A pleasant salesperson sold us on some nice furniture and the worst service experience ever. We found the right furniture, had it delivered, discovered it was damaged, and the nightmare began. We called immediately when we found the torn fabric and damaged structure. Asked if we could trade for another piece and was told it would not be an issue. Lie #1. Received texts from a "technician" needing photos to provide a resolution. I asked to speak to with technician and was told I'd get a call within 48 hours which never came. Lie #2. Called the store with my complaint and spoke with operations specialist. Told it was out of their hands and that Ashley was made up of several divisions they had no control over (excellent representation) and I had sacrificed any exchange when the delivery people left without me checking every inch of the product, finding the defect, and forcing them to take back the furniture they damaged. Lie #3 (It's called "white glove" delivery service and costs $160.) Bottom Line: Once you sign off at the store, you are absolutely screwed if anything - ANYTHING - goes wrong. Ashley reached out (comment below). I responded. Nothing from them. read more

Decent for the price, staff in store were helpful. I didnt have the negative experience with delivery others had, either.

Not only did our furniture arrive a month after it was expected, but not all our pieces were here. The delivery men did not wear masks and we have pre-existing conditions in our home. Upon delivery, we decided we no longer wanted the furniture but they refused to come and take it back so we could exchange it for something else. Poor, poor customer service from this Geneva manager as well. I'll never purchase from another Ashley store nor will I recommend it to our friends. read more

Incredibly disrespectful and incompetent delivery system. I purchased furniture (living room sectional) in December and have waited on three different times they confirmed my delivery. Each time, advised the day of that for some reason it wasn't coming. WOW! Today, was the third day. I even called this morning around 9am and confirmed that they would drop off between 9 and 12:30. 12:44. nothing. I called again to check on it (since it is a Monday and I took the morning off, I know...stupid! but we are waiting for this living room piece for a new home) and even though they confirmed in the morning, in the afternoon they advised it was cancelled as not all pieces made it to the warehouse. Wow. 2 months and still don't have all the pieces. And oh...no one bothered to call and advise me, the customer. Sorry Ashley, if I treated my customers this way, we'd be out of business. I will be cancelling this order, I won't wait around and waste yet a 4th day hoping Ashley Furniture actually shows up. read more

Worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. Late delivery's, damaged furniture, incorrect orders, Bridget and store manager Jennifer are basically useless. When we finally gave up after 5 failed deliveries, they couldn't even get the return worked out correctly. Had to file a dispute with the cc company to get anything done. Won't ever buy Ashley again. read more

Although Ashley publicly responded to my review right away, they have not emailed or called me or reached out to me in any way, and it has been 3 days. Also, Andrew, the Operations Manager for the store at which I made my purchase, was supposed to call me on Tuesday and it is now Friday afternoon and I have not heard from him. I am not permitted to know his last name or phone number, so I can't contact him directly. read more

This store/company is nothing but a headache ran by shady "used car salesmen" employees who are supported to lie to customers in order to make sales. They will treat you great upon first contact and tell you whatever you need to hear to make a sale. Once the sale is made, they flip a switch and will either ignore you, or treat you as if you are just a hassle to talk to. But they will take your money from your account before you even reach the door. Bought my 2nd piece of furniture from Geneva Ashley Homestore. First item (last year) went about as miserable as the second. I have had the same issue with this company for both purchases. The salespeople & customer service. I purchased a Soletren sofa. Nancy was our saleswoman. On their application, it stated the couch was "in stock expecting 1 week delivery". Knowing logistics are complicated right now, I asked Nancy to confirm the ship time and she said unfortunately it would be 8-12 weeks to deliver. -okay no big deal , that is expected. So I made the purchase (my money taken almost instantly), and then just never heard back from Nancy. After 2 weeks went by and I had heard no update - I contacted the homestore customer service phone number where I was told my order was now not going to be prepared for delivery until mid December (20-24weeks, double the original time, AFTER the saleswoman double checked and confirmed 8-12)!!. I was upset that the SAME situation was occurring as my first purchase with this store. I contacted Nancy again to see what could be done as I felt deceived by the sales team. The response from Nancy I received was "we cant control delivery times they are just estimates and nothing guaranteed" and that there was nothing she could or would be willing to do further. (so what is the point of "confirming" the 8-12 weeks, or even providing a ship time, other than to make the sale and hope I dont mind waiting 6months for a piece of furniture.) Following this - I requested my order to be cancelled. Nancy said she would cancel the order and it would take 8-10 business days for my refund. Well after the 10 business days, I still had not received my refund. I contacted the homestore hotline again, only to find out that my order was never actually cancelled and was still active. I contacted Nancy AGAIN (going on 4-5 times i have had to reach out with problems I discovered, not once did my saleswoman reach out to me to confirm the cancelled order, or let me know that my shipping time had more than doubled compared to what she promised originally. Nancy told me that she could not cancel orders and that it had to go through a manager. She would put in for the cancellation (so now I have to wait 20 business days to get MY money back from them). Nancy has been less than helpful on every occurance i have had to talk to her, as well as the customer service line keeping me on hold for 10+ minutes and then just hanging up multiple times. This company is a scam, and I have no clue how they are still in business. They have even removed the ability to leave reviews via google. I have seen similar reviews from this store specifically, and through my 2 experiences with them, they have treated me horrible for both. BUYER BEWARE - if you do not need your furniture, nor care how you are treated by a company, this review does not apply. I ended up buying the exact same sofa via "my family furniture and bedding" out of Grayslake, IL. They matched my price and had the sofa set up in my living room the following day. I will NEVER advise anyone to spend money through Ashley, nor would I ever spend another dollar in their store. read more

