My husband I bought a new bed frame and mattress in March from Ashley Furniture HomeStore. We should've known better since we had a ton of issues last time. However, we didn't want to have to replace the dressers and nightstand considering we just bought them a couple years ago. So we went with the same brand but different frame in a King size from our Queen. The mattress got delivered a month later. Which was great. Except, we had a queen frame that wouldn't fit the king so it sat up against our bedroom wall until about a month ago we got 2 twin frames to use as a box spring and slept with it on the floor. Flash forward to a month ago when Ashley's delivered bed but no hardware. So, from March, up until today, my room has had some type of bed leaning against the wall. They FINALLY, 6 months later, got my deliveried AND put together, most of the way. Support boards and the top of the headboard is missing . I'm disgusted with @MorrisAshleyHomeStore yet again. Now, on a positive note it looks amazing and is EXACTLY what I envisioned. Just sucks that it took so long and was such a headache. Thankfully, the next time we purchased bedroom furniture, we'll have to replace all of it and it WONT be from here.

I was a little surprised at how messy various areas were though. It seems like perhaps they are running on a small staff as I saw one person working in the whole store, at the cash register. If you're not familiar, At Home is just that, a huge everything for your home store. Upon entering is always the seasonal decor (holidays, outdoor, etc). Furniture is available for outdoors, and some indoors. I noticed they now have a few mattresses. There are linens for bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen as well as large area rugs. I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. Join their free rewards program, as you'll receive excellent coupons in your email. I got one recently for 30% off one item, and was delighted to find out it was usable on clearance too! There are various clearance sections through out the store with some killer deals. I scored some patio furniture cushions on clearance! Otherwise prices are decent, mostly good deals. Products are of good quality. There are store maps as well as price scanners all around for your convenience. A sign up front mentioned delivery options for bigger items you may not be able to transport yourself.

I can't really say they have amazing deals and prices, but on some items, the cost seems competitive. They did have several clearance sections. Pricewise, it reminds me of a Pier 1 store. Some of their items and prices also reminded me of what you may find at home goods or TJ Maxx. I thought their wall decor was well-priced. They had a great selection of various sizes and prints. One thing I loved about this store is that they had items arranged in a room set up. This is great for a decorator that needs to see how things all go together! Behind the room set up, they had the individual items to purchase. This spot use to house Sams Club--and you can't even tell this store used to be located here! They did a great job with the store set-up and didn't even use all of the space. There is definitely space for them to grow! If you are in the mood to just walk up and down the aisles of a store to feel some inspiration, I would totally recommend this spot!

I have a beef. I bought an item today at Lowe's. Not a huge item but because it was on sale I…read morebought it. When I took it up to the garden check out they charged me the regular price, not the sales price. My second beef is at the garden checkout you can not see the price they are charging you. So after I paid I inspected the receipt and could see the over charge. When I bought the mistake to the clerk's attention I was told I would have to go to custom service for the refund. Is it just me, why should I be the one to go to customer service? They're the one who made the mistake. I think they should have corrected their mistake at the register.

I walked in at 10:30 am 25 June looking for help to replace a toilet water flow valve. After 3 minutes of looking, I asked a male employee to help me. I showed him a picture of the valve, and he honestly and professionally told me he didn't know much about plumbing, but he paged help for me. Ten minutes later, I went searching for help. A female employee saw me walking by, and asked if I needed help. I told her about waiting 10 minutes needing help. she apologized and attempted to 'help' me. She was no use to me at all, as at first I had to point out the valves, and then she proceeded to explain the pictures of the various valves. I stated I did not need Information I already knew. I then asked for a manager, another female, and told her of my wait time while I saw employees on their cell phones, talking in groups, doing nothing. I asked for someone who actually knew plumbing, and the manager stated they were not available, adding that everyone deserves a vacation? I stated that was irrelevant, and professionals don't give excuses, and are honest and state they don't have the knowledge to help, instead of wasting time pretending to help. The manager then stated she would contact 2 others to help (males,) but after waiting for these individuals to contact her by phone, I told her Lowe's had wasted enough of my time (21 minutes.) I interacted with 1 professional employee, 2 unprofessional, and observed 4 employees on their phones, 2 groups of 2, and 2 groups of 3 employees just talking. In the future, I will request the names or employee ID of everyone I interact with at Lowe's, in order to pass praise and blame appropriately.
