I have been a customer of Cashland III since not long after they came to Morgantown at their…read moreoriginal location at 614 Beechurst Avenue, although mostly their gun shop and their FFL transfer service rather than their pawn shop. At the same time the two lines of business are often interrelated and there is not a dotted line drawn down the middle of their shop or a magic wall of silence somewhere in the middle of the floor. As to my business they have always run a professional, efficient, and friendly gunshop including not only transactions, but also the typical gunshop talk over and beside the counter. During the time I spend there people come in to pawn items, sell items or just to buy something on sale. I observed that part of their business is just as professional, efficient, and friendly. They are very knowledgable about all of their products and unsurprisingly regularly win the annual "Best of Morgantown" contest in their category. Highly Recommended whether gun shop or pawnshop!

But I need to say their after sales support is awesome. I have a double electric recliner that I purchased 2 years ago. The push button controller went out yesterday (Sunday) so I called in today to report the issue. They had their support person call me back and setup an appointment for the same day. He arrived 2 hours later (just as he said he would). He not only fixed my buttons but also noticed the fill in my cushions had compressed and he added additional filler to pump them back up. I can't speak more highly about this company. Please check them out when you're looking for some new furniture or mattress.

Today (Thursday the 11th) I walked in and there was someone I didn't recognize wearing earbuds looking at a laptop. I didn't want to scare them so I said "hi how are you" and they didn't seem to notice so I walked closer and said it again, and they still didn't move. I assumed their music must be loud and they couldn't hear me so I said it again standing at the desk, they rudely snapped up and with a lot of attitude asked me what I wanted, I was sort of taken back but I replied that I was here to sell some gold, to which they rolled their eyes, nodded their head in a mocking manor and said "um, Yeaaaahhhh?" They set their laptop behind them revealing that they had been too busy drawing a picture on it to talk to me. After a moment more of them acting extremely rude, I said informed them that I'd be returning on another day when someone else was working and walked out. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star review is because I like the normal worker, I hope that this person is not the new norm, if they are there the next time i probably won't be returning.

I find something on the app, it says "available" but rather than order pick up, I go to the store. They cut the quartz incorrectly for my microwave and argued that my contractors gave them incorrect measurements after they were given the measurements twice before the project. The owner kept ignoring my phone calls for almost two weeks and then after they came and "fixed" it, we are left with dip under our microwave. They put gold caulking because they ran out of white to match the other part of the kitchen and were pushing me to sign off on the work and pay so they didn't have to fix it. I would be very hesitant using this company, the price was great and the gentleman in Morgantown who sold me the quartz was very nice but that was the only part of the experience that was positive and should have gone with a different company.
