If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a Reclining 6 setter sofa and 6 person dining table for our home. As I walked in, they looked at me and couldn't even acknowledge a customer at all, they just kept on chatting with themselves! Now, why would I want to conduct business with this company? I was in the market for a new couch for my parents. John was AMAZING throughout this whole process. Measured multiple times but the couch we picked did not work out. On delivery day, it did not fit in the right angle doorway that sat before the living room. The 3 stars are for John's amazing service but the -2 is for Ashley's Furniture policies. Red Flag, I only wanna do business with places who don't have a restocking fee if the delivery isn't completed. Make sure what you order is the right fit for you and your home and give yourself leeway. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE you sign your money away to when you accept the delivery purchase and delivery isn't free. I ordered a couch from Costco the week before and it didn't fit through the doorway but the servicemen did EVERYTHING they could to try to fit it and even took out the door. The couch we ordered was the exact measurements and way smaller than the Costco couch. Ashley's delivery people don't take doors out because it's a liability and they use a third party company to help with deliveries. Went in today to try to order a modular couch or something else that would fit but Ashley's stock is pretty poor at this time. Anywayys John was the saving grace. He did everything he could to help us find something but the cards weren't aligned in our case. read more

Extremely disappointed in the store. I came in and ordered furniture that needed to be delivered for a grand opening. Not only was the furniture not delivered, I was told that "I was never told that" Unbelievable! The order was strictly because I needed it for a grand opening. Still no phone call for a delivery date and we are already opened with no furniture. Terrible service, don't believe them when they tell you they can get furniture to you by a certain date. Basically 100% lied to so they could get the sale. read more

Our shopping experience in the Ashley Homestore in Sand City has been both pleasurable and comfortable from the minute we stepped into the store, on the many return trips to pick out additional furniture and including our most recent store pick-up of a final add-on living room set end table. Working with Henry our salesman and Brad the store manager was easy and seamless. They were both enthusiastic to help us and able to cater their many furniture options and suggestions to our tastes in style and color. When it came time to make our purchase, they were able provide very reasonable prices (some sale item prices) clear expectations on what was in stock, what would be ordered and what the timeline for delivery would be. The delivery team provided a day ahead call to confirm time for delivery, a 30-minute call-ahead with smooth delivery and set-up of our furniture in our home. (As a bonus the delivery guys also took away all the packaging - much appreciated) This Ashley Homestore is always easy to connect with, always someone to answer our call and quickly find the person or information we were calling about. We are very happy with the quality and finish of our furniture pieces delivered. With Henry's help we were able to make our living room, kitchen and bedrooms really come together. What a great Experience. I met Brad the manager, he was really helpful. And he was very accommodating to my 3.5 year old son who has a lot of energy. We came back the next day and Nicole was also super helpful. We picked a really comfortable sectional couch. Greg the owner happened to help out and was just incredibly kind as the owner and made sure we were happy. We got a great price and they we able to deliver very quickly. The delivery guys were extremely professional, and set up the sectional very quickly in our living room! Please beware! Me and my wife went to Ashley's during their "Black Friday Sale". We found a set of dining room chairs we liked that were part of a set with a table. They had a big Black Friday sale sign on them so we asked if we could just get the chairs and how much it would cost. On the Ashley's price tag it read $200 for 2C/N chairs. The gentleman that was helping us said he was going to look in the computer for the "best price" available. He came back and gave us a "heavily discounted price of $114.00. BUT he said that is per chair. When I asked why on the tag it said $200 for 2 he said that's not right and is a common mistake people make in assuming it's for 2. We ended up buying the chairs and when I went to pick them up I thought it was weird that they were packaged in pairs. I then went on Ashley's website and saw the chairs we just bought sold as a "regular price"$200 for a set of two!! I went back and argued with the manager knowing we just got ripped off and he denied all wrong doing. They did end up saying they are going to send me a check in the mail for the difference in price but we basically paid full regular price for the chairs. We will not be going back to Ashley furniture but if you do, check the prices on their website before buying ANYTHING! read more