Do not buy furniture in this store unless you absolutely know you won't return it. They will not accept ANY returns so I am stuck with a chair that costs quite a bit. If you see something you like order it online and you have 3 days to return it plus shipping and 'return fee'. I'm not aware of any furniture store that has this policy. And I was NOT told about this policy--my fault for not reading through the receipt small print I'm from the era where stores backed products and customers come first. Not at Ashley read more

ZERO STARS - THEY OWE ME STARS!!! We had a wonderful sales experience with Greta at the Geneva, IL location. HOWEVER, our delivery and customer service experience on the receiving end were HORRIFIC. After 12 weeks we received 2 BROKEN peices. The chest of drawers was scratched up and had a broken drawer rendering it unusable. The other dresser had loose hardware that was stripped and unable to tighten. It took another week for the delivery of the replacement chest of drawers and it was broken upon arrival - they didn't even bother bringing it in. Also, the tech never showed to fix the hardware. We called back and made 2 more appts which we were told would be confirmed. The confirmation for the replacement peice is another 2 weeks out. We never recieved a confirmation for the tech so we called back and they have no record of the request. When I addressed how terrible this experience was, I was hung up on. Then, we mysteriously received a singluar drawer, with no hardware, in the mail. We have zero need for this drawer. I'm never shopping at Ashley again (Sorry Greta, you were great)!! read more

this is the worst place to purchase from. we asked our sales lady Sonja Ali 3 times if the itemes we wanted were in stock. she said yes and said delivery date will be aug 20th. well here we are 2 months later still no furniture...... why you ask?!? cause all the items are still to date 09-22-22 OUT OF STOCK!!! save yourself and go to another store. this has been an on going nightmare. WAITING ON A REFUND NOW!! As with most other reviews here, the shopping experience was fine. Sales lady gave me space, but checked in here and there. Paid full amount for a sectional in early January and was told March 5th ETA. Called them on the 4th and was told March 11th. On the 11th I was told the 30th, and guess what...now they pushed it to May 29th. Needless to say, I've cancelled my order, and they give me ridiculous lead time on getting my $ back. First some BS that it takes 72 hours to process my cancellation, and then another 7-10 days for the credit to go through. They pulled their money from my account in 15 seconds, why 13days to return it. Meanwhile I'm incurring interest charges on my account. I'll follow up here as to the status of my refund, and I'll be pursuing damages for interest charges incurred. read more

My fiance and I recently bought furniture from this store, and could not be happier with the service, pricing and quality! We previously owned a couch from another Ashley that was over 10 years old (still really in great condition, but it was definitely time for a swap). Everyone we worked with was super informative of their products. No one pressured us into buying anything, and they even gave us space to discuss what we wanted to do. They had a really great financing option available (5 years, interest-free), and the manager cut us a really great bundling deal for the items we bought. While we were able to pay for everything without financing, but it was really nice to be able to span out payments, not use a chunk of money up front, and will eventually just pay it off early. The delivery service was quite active in telling us when our furniture would arrive, and everything arrived on time and unscathed! The service techs put everything together for us swiftly and without issues. They definitely are kept busy, as we were their 10th stop on their route! I appreciate their effort and due diligence in providing top notch service, especially when they're piled up with work. We absolutely love our furniture and thank the staff at the Geneva Ashley Home Store for a wonderful, smooth experience. This place will be our #1 stop for all of our future home needs. read more

