If I could give 0 stars I would bought a sofa and chair for our daughter at Thanksgiving. After two failed deliveries attempts it's almost NYE and no furniture. First delivery the delivery team called and said they were at delivery dock we went to loading deck and we saw them drive away. We called the driver and they wouldn't answer. We called customer service and the driver said they waited to long it took 5 minutes to get to loading dock. The security camera have this all on tape. We then talk to manager at store and gave us a store credit for the inconvenience Second attempt now they can't deliver because the sofa box didn't fit. We suggested taking out of the box and they refused said we had to sign a waiver which we would of done and then they once again left without trying anything. We had professional mover move bed that was bigger and it was delivered. Its been 2 days still waiting from a call from Management DO NOT BUY HERE !!!! read more

Had a very good experience at Ashley in Sterling. Kadeem was very helpful and easy to work with. Insightful and helpful without being too pushy. Would recommend and work with him again. read more

Wow, over 200 reviews and they are barely over 1 star- I really wish I had checked before I gave one dime to this store. I agree with those who say they wish Yelp would allow us to give zero stars, because that is what they would get from me. We recently bought a few thousand dollars worth of furniture from Ashley- not expecting any tremendous quality from a discount store like this, but we at least hoped to get good customer service- but that for sure didn't happen. One of the items we ordered took months to come in, and we immediately realized it didn't fit the area where we wanted to put it. Had the salesman not practically freaked out and told us that the item would likely be out of stock soon due to COVID when we said we wanted to go home and take a look at our space, we wouldn't have had the issue. The salesman said they have a good return policy so we shouldn't worry. Guess what? This store is just making up policy as they feel like it! They have now decided that due to COVID, you can't return anything- period, not even for store credit which we hoped for, considering we would have just bought something else to replace the item. My wife called the store to discuss this and the person whom she spoke with kept covering the phone and laughing as she relayed the "policy"- my wife pointed out that this is not in writing anywhere, but the lady on the phone said it didn't matter. Then my wife went up to the store and asked to speak to a manager- more laughing employees, giggling, and saying the manager wasn't in. Then a salesman walks out of the manager's office, clearly having a conversation with someone. The lady clearly knows she has been caught in a lie, and picks up the phone to call the manager- who will not come out of the office. More giggling and laughing, and the employees are joking with each other saying "who is going to be the manager?" and pointing at each other. Finally, a salesman comes over and says he is the manager, barely containing his laughter, and says there is nothing he can do and that's that. We call the Ashley corporate office in Maryland and they say they absolutely have a return policy and relay it to us- store credit as we thought, and a small re-stocking fee. They also tell us that the Dulles Eastern Plaza store is independently owned and "they are always a problem for us". Someone at corporate offered to help resolve the situation but we haven't heard anything for a week. This location of Ashley can be summed up in a few words: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Disrespectful. We will never, ever, set foot in that store again. If we want to shop at Ashley, we'll find another location. read more

Carlos did a great job helping my son and I out today. Great customer service and Ashley had a great selection we could choose from! Sterling, VA location is awesome! read more

Syed was very easy to work with l. I am excited to have my new furniture delivered.

Firas was a great help and provided great insight into the products that we purchased.

Ali is great. He understood what I needed and helped me select the best product. It's the second time I buy furniture from him at Ashey. Shiry is wonderful and very accomodating. she made the process a breeze. Rosa simply rocks! read more

This store WILL scam you! They made it extremely hard to receive the items I purchased then bounced me around to corporate and back to the store each saying the other can help but in reality they used it as an excuse to ignore my phone calls. I suspect they mark down their prices so much to attract customers, but it's so low that they cannot sustain business unless they scam us out of our money. Truly unprofessional and shady. read more

Customer service and management team were great and patient to help us get the couch that works best for us. We went to another location and it was a completely different experience. Kadeem was a great help during our visit for furniture! He made the entire experience very pleasant and simple.

Rozi was great and helped us buy a new king size bed frame. She even worked with her manager, Sherri, to price match what was online.

