DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Purchased a couch and extended warranty in October 2022. Couch was delivered broken. Filed a claim. It has been 6 months and the couch is still broken. We have contacted Ashley more than a dozen times. Each customer service rep has ordered us the wrong part. Reached out to Ashley on social media and they put In touch with a customer service specialist. They ordered the wrong part as well. As of April we have have been ghosted by that customer service rep. As of May 2022 couch is still broken and do not expect it to get fixed. read more

Sorry! Waiting 3 months for your furniture is ridiculous! Our salesperson said they would be calling us in about a week to let us know the expected delivery. We received 1 call after a month letting us know the expected delivery would be 4-6 weeks, now they are moving it to 8 weeks. If you call, no one ever answers!! The virtual agent is useless!!! She sends you to another phone number when more rude and useless people will answer. In the end, I am deciding to cancel my order and this customer service rep said she couldn't help me with that, that the store would need to help me. She left them a message for them to call me. Do not purchase from this store. They delivered a defective sofa and took over a month to get something done.

I purchased my bedroom set in the first week of June, but it took five attempts to get everything delivered. We needed a bed frame in the meantime while waiting for our bed rails, so we bought one for $65. However, the salesperson sold us a used one that was missing parts. I returned it the next day, and it took almost two months to get a refund. I reached out to the local manager, Allan, but received no response. The sales rep at the Foster-Alliance location was really pushing us to accept their warranty, and we told him more than three times that we didn't need it. He also mentioned that he wasn't making much from us, which I couldn't believe he said. I've never bought anything from Ashley Furniture before, and now I understand why. While the local manager tried to help, the only person who was truly helpful during this process was Maria, the manager in customer service. Trying to change a pillow is nearly impossible. No customer service after purchase. Once they get your money they want nothing to do with you. Worst service ever... we purchased a dining table and other items. We called ahead of time to make sure it was ready and wrap. We get there and all the sales people just gave us a very interrupting look. Like it bother them that we had walk in. We told them the reason why were there and they all acted like they had no clue about the purchase. Finally some guy came out from the back and look up our order and just said to go to the back of the store and that it was ready... surprisingly we go back and guess what, it wasn't even ready!!!! We purchased an entire bedroom suite in July 2019. We also purchased a "authentic leather" living room set in January 2020. Fast forward to now: the adjustable base for the bed doesn't work anymore and I called to find out "no warranty after one year." The "leather" sofas are peeling with wear. The dressers are sinking where the drawers are and the drawers won't close. Combined, we spent $10,200 on these sets. Please spend your money somewhere with quality!!! read more