When I went into the store I saw a young lady at a sort of podium and walked up to let her know why I was there. I had to greet her...not a good first impression. I let her know that I did not have much confidence in Ashley Furniture, but was willing to be won over by her. She had nothing to say on her company's behalf. She briefly told me where I could find sectionals...and that was it. I walked throughout the store, and although I saw several other sales people in the floor, no one else greeted me. I walked the floor...then out the door never to return agsin again read more

My husband and I recently purchased a bedroom set from the Ashley Store in Geneva, IL. Our salesperson was Blake T., he was the epitome of customer service. Wish I could give zero stars. We purchased a dining room table in early November and were so excited about it, as we have a new house & lots to furnish. When it was delivered, the middle leaf part was chipped. The delivery guys took a picture and told us to contact Ashley to repair it. I contacted them, and a few weeks later a repair guy came out. He was here for about 5 minutes and said the leaf was unrepairable, and he would order us a new one. He also took a picture of the table/leaf. After being told that, my husband threw out the leaf. A few weeks later, someone from Ashley called and said they had NO pictures and that they would have to send a repair guy out again to take more pictures. They seemed super unorganized, and didn't make sense as we saw multiple people take pictures. I tried calling this location SO many times multiple days to discuss this, but nobody EVER answered the phone. I finally found our sales woman's number and called her directly and apologized for calling her directly, but I could not get through to anyone at the store for 2 weeks. She told me someone is back there and should answer the call and to call again. Someone finally answered, probably after being told to answer the phone. I was put through to customer service (who also voiced they get calls often due to nobody answering the phones there) and eventually a manager (wish I got her name) called and basically said it was our fault for throwing out the leaf, and they don't ever replace a part, that they would have to replace the ENTIRE table. We were never told this, as the repair man told us he would replace the piece. That is the ONLY reason we disposed of the leaf. The manager was SUPER unapologetic and seemed annoyed to even be dealing with this. She offered no apology, took NO ownership for the repairman/Ashley's mistakes, kept repeating they never had any pictures uploaded, and since we disposed of the leaf it was our fault and can now not be replaced. It was the worst customer service I've truly ever dealt with. I am very disappointed as we purchased this dining room table because it had the option with the leaf to make it longer if we have guests over. In the end, it's just a table but I am truly SO frustrated at how this whole thing was handled and the poor customer service we received. We've bought multiple items from Ashley over the years, and we will NEVER buy from them again. read more

I purchased a bedroom set and have had nothing but trouble with the drawers since day one. I have had to have the furniture repair company come out twice to repair. The process of contacting their customer service for the repair, waiting on hold for so long, sending the photos, waiting for calls back, is just not worth it. And the representatives on the phone could care less. I was excited when I went to Ashley for the first time as I thought the price point of the pieces were great for my home but this will be the end. read more

If this doesn't say they are liars and don't care about customers then I don't know what would. After being promised all items for delivery on 10/17, I was able to reach someone on Ashley telephone hotline today. First they told me they have ZERO dates of estimation on my 2 missing items from my order. I said, I'm sorry I was promised everything 10/17, how can there be no date of estimation?! They laughed when they said a date finally loaded on my account. The estimated delivery date is January and February of 2021. UNACCEPTABLE after promising me everything 10/17! Also, as a side note, no one has yet to respond to my emails of inquiry regarding the missing items from delivery (using the feedback@dsghome email) after promising a complete delivery on 10/17. These people are liars and scammers. Stay very far away. Beyond disgusted. read more

Purchased 2 rooms full of furniture at the end of May 2020. Promise date #1 was June 25th. Promise date #2 was July. Promise dates #3 & 4 were September. Promise date #5 early October. Promise date #6 November 4th. I'm not holding my breath. This has been such an inconvenience. I understand COVID has been a huge life interruption however, why are you continuing to make promise dates when you don't even have the product available? Every guest specialist I have spoken with has a different answer to the same question. When I ask for a supervisor, one is never available. This is horrible customer service. The salesman, Blake, was fantastic. The only positive part of this experience. read more