We were shopping for a reclining sofa set for our basement for months. We looked at high end stores like RH, Crate and Barrel, West Elm, and Pottery Barn and couldn't find the right reclining set we liked. We happen to walk into Ashley's out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised by the selection they had on reclining sofas, loveseats, and chair sets. Our sales person, Kristin has a fun personality, pleasant, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and most importantly, patient and understanding to our preferences and needs. I highly recommend working with Kristin if you're shopping at Ashley's. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately Yelp only allows 1 star ratings as a minimum. So where should I begin? Maybe with the fact that when we first moved out to VA we purchased over 5K worth of furniture from Ashley which we've already had several pieces break in less than a year. Our couch support under the cushion literally came apart and no my wife and I are not 300lb+ individuals so it shouldn't have broken that quickly. The lift top coffee table we bought from them basically fell apart after 8 months of light usage. Now what brings me to my current review, while we had issues with Ashley furniture in the past, they were always willing to have someone come out and repair it when there was an issue, but not this time. I bought a end table from them back in Oct 2020. They told me it would take 12 weeks to get the table which wasn't a huge deal because it wasn't needed immediately and I could afford to wait a few months for it to arrive. They tried charging me $170 for delivery on a 300$ table because that makes a ton of sense so I opted to go down to Frederick, VA which is where their distribution center is (1.5 hours each way from where I live), but to save $170 on the delivery it seemed worth it. The box looked fine when my the folks at the distribution center loaded it into my truck and we brought it back home. This is where the problems started, as you can see from the pictures I attached to this review there were multiple problems with the table. The table had the worst construction I have ever seen. It was cracked at one of the main support areas where the leg goes into, the front portions of both drawers had fallen off and you could see the nails and glue that were supposed to hold these pieces in exposed. I found a few exposed nails sticking randomly out of broken pieces of wood. I contacted the local Ashley store and asked them on more than one occasion what they were going to do about the damage. The store told me to call their customer service number, the customer service people told me to call the store and after playing that game twice in a row I got tired of the ring around game they were playing. The only suggestion the store or customer service gave me was to take the broken table that I didn't have the original packaging for back to the distribution center for return. So you want me to drive ANOTHER 3 hours to take back a broken piece of furniture your POS company couldn't even verify wasn't broken before I picked it up. Worst customer service I've ever seen, I won't be buying another piece of furniture from Ashley ever again after this. If you want similar furniture to something like Ashley in the Sterling area please do yourself a favor and go to somewhere like Belfort where at least seem to have slightly better quality furniture and you shouldn't have such a terrible experience if something breaks or is given to you already broken. read more

Abraham greeted us with hospitality & informed us of the ongoing sales before letting us check out the showroom on our own. The showroom is clean and spacious, but not fussy either. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE THIEVES! If you are not satisfied with any product - they will fall back on their NO REFUNDS policy. I bought a couch under false pretenses. Told them I was "Just looking" which I was - Saleswoman was very high-pressure and told me the Sale ended that night. That was a lie. She told me that was the best price she'd seen. I'm sure THAT was a lie. Feeling pressured to get that sale price - I gave her my credit card - during that time she shoved a QRC Code in my face to give her a review. No one should ask you to review them IN FRONT of them. I ended up exchanging the couch for a more comfortable, more affordable sofa and they refused to give me the difference back. (ALMOST $2,000 THEY OWED ME!) They DO NOT ANSWER the phone there - if you walk in, you will see they have plenty of people to answer the phone but they make you speak with a Customer line. The Manager knew and told me PERSONALLY, that I would not have to take Store Credit as I told him there is NOTHING I need from there - I already have a coffee table, a mattress, etc. - I just want the difference between the 2 couches I bought. Since they don't answer their phones - I had to DRIVE OVER there at least 4 times. You can't get past customer care and the people that work there won't answer or return calls. In all my life - I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEING RIPPED OFF like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally wormed my way into CORPORATE and Corporate THEMSELVES told me they had MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT STORE!!!!!!!!!!!! This store as is Independantly owned. NO EXCUSE. The worst part was when I walked into the store, MAD AS HELL - they all pretended not to know who I was. Gaslighting Customers. It is downright sick and they should be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS and I will do EVERYTHING in my Power to help do just that. Not many will go as far as I did to get my money - which means they are literally STEALING YOUR MONEY FROM YOU. PLEASE BE WARNED and shop elsewhere. If you don't trust me - Listen to the Corporate Office that fields are their COMPLAINTS. They LIE, CHEAT and STEAL. read more

Do not shop here. Very high pressure. They tell you a product is on sale but not if you wait till the next day. The pushy sales lady even pressured me to give her a positive yelp review while I was in the store. I stopped in not knowing their reputation.. STAY AWAY! DISHONEST!!! read more

A few years ago i had a good experience but not anymore. The chair i bought a few years ago is having issues they sold us a warranty which they state will cover any issue i would have clearly that was a lie! The warranty is thru Montage! Do NOT buy this extended warranty they will ALWAYS claim your issue isnt covered! Before the warranty debacle my fiancé and i went in to buy another couch. When we were in the parking lot i witness a salesmen staring at my fiance. Then we get in the store and the same salesmen asked us questions when we started speaking and asking questions he started to ignore us and turn his back! This location is terrible! The sales people are pushy and rude and they clearly lie about the extended warranty!!!!!! read more

