I drove an hour and half to return and all I ask kindly is for him to tape for me this one time. He yelled rudely and refused and said that the only way is to sell me a tape. And when he was asked to put the box away, he threw it way across the table behind him right in front of a whole crowd in queue. That was so disrespectful as I have a son older than him. The employees do not have any courtesy or customer service manners. They forget that without the customer, they don't have a job at all, so if you can, avoid this store on Patterson drive at all costs. When I went in to pick them up, they were different sizes. I said something to the person who had apparently printed them, and he tried to tell me that my design was bad because there were some areas where white space was supposed to be included -- and instead of following directions and cutting them to my specifications, he'd cut them down so that the white space was gone. Not only did he print the items incorrectly, but he also attempted to blame me for his mistake. I will never go back to this business.