Corporate representatives were absolutely useless. Received 7 different calls from 7 different people... all of who did not have knowledge of previous caller. They basically said they would not return/replace my purchase. Then I got a call from local store manager. After explaining my frustration she said she would allow me to exchange for a separate in store purchase of equal or greater value. Also said she would waive any/all deliver fees and restocking fees. While I wish the original purchase proved to be of better quality I am ultimately very satisfied with the STORE MANAGER. The corporate people still are, IMO, totally useless. Bottom line, don't give up wrestling with the corporate goons and know that the local store manager apparently has much more to lose with an upset customer read more

Was sold a couch and told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Called when two weeks were up and was told it was going to be on a truck delivered in a week. First of all, the associates on the floor have absolutely no idea about the product they are trying to sell you. Secondly, it took us three weeks to get the delivery scheduled and we were originally told that the delivery would take six months. Just left the store. I had almost the exact experience that Megan and her husband had except I was there for over an hour and no one approached me. I walked the entire store and pretty much picked out the couch I wanted but I had a few questions. I made direct eye contact with several employees yet no service. Approached a customer service agent and she walked the other way. I didn't even get approached by the guy in the little red white and blue suit (Presidents Day Sale). They aren't even busy right now, I counted three of them just hanging out. Not sure how I am supposed to buy furniture here. I guess the answer is I won't. read more

I would give zero stars if I could! UGH! People beware-even if you like Ashley Furniture's products DO NOT buy from them! Their customer service is beyond awful. I am still battling an issue that has been ongoing since October! I have a paid invoice that shows I prepaid labor fees for a technician to repair a couch purchased from there. After hours of phone calls and opening up no less than 10 new service tickets, the issue is still not resolved. Just today they told me there is nothing they can do for me and I have to eat that money I prepaid for labor. This has been the absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. As a couple of other people have stated, I have no issues with the store itself. It's the multiple broken delivery promises along with literally being hung up on when I was inquiring about the status of our order. We placed an order for a sectional as well as a chair and ottoman on November 25th and were promised a delivery of 12-14 weeks. We checked in on the order in January and was told that we were on schedule for February 19th. When we checked the week of the 19th, we were told that the couch part of the sectional but not the chaise was in and the chair was in but not the ottoman. We said, we would take what they had since we literally have nothing to sit on in our house after moving across country. The 19th came and went so we called the following week. We were then told the exact opposite, that the chaise and ottoman were in but not the sofa and chair and that we wouldn't get the delivery until March 1st. We were then told the rest would deliver on the 19th of March. Here's the funny thing. When the chaise and ottoman were delivered, my wife asked the delivery driver why they would make part of a sectional and part of a chair and he said they wouldn't, someone probably yelled louder than we did so they gave them our stuff. I called customer service a few days later to see if we were still on track and the person tells me now it is March 31st. As I was asking her why we get a different date every time we call in, she literally hung up on me. This really upset my wife so she called back and spoke to someone else. But now they tell us that our furniture would not be delivered until April 15th and there was nothing she could do about it. At this point, my wife tells her that we are just ready to cancel the order and go elsewhere because we have lost confidence that we are ever going to get what we paid up front for almost 4 months ago. She says that she can cancel what hasn't been delivered but the items that were delivered she couldn't do anything about. At this point, we made the decision to just try and wait it out. Nothing else could go wrong, right? Well, today I get a text from Ashely thanking us for our recent purchase and we could text them back if we had any questions regarding our order. So on a whim, I texted back to check the status of the order. You guessed it. Now they are saying May 6th. I get that there have been supply issues but this goes far beyond that. Either they are lying to us each time and really have no idea when the furniture will be in or they are extremely incompetent. Not to mention, someone else got half of our couch and our chair. To top it all off, my wife found out that the sectional we bought has been discontinued, so we are really concerned we may never get the rest of our furniture. So a 12-14 week delivery is now "promised" with a 23 week delivery and I would probably bet it won't happen then either. Terrible, terrible way to conduct business and I will never do business with this company again. read more