*Ashley Furniture Fiasco: A Frustrated Customer's Experience* Hi everyone, I want to share our frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture. Here's what we've been dealing with: **Order and Delivery Issues:** - Ordered on Black Friday at the Sterling, Virginia location with the promise of flexible delivery options. - Delivery was supposed to be on Saturday, January 6th. - On January 5th, we found out deliveries are only available on two Thursdays each month. We said we were only free after 5 pm on Thursdays because we both have jobs. - Confirmed delivery for January 10th via text, but it was canceled due to their Thursday-only rule. - Tried to schedule for Friday despite this. I got an email mid-call scheduling delivery for January 11th between 8-11 am, which I never confirmed. - Called customer support, which scheduled a timeframe we couldn't do. - Directed us to call the store instead of rescheduling. Another representative tried to help, but nothing changed. - Delivery was canceled, and we got a new date of January 25th. - Another conflicting delivery confirmation for January 17th needed another call to fix. - Finally, January 25th delivery required us to take a day off work. **Product Issues and Follow-Up:** - The couch broke around March 20th due to missing nuts and no Quality Control. - Customer service was closed over Easter when we first contacted them. - Sent photos on April 9th and followed up on April 10th. No progress by April 12th. - Called on April 25th, part ordered. - May 10th: Called for an update, no ETA. Told to contact the store for a refund. - May 21st: Contacted the store, who promised to notify management for a refund request and call us on the 22nd with a manager. - May 22nd: Reached out again, promised a callback. No call, so we called back and were told a manager would call us the next morning. - May 24th: Called again at 10:31 am, but no manager was available. Despite all our efforts, there's been a severe lack of communication and extremely slow responses. We've called and been called by Ashley over 15 times. We've lost faith in the Ashley Organization and don't believe these issues will be resolved given their consistent mistakes and the inflexible 7 am to 5 pm pickup and delivery windows. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and we are urging others to think twice before dealing with Ashley Furniture (especially this location). read more

WOW!!! Check out this angry video of a Ashley Furniture customer below: https://www.dailydot.com/irl/ashley-furniture-couch-pieces-of-wood/?mibextid=5zvaxg#lecicas7zs3i982iii So glad I'm doing my research and homework- I've never seen so many angry customers in my life that it's caused me to turn away from this business and I'm glad I didn't buy a mattress set and living room set from them. One guy working there texted me right away trying to goad me into buying it (high pressure sales tactic) so I immediately blocked and banned his number from my phone and took my business elsewhere and am not ever wanting to subject myself to their questionable and potentially unethical business practices. I'd check out people's experiences Via Yelp, BBB, and other reviews on the internet. There are a number of BETTER and more ethical businesses out there that will take better care of their customers. To Ashley Furniture: negative comments by your former customers are the best way to drive potential customers to your competitors; thus, reducing revenues and commissions - let alone repeat business. It can spell a death spiral of your business if you don't change the way you treat and take care of your customers. I am willing to bet that the leadership of your business doesn't care as long as their eyeballs are too focused on dollar symbols That they lose focus on the bread and butter : customers and their referrals. Meanwhile, I'll be taking my business elsewhere to another company with better Customer ratings. By the way-- Virtually nearly all the "responses" by Ashley are just "canned responses" designed for "show" that they care when they really don't - I can see right through their ineptness and lies. G'day. read more

Shamila was great! She answer all my questions and concerns. Was able to give me a great deal!

We are have been using Ashley Furniture to buy furniture sets for a few years now. They offer real quality furniture for a very good price. Today we found a guest bed and side tables. Emre (Eric on his name badge) did a very good job helping us,. We were also provided useful information by Jeremy, the General Manager and Shiry, the manager which, with Emre's help, helped us make a final buying decision. Ali was wonderful to work with! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful storage cabinet and couch.

Went to the Ashley store in Sterling with my wife just to look around at some furniture. We were in need of a dining room set and a living room set but weren't planning on buying anything. We saw that this store had a lot more furniture at more reasonable prices than some of the rest of the Ashely stores in the area. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Zizo and told that we can walk around. After looking at some furniture and having Zizo put together some pricing for us, we ended up with a pretty affordable package. Zizo wasn't pushy or overly "salesman-like", he was genuine and approachable. We will most certainly recommend this location to friends and family. read more

Are we a joke to you guys? Please stop making fun of your customers any further. I have sent multiple emails to this email ID you have listed.
