Went to the store on Saturday November 9th with my elderly father a to buy him a new bed. All was great in the store, however... it took 5 months to receive the mattress, and never received the box spring. Checked in with both the store and online customer service and received no help. Do not purchase from here. Overpriced JUNK, warranty sold to us is basically worthless, only covers accidental rips or tears, stains. We haven't had the couch for 2 years. The ottoman ripped and collapsed on itself. The rip isn't covered because it was on the platform? The frame isn't even covered for damage, the corner piece is made so poorly the platform is stretching the fabric causing it to sag. This isn't normal wear and tear! We don't use it often, and our animals aren't allowed on it, the fabric is pilling just from normal vacuuming. Our cheap sams club leather couches held up soooooo much better and our dogs were allowed on them! Save your money and the headache!! read more

I will start my review by saying that the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. That is about where the positive ends. I purchased a queen bed and two nightstands back on Black Friday weekend, and it was to be delivered today. That said after all of my confirmation calls from the delivery folks I received a call late yesterday afternoon to let me know they could not deliver the bed, as it had failed their quality check, and there were issues with the headboard. Things should be checked right when they get them, not the day before they are to be delivered. Now, I am forced to wait to get that room set up in my new home because they have to reorder the bed. I ordered it early specifically so I would be ensured that it would be in the week that I closed, and when I did my deliveries of any new items. Now we have to make other plans because of the negligence of Ashley not checking things when they are received. read more

Buyer beware at this establishment. Furniture order from June, scheduled for delivery in Aug, was pushed back on a near weekly basis, just enough to give a glimmer of hope that furniture was actually going to come. Turns out this store is not a corporate owned store and store manager who is very nice and professional is the last stop in getting anything resolved. However, his hands are tied because Ashley as a corp does not get involved in the ordering or status from their individually owned stores. Home office cannot and will not resolve order problems. Store manager cannot get thru to factory or production line to give REAL date of delivery or even if furniture has been produced at factory in NC. Tried reaching out to owners Clay, William and Joseph Spurlock who refused to get involved to resolve fact that furniture ordered in June, set for Aug delivery, was still not available. No reponse!!! Owners clearly don't care about their customers. They own Star Furniture in M'town as well. Very frustrated customer living in newly rented townhome with no furniture for months thanks to Ashley. Do not shop here under any circumstance unless you want to be strung along for weeks with false delivery dates. Try Chuck's or Pac 5 for a better experience. Ashley did refund in full the deposit made for our "ghost furniture". Glad to be done with them!! Got a decent set in 2 days from Pac 5. read more

We couldn't be happier with our recent sectional purchase from this Ashley HomeStore. Most of this credit goes to our salesperson, Lauren; she was absolutely amazing and I only have great things to say about her. I originally called this store looking for a different sectional which had been back ordered everywhere and Lauren recommended a very similar sectional for us to look at. I was dead set on the original one we wanted but didn't want to wait months for it so I figured we'd at least give her recommendation a shot. I'd also like to point out that this whole transaction was done over the phone and through texting due to our busy schedule and strong desire to find a sectional very quickly (Lauren even texted me pictures of the display sectional in the store to give me a better feel for the color). We ended up loving her recommendation of the Amandine and ordered it over the phone with her on a Tuesday and set up for delivery on Saturday (only 3 days after ordering!). Unfortunately, our location was outside of their delivery area but Lauren worked her magic and found a way for us to get the sectional delivered to our home since we were in such a hurry to get it. The delivery guys were AMAZING as well! They were prompt and extremely helpful in helping my boyfriend get everything set up also. The couch itself is wonderful; it's extremely comfortable but still a bit firm so as not to sink. which is exactly what we were looking for. The color is perfect and seems that it won't show dirt which is great considering we have 3 dogs. It seems very sturdy and built well (which is the biggest issue we've had in the past with our couches; being built very lousy). It's very scary to make such a big purchase sight and comfort unseen but Lauren made the whole process very easy and put my mind at ease. Please do not hesitate to visit this store and make sure you ask for Lauren, I promise you won't be disappointed! read more