I searched online for a piece of furniture sold by Ashley. My search showed that this store had stock along with Grapevine, and the price was $389. When I clicked on the item, the price jumped to $429. I tried the live chat to inquire about this, along with a Screenshots, and I was told that I was looking at an old search. I pulled it up five minutes before hand. Is that considered old? When I questioned it, I was told that she was busy helping someone else, and I was being transferred. The next person, Tammy, wasn't any more help. She basically said 429 is the best I can do, and seemed kind of rude and disinterested in my questions. My husband and I bought an electric recliner. it did not come with the correct power supply. We called customer services when we installed it. They said that they would send the power supply. It arrived on Wednesday. The power supply is still not correct. Customer service is called again. Told a service call would be placed. It will take 48-72 hours for them to be in contact with me me. Called back. I am told that they need pictures and they give me a number to text them to. They gave me the wrong number. I call back and am told that I must email the pictures so I email. My experience has left me scarred. Me and my two friend went here to observe the inventory and ponder future financial decisions and stylistic endeavors. However, immediately after entering, the greeter was rude to us and questioned us being there. My friends and I did not feel welcome. I don't know how this place stays in business. We ordered a $10K bedroom set that was "in stock." They rescheduled the first 2 delivery dates. Then they called and said they could delivery the adjustable frame and the mattresses but it would be another 2 weeks for the rest of the set. I bought a lot of furniture from the store is about $21,000 in one day five years ago Today I went there to buy living room set, and I was trying to use my protection plan for my old furniture because I don't use it and they told me if I use that they would not give me the memorial day discount My protection plan around $4000 and they said if I use this money I will be a regular price for anything in the store with no discount whatsoever. I always thought Ashley's had quality furniture. We bought a couch set and the backing broke after a year when I called no warranty. When I reached my hand under the cushion you can feel the board that broke it is really thin to be support for the back of the couch. When I called the store the lady I talked to seemed to be fazed by my situation from the reviews seems to happen all the time I did respond to the reply below they said since it's been a year that the only thing I cots do is to pay their tech $69.99 an hour to have them come out and look. While we are dissatisfied with the overall quality of the most of stores in Texas for furniture, including Ashley, we only found one item that we felt worth the price in Fort Worth. Went back 3 times to make extra sure. We'll see. Arrives in about 2 and 1/2 months. Absolute nightmare! I picked a bedroom set that said "items in stock now" because I was left with no furniture in an unfortunate situation. Well, that was September 20th. Here it is October 20th and I have taken off work THREE times in order to get the delivery that was "confirmed" and mysteriously changed. THREE TIMES. It is impossible to getanyone on the phone much less anyone that can actually do anything for your situation besides read a script. Each time I call for a reason of not receiving my delivery has been a different story. Either "the truck is full already, they dont have my items (which they told me they did), or theres something going on with your account so I will have someone call you in 24-48 hours". Worst place ever. My wife, Kelli Jeffers and I were in the market for a new dining set and a new bedroom set. On February 20th, 2018 we went to Ashley's HomeStore at Alliance Town Centre and we're greeted by Keith. He was absolutely a wonderful salesman. Gave us plenty of time to look around, answered many questions and worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. After about 4 hours of shopping and getting everything just right, our order was placed. Spend nearly $5000.00, we were then told that the dining set was in stock and the bedroom set would be backordered for about 3 weeks. Keith told us several times that he would call us in 72 hours with more details and a confirmed date for the order. A week went by and Kelli finally called the store having not heard from Keith. We found out that the bedroom set would be delayed even longer (we think mid-April). The next day, we went to Nebraska Furniture Mart of Texas and ordered another bedroom set (not wanting to wait that long). We immediately went back to Ashley's and cancelled that portion of our order and hoped to schedule the delivery of our dining set. That's when we found out that the dining set was now backordered until the first week of April. Keith assisted with cancelling and said he would "keep us up to date" and would confirm when the dining set would be available. He did try to talk us into keeping the bedroom set (as it was now all of a sudden available). Keith worked so hard for the sale but his follow through is ZERO!! Here it is now April 2nd and we still have not EVER heard a word from Ashley's. As I type this, Kelli is trying to call them and cannot even get anyone to answer. I mean if Ashley's HomeStore is not interested in our business, I can be certain that I don't mind cancelling the dining set as well. I'm sure there are other stores that would appreciate my money - and probably give a better customer experience. This is the first post of many. I paid over $5,000 for a reclining sectional. The frame was cracked on one of the pieces. We had the piece replaced four times and have still not recieved a piece that is satisfactory. One of the pieces that was returned actually came back as a replacement. We never unwrapped the rest of the furniture because we were waiting for that piece before we assembled it. After two months we decided to unwrap the rest of the pieces and discovered a rip in the fabric. We were told that there was nothing they could do because we had the couch for two months. The extended warranty that we purchased did not cover the rip in the fabric of our never used recliner. The sectional does not match up and requires a boardd to be place under one piece to allow it to lock with the others. Long story short, I am out $5,000 and had to buy a higher quality reclining sectional from Costco for $3,00 less than what I paid for the Ashley furniture junk. I ordered a TV stand August 28 2021 from Ashley furniture - when it arrived three of the doors had large chunks of wood missing from them- the delivery drivers took pictures and then used a marker to fill these in and then said they would submit the claim. Approx 8 months later April of 2022- I received 3 doors that do not match the color of the original piece of furniture. I called customer service and they told me to submit pictures and they would review to see if I could receive an exchange. Andrea, the first person I spoke with, told me that the supervisor had reviewed the images and denied an exchange. It was denied because the tv stand was dropped off on Aug 28th but the claim was not submitted until September 2nd. I then told Andrea that the company who dropped off the tv stand submitted the claim and that it was not my fault they did that late. Andrea stated she could see that they submitted the claim but there was nothing else they could do for me but to come and instal the 3 new doors that did not match the original color. I then spoke with Alex- the supervisor of customer service and she told me the same thing. That she understands it is not my fault the claim was submitted late and she could see that I did not submit the claim but she has to follow policies. I clarified once again that the only thing they could do for me is have someone come and replace 3 out of 4 doors that do not match my original piece of furniture and that was delivered damaged because there company failed to submit the claim in a timely manner - Alex the responded with "basically". I then asked her who do I talk to next about this. She said she was the highest I could speak to and there's nothing else she could do for Me. Extremely disappointed and will make sure I let everyone I know about this and not to shop here or with this company again. read more