I ordered a couch from Ashley, which I promptly returned because it was uncomfortable. Both delivery and pickup went fine. But they never refunded my money. The customer service person kept supposedly emailing the returns department, who are never available by phone and who haven't contacted me a month later. So now a month later Ashley has just stolen $2000 from me, with no explanation, and I have no recourse except going to court. Buy your furniture from a more reputable company. read more

Ordered a couch from Ashley furniture in January after trying it at store. When it was delivered it felt much firmer so we returned it immediately. It was picked up by Ashley but now the company says it wasn't returned and won't give us our money back. When we call to complain no one returns our calls. Local store salespeople won't help because we ordered online. read more

On Sunday, September 10, 2023 I took my old daughter to look for a new couch. She has been in a wheel recovering and we read the facility was wheelchair accessible. We were in the store for over 30 minutes struggling around each corner and blocked pathway. I had to move chairs and stools so my daughter could pass through. The chairs were blocking the pathway where people had to walk sideways to maneuver. As I'm sure you can imagine the wheelchair was unable to get through causing us to take detours. We were unable to look at what we came to look at. The sections that did allow her to squeeze through had different patches of carpet texture making the wheelchair tires get stuck. We could not look at the furniture and therefore had to leave the same way we came in because there was no other route to take where her wheelchair could fit through. Store reps offered to help with the couch selection and while they followed us through every corner (even though we said no to their sales assistance) they did nothing to offer assistance for accessibility. read more

I went to Ashley Furniture the other day while they were having "no tax" sale. I was looking for a lift chair for my mom. Of course they didn't have the one that's on the website. The salesman and I went through the website and found the chair. I was all set to buy the chair. I told the salesman I had a 10% coupon off. He told me that store doesn't accept coupons and it's probably online coupon. I read it and it said "participating" stores. Apparently that store is NOT a participating" store. The salesman said let me ask the manager. The manager gave a BIG speech about how they actually aren't an Ashley store they're actually some other furniture store but they only sell Ashley furniture. He told me if I buy anything from the website they do not honor anything or fix if anything that goes wrong like the motor in the chair but IF I buy the chair through them I would get a 5 year warranty on the motor. Then the manager told me they were already giving me a discount. I asked what discount? He said the delivery is only $125 and the website is $199. So he couldn't give me an additional 10% off. Then they showed me the price between the website and THEIR price. They took the sales tax off but they actually upped the price of the chair from what the website site said. It turned out it was only a $10 difference. I wasn't happy. I decided I'm NOT buying anything from them. The salesman just looked at me. He didn't care if I walked out or not. I also informed him I was in a couple of weeks ago and I was told the price of the chair was the same price on the website. He asked me in a condescending tone and a look who was the salesman? I think he thought I was lying about being in the store previously but I gave him a name and he said "I'll let him know". ‍ Whatever the heck that meant. Bottom line I'll NEVER shop at another Ashley store or website and canceling the Ashley credit card. Don't be fooled by the "no tax" sale they just raise the price to cover the "no tax". I actually ended up buying a chair from Amazon. I didn't have to WAIT 6-14 WEEKS to receive it and it was cheaper even with tax! read more

It seems as if everybody orders things and they never arrive or they come damaged. We ordered items for a huge grand opening at a business and they never came. We went in to buy a new Sofa that we want it hard but some what Comfortable the one we like was great in the store that we want Sofa #3150238 it took a month to get it when we got it after weeks gone by our friends where sitting on it and the Cushion collapse into a big hole touching the springs and had to pick them up by there hand to get them out I call the store they where told to send me a new Sofa ,not even a week it did it again the manage told me this is the first he heard of this but the Salesman told me that we have been getting some back #30009340 . I call the store manager send me there store Teck he came not even a good morning and he did not wear a mask in my house. So I call Ashley Corporate Supervisor I told never call me back then the manager call Corporate had him call not very happy that I Corporate ..They where going to send me to foam Cushion from the factory 2 weeks have gone NO call ..I took one to a repair shop all was in them where feather 2 inch thick1 inch foam and fiberglass foam and anther 2 inch foam and not a firm Cushion that we want ..I will never buy a Ashely product from them again very cheap made that is what repair shop said ..They do not honor there warranty ..I still have alto of warranty on the Cushion left .....Im very unhappy with them . read more