Well here I still am. For the store I had to keep emailing to get a $50 credit and was told that it took 7-10 days till I got a receipt and then it would take up to 2 billing cycles before I saw it on my credit card. Well on the 15th they finally sent me a receipt of the credit dated the 15th oh and it showed on my credit card a credit on the 15th. Now as for escalations they gave me a credit if I kept the table and I agreed (which is why I initially gave them 5 stars...what a mistake) and everything is in writing but they are also refusing to send me proof of a receipt of credit and the credit card company knows nothing about this credit (I have sent them emails). I have heard every excuse as to why I have not received a receipt (and no there is nothing in my spam) from the biggest call center went down so I had to work there to I am sending it right away. Deplorable tactics and if you are going to cancel my pick up you need to send the credit. Next step...Better Business Bureau, Consumer Report, and the Illinois Attorney General for the deceptive practices. Since this is holiday I will give it till after the week-end because you know that is the next excuse. Offer me a credit, agree to the credit, cancel my pick-up, still charge me full price as you are refusing to send proof of the said credit, also sounds like small claims court to me! read more

ZERO STARS - That's how many Ashley Furniture gets. Back in July of this year we purchased from your store a bedroom set, couch, and love seat. We knew since it was a popular item that it was on back order (we were told probably until September). Our sales lady moved to Florida the next day after we bought the furniture so she was no longer a help. But having not heard from anyone at Ashley, I called in mid-September to check on our order. I was told that everything was there except the bed rails and those would be in September 21st. I said okay great, we will be there on September 28th to get our furniture. She told me okay. We rented a truck to the tune of $130.00 and went to pick up our furniture, only to learn that there were only 3 pieces there and we could come back after October 2nd and it would be there. I called Customer Service to tell them there was no way in hell I was "coming back" to pick up our furniture that they had apparently given to someone else. I was given free delivery. I mean, after all, that is the least, the very least, Ashley could do since I was already out $130.00 for renting a big truck that we didn't even need. So, on October 5th, today, we got the rest of our furniture. And what else do you think we got. THAT'S RIGHT, A BIG GOUGE AND SCRATCH IN MY BRAND NEW BEDROOM FLOOR that was not there before your delivery men got there. When I went to put the sheets on the bed, and walked around the end of the bed, there it was. They did a nice job by placing the end of the bed right over it so it didn't stick out. Of course when they called me up to the bedroom, I only looked at the furniture to make sure there were no scratches. It didn't dawn on me to have to check out my floor. I am so disappointed in my dealings with your company. Not only did I get screwed out of $130.00 for a truck rental I didn't need, but now I have to replace part of my BRAND NEW FLOOR. Oh, and if you really are reading this, and saying hey lady, at least you got free delivery, jokes on me cause now that I have to replace part of my BRAND NEW FLOOR, the delivery wasn't free. Delivery that should have been for free since you GAVE AWAY MY FURNITURE THAT I WAS ASSURED WAS THERE FOR US TO PICK UP ON THE 28TH. read more

The customer service people in the Geneva store are fantastic. The furniture for the most part is great. However, there is no such thing as next day or two day delivery, this is a myth. We purchased a dining room set with 8 chairs, two accent chairs, and a sofa and love seat set. After a combined wait of 2 months and 5 deliveries, we now have all of the purchased products. Yesterday was our final delivery of the 2 accent chairs. One of the chairs was ripped, and was miraculously replaced in 2 days - the only experience we had to date with a quick turn-around (thank you!). I believe the problems we experienced are a result of the the delivery warehouse being a hot mess. We were told everything would arrive in one day, other than the rug that was supposed to be shipped (that I went and picked up at the showroom location because no one knew when that would actually be shipped.) The delivery guys are great, the product is good for a reasonable price (do the sales!), and the sales people are NOT pushy. The sales people will take care of you if you keep them updated with the challenges. I learned at the end of this process that if any problems occur, DO NOT call the distribution center - call the store and talk to your sales person or the manager. Don't wait on hold for upwards of 15 minutes for a 1 minute call with the distribution center where they won't answer your questions anyway. If not for Blake, the sales person, we would have abandoned this place and products. If you are in need of furniture NOW, I encourage you to shop elsewhere. If you have patience and time for your furniture to arrive at a later date, this is a great place to shop. Step up your game Ashley distribution center - you're wrecking the whole experience. read more