Overall we're very dissatisfied with our experience with Ashley furniture. We bought a bed set with mattress and box spring included. Our furniture arrived about two weeks after our purchase but our mattress took another month to arrive with no spring box! We were told every week by the Manager that our mattress would arrive "next week". When our mattress arrived I reached out to the "manager" about our spring box and he said he would look it up and call me right back. Two weeks later we still haven't heard back from him. As a first time buyer I have had a very unpleasant experience! The sales associate that helped me started off friendly and helpful but when it came down to deciding on which pieces I wanted his whole demeanor changed and tried to pressure me in to getting a mattress that I repeatedly told him I did not want. He even tried to bring in the sleep expert in to convince me which I told them both repeatedly I didn't want because I was just LOOKING and they were my first stop in looking for mattresses, and finally was able to get them to understand. Despite that I did end up purchasing a sofa but when I told the associate I wasn't interested in any of the extras/protection he became upset and snatched the papers up to take them off. Then as I was looking over the paperwork looked good expect when I looked at the pricing he had put the sofa back at retail price and not the sale price, so I mentioned it to him and when I did he again snatched the papers up. Finally when he brought everything back corrected so I thought we finalized it all. Then as I am looking it over again before I leave the store I noticed my address was incorrect on this one and when I told the associate he became annoyed like it was my fault and stated that he would get it changed at that moment, and acted like it was my fault which was not because in the beginning all my information was correct. So then when it comes to confirm a delivery date they call and ask me to confirm all my information and turns out the associate did not changed my address as promised. And that I would have to go back in to the store and have it fixed, which then I explained that I had done that from day one and thought that they had changed it but obviously they did not. I also explain that I do not live close where I can just go in after work to change my address due to my work schedule and finishing up some of the remodeling I'm doing in the house. They didn't stated that they are sorry for the inconvenience and would send a ticket for the store to reach out to me to be able to change my delivery date before the scheduled date. As the date gets closer I received another phone call saying that they have to reschedule my order because the address was never changed, and that Ashley's would reach out to me when it was changed about a day later Ashley's reaches back out to me to schedule a new delivery date. I asked them to confirm my address and it was wrong still and never changed . I continue to get calls all day to confirm a delivery date and went through the same process of asking if my address was changed and it still hadn't been. I have talked to five different people and they all said they would do the same thing in contacting the store and that they were so sorry for the inconvenience. I have now decided to cancel my order due to the unprofessionalism and poor customer service, and will not be shopping at Ashley's again and will be taking my business elsewhere read more

BEWARE: This location and the customer service is god awful!! Terrible, terrible and terrible! We started off by going to a gentleman in the beginning that told us that furniture pieces will be arriving in August. So, that to us didn't make sense, so we went to another gentleman that told us the same thing but we went ahead and followed through and used their credit program. They told us that we would get our dinning table at the end of June and boom, no table. My boyfriend gave them a call and come to find out that it was pushed back till July and our couch and sofa wouldn't be here in a couple years!!! They even told us that there should be no pushbacks!! Not happy, and we had to have this fixed three times and still no result to us spending money and no furniture. I used to love Ashley's, but our last two orders have gone horrible, on customer service and delivery. We had one bad experience and decided to give them another shot since we have been customers for over 15 years. We purchased patio furniture in March and we still have not received our items. We have not received calls or updates and I have had to call numerous times and each time we are told different dates of delivery and promised someone would reach out if changes were made. I just called this morning and we have gone from a May delivery date (two separate dates in May we're promised) to June (again two separate dates were promised), to now stating they are not expected to receive our items in stock until July 15th.
