I love rural king i go there at least once a week I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars there on guns,feed,clothes,shoes i went for propane this week its been super cold in our area they keep saying there out all week 3 times so i get to looking there 100 propane tanks in back fence area there to lazy to fill the propane cage out front people out here freezing that live in campers who ever is manager there should b ashamed to be in charge it makes me not want to ever go back. read more

I love this store. They have so much to choose from and some really good prices. My last purchase consisted of a super soft sweatshirt and some flashlights for a storage unit. I also got some candied pecans at the check out. I am not lying when I say I'll have my husband drive me back to rural king just to purchase the pecans! read more

I honestly had no idea what this store was. I approached it as if it was kind of like a Tractor Supply store. It kind of was, but it also kind of wasn't. For me the store seemed a bit dark. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but I felt like I was in a warehouse more than I was in a store. The atmosphere of the store is kind of lackadaisical. Things just kind of looked like they were just put places. They were organized, but it just felt like it was careless. The lackadaisical view kind of extended to the employees. A lot of them were kind of standing around and not doing much. But maybe they had already finished their work for the day. They do have a lot of merchandise in the store and it ranges the gamut. Everything from clothing to farming equipment could be found. I guess they were careful in the items that they chose. Because everything kind of came off as a bit expensive. Or maybe I just didn't understand the merchandise. read more

Nice store. They sell a lot of Milwaukee tools which I like. The firearm selection is okay. It's a shame some reviewers get so butt hurt that people aren't wearing masks (which aren't mandatory) that they leave a negative review with no other context. Stay at home if you're that afraid. read more

I love this place. It's an outdoorsman's Walmart. They have literally everything. Huge showroom of everything and cheap cheap cheap. My daughter calls it my favorite place and she isn't wrong. Free popcorn awaits as you enter too! The gun selection isn't the best but I don't care they have everything else too. I got a baby chicken there once it now weighs almost 10 pounds. I love this store! My dog food is cheaper here than anywhere else in town! They have so much stuff and such a huge variety that I could spend a couple hours in there shopping around. Lol the customer service is always great and i think it's pretty cool that they always have freshly popped popcorn! My daughter loves that as well. Great place to shop! read more

Worst day shopping. Would have picked zero stars, but it wasn't an option. At least half the customers not wearing masks and many of the employees wearing masks below their noses. Not worth the aggravation and risk to my health. Dropped my cart full of stuff and I'm heading home to order everything from Amazon. I tried to support a local store, but their lack of concern for their customers and employees is dumb founded. My health is worth more to me then dealing with this ignorance. read more

First time ever in this store. Was impressed with what they had as I thought it was all farming equipment and supplies. That was the only plus all the workers seem to be huddled around the front of the store talking to each other and you couldn't find somebody when you needed help. read more

I love this store. Pricing is really good and they usually have what I need. I bypass Tractor Supply to shop here for my land and farm needs. I usually shop at the Parkersburg, WV store. The only reason for 4 stars is because the store itself isn't well merchandised and is messy. Products aren't always priced. The lines to ring out are often slow and long. That said, because of the selection and prices I can deal with that. read more

Rural King is an awesome store it's main areas of interest are,farming,animals,camping,healthy food,and some clothing.This store is amazing selling tractor parts and plants of all kinds outside and inside they sell camping equipment and many other things.The soon as you walk on you are offered free popcorn and the staff are friendly.They even make it for you only if you request.There water and other food is cheap and better quality than Walmart and Target.Cleanliness differs from time to time mostly because of the popcorn on the floor because of careless people.You are aloud to pet the bunnies,chicks,and turkeys they are so cute and soft! We go for bird feed and flowers and we always find what we want and more it's normal price besides food and snacks.You can also pay and walk right out into the mall from the building.I think if your run a farm or love animals you need to come check this place out,there's stuff for everyone! read more