This 1 star is for the Geneva location only! I am so disappointed in the customer service I received at this store! My husband and I bought a sofa and loveseat, when we received them they didn't fit how we wanted them to. My husband went into the Geneva location to see what we could do to rectify the situation. They told him they would not return the sofas instead MAYBE they could exchange them for equal value. They would let us know their decision that evening. After waiting I called the store and the first person who answered the phone said.. "oh are you the one who sent your husband in here?" Real professional. She then said let me get you my store manager... I was and still am baffled at the way I was treated! The store manager proceeded to yell at me and laugh at me and said. "I was going to give you the exchange but now I am not!" I then asked for her name and the corporate phone number which she responded with, "ya, ok, have a nice day." And hung up!!! I can not believe this is a manager of this company! It's sick. I called corporate and spoke to the nicest man! He not only apologized for this women's behavior but also returned the sofa and loveseat! All we wanted was an exchange but he went above and beyond for us. I will definitely not return to the Geneva location but the gentleman at corporate was definitely a very understanding and accommodating man! read more

Loved the experience during the sale, great sales person. I wish the comments about the company's customer service and delivery nightmares were researched first. Ordered furniture in mid October, received first part of order early December. Told other items not ready for another 4 weeks. Contacted late December via text, order ready for delivery for 12/31 or early January. We chose 1/6/21. Received text on 1/4/21, order ready to be scheduled for delivery. Called, can't deliver until 1/14/21, no record of delivery for 1/6/21. Received a call from store saying delivery 1/15/21, product in stock. Complained about 1/6/21 delivery. Talked with assistant manager who apologized and then proceeded to giggle during our conversation. When I said thanks and told her this was an unprofessional call she continued to giggle and said sorry again. This is exactly what happens to good companies who turn into big companies, customer service is flippant, distribution of goods to customers is messed up. Somewhere in that company is someone who knows what needs to be fixed. I'd like to tell the buyers out there, be very aware of this company's issues before you buy. read more

We purchased a kitchen set at the beginning of August and were told that it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I received a text from Ashley saying that the furniture would be ready for delivery the first week of September so I thought that's great! I never heard from them again and called and they said that it was now pushed back till the middle of September-14th or 15th. When those dates came and went, I called again and now they said the beginning of October. The called me the first week of October and told me all pieces were in and to set up a date for Tuesday, October 6th. I told them I was not home that day, so we set the date for Saturday, October 10th. When I did not receive a call (AGAIN) for the delivery window the day before, I called and was told that they were going to deliver it on Wednesday, October 21st. I had already cancelled my weekend plans for the 10th so that I could be home to accept deliver. Were they even going to call me or just have me wait around all day for them NOT to show up? I can understand that things can get delayed due to Covid, but to not even call your customer to alert them not once, but three times is unacceptable and very poor customer service. This is my first time making a purchase at Ashley and will be my last. We also purchased family room at the same time from a different furniture store and have been updated every few weeks as to the delivery status. Unfortunately, they make you pay for your furniture in full at the time of purchase unlike most furniture stores that require a deposit and balance paid when delivered. So they have had my money for over two months now and we can't even get a courtesy phone call. As I read the other reviews, I see that this is how Ashley furniture operates. Holding my breath that this furniture is delivered by Thanksgiving and we're hosting. Stay away! read more

We went here to find a nice couch for our new apartment. We'd already decided on one and there was a very nice man at the entrance who, once we talked with, took us directly back to that. He was very kind and patient. He set up our delivery for the next week and we were all set. Even after we walked around to see some more furniture after, all the other workers smiled and some offered help. It was a pleasant experience and we're so happy with our new couch. A lot of the furniture is very inexpensive, too! read more

Do not shop here, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They forgot to put the post and drawers oomph my order for my bed, they admitted the made a mistake, which I am okay with because things happen. How the dealt with my resolution was absolutely horrible. I physically walked into their store at 11 am and they told me they would take care of it. I let me repeat that I had to call them at 4 pm!!!! What??? U messed up and I have to call you! Oh nobody was resolving my issue, when I called they just started working on it. Their resolution was Tuesday, its Friday and I have nowhere to sleep!! The gal told me I could go to their warehouse 30 minutes from here and out my own bed together if I wanted it next day because it is sitting there. I just spent $7K with your company and this is how you treat people!! DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! read more
