cindi walked us through the selection process. We have been looking for a split King bed. First we spent hours on the internet to look at what was available, reviews. comparisons, etc. Our search took us to to this store after lying down on beds in two other Tucson mattress stores. So we ended up at Amerisleep La Encantada. Sharon and Cindi knew their product, had us lie on their samples, answered our questions and we never felt any high pressure sales pitch. They let the product do their selling. We bought two pillows, left to go the the grocery store and returned to the Amerisleep 30 minutes later and bought out bed. I was here on the same day I am writing this review. I was just walking through La Encantada and saw a sign that said "free naps" I was immediately interested so I walked in and sharon greeted me so nicely. I asked about the free naps and she showed us to two dark rooms with ambient lighting and mattresses. The mattresses were the best I've ever laid on, better than any temper-pedic. And they are less expensive than a temper-pedic. It is fully adjustable and has vibrations. By far the best, in my opinion. This is a great place to come to check out and potentially buy great mattresses. If you have time and are at La Encantada, you should definitely check this place out. read more

This store is absolutely stunning, very well put together and exceptionally clean. The staff there was also very knowledgeable, Cindy and Sharon went above and beyond my expectations. Talked to me about the benefits of the different mattress types and how they would benefit my sleeping style. Also I was worried about getting a mattress cover because all of the ones I've used in the past have been so hot, Their organic mattress cover fells amazing! Also got a travel pillow and can't wait to use it as I travel multiple times on planes throughout the year. Go to this store and ask for either one of these ladies, they are great!!! My wife and I walked into the Amerisleep Store this evening and enjoyed our experience. I'm super impressed with the modern visual appeal at the La Encantada store. Very friendly, easy experience. The ladies are so great, Sharon was very helpful. Much more affordable than I would've thought (don't let its location detour you). Their mattresses came highly recommended from my mom who's had one for over a year. They even used the 100 night guarantee and swapped out for a different kind which was delivered and the old one removed and taken to a charity. Very cool. We recently purchased a new bed. They were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. All mattresses are on display to try including 2 "rooms" to lay down on made up beds for a full effect.
