    1/5 on customer service, communication, selection, and for the value, go to NFM. was sold on a product and got a completely different (broken) product when I picked it up. Had to fight tooth and nail, and go back into the store to get it switched. Was promised quick delivery and full product set up. delivered 2 weeks later, and no set up just got the wrong item and took off. called customer service and was told that they don't do that. NEVER WILL GO BACK

    We purchased 2 couches with Donna and got a great deal on them! Delivery and set up went smoothly and we love them. The blue couch is in our movie room and I fall asleep within 10 minutes it's so comfortable!! Went back later to get a kitchen table set with Kendarryl "Ken". Both great experiences and great deals!!! Highly recommend this place, Donna, & Ken! :)

    A Nightmare Experience--112 Days of Frustration at Ashley Furniture HomeStore Alliance I wish there was an option for zero stars because this has been the worst buying experience my wife and I have ever endured. Writing reviews isn't something I typically do, but I feel compelled to share this to prevent others from facing the same frustration. As a retired Warrant Officer and Veteran, I take pride in the years my wife and I dedicated to serving our country through the Texas Army National Guard. We worked hard, built strong credit, and for the first time, we were excited to finally purchase brand-new furniture--a milestone we had never experienced. Sadly, what should have been a joyful purchase turned into a 112-day nightmare, riddled with miscommunication, incompetence, delays, and hidden fees. A Constant Battle to Correct Mistakes We purchased a living room set, bedroom set, and two TEMPUR-Pedic LUXE Breeze Hybrid Medium Split California King Mattresses at Ashley Furniture HomeStore Alliance. Concerned about mattress firmness, my wife opted to exchange one for the soft model--but despite assurances, the salesman never corrected the order. Days later, the wrong mattress protectors arrived, followed by billing issues, incorrect rails, order cancellations, and an inexcusable failure to deliver the correct mattress. When trying to fix these errors, I was given the runaround, forced to call Guest Relations more than 14 times, endure dropped calls, and deal with an automated BOT-TEXT system--only to realize the store staff hadn't updated any of my records according to GRT. A Disappearing Salesman & Zero Accountability Each visit introduced a new point of contact, as if the original salesperson vanished. The salesmen pushed blame to Guest Relations and advised me not to speak with them. Meanwhile, GRT assured me they had no records of store staff reaching out. Even when they finally scheduled a delivery, the order was wrong AGAIN--instead of a mattress, the delivery team arrived with an adjustable base. Hidden Fees & A Broken System Before our furniture was delivered, we were unexpectedly charged a $313 promotional fee--on a "no interest for 60 months" financing plan that was advertised as no interest. Still trying to figure out that. At no point was I informed this promotion would come at a cost. Additionally, the billing statement included $714 in unexplained new purchases, which no one could clarify. Edit: turns out anything picked up from the store is billed separately, this was for the mattress protectors. Doing this causes additional promotion fees. Throughout this process, Ashley Furniture's system failures, poor staff training, and disastrous communication turned a milestone purchase into a nightmare. Final Thoughts--Buyer Beware We finally received our mattress on May 3, 2025--112 days after our purchase. But by then, the 90-day exchange window had expired, meaning we never had the opportunity to try out the mattress before committing. Ashley Furniture's recorded calls mean nothing if they don't improve their service. If this review helps even one family avoid the wasted time and stress we endured, it will be worth it. It didn't have to be this hard and why was it. What happened to customer service? What happened to doing the right thing? I strongly urge customers to take their business elsewhere--unless you're ready to fight a four-month battle just to receive what you paid for.     The do not stand behind their furniture. Very nice looking couch but hard as a rock. Was told to get some kids to jump on couch. Headrest pushes your head forward which is not good for somebody with neck issues or surgery? We tried to return for a different couch but they WOULD NOT considered. We will never shop with them. We will shop with Ashley's furniture again. We will do business with a company that gives a 30 day warranty.

    You can see the backrest are clearly not the same. Chair closer is clearly thicker and taller

    Buyers beware!!! My wife had purchased 2 reclining chairs, when they arrived they didn't match. She had contacted customer service, that was the 1st nightmare..... This woman explained to my wife that they are hand made from the same manufacturer... well that's a lie, you look at the tags and 1 chair is made in Taiwan and the 2nd chair's manufacturer is Japan. In the pictures you can see the stitching is not the same the dimensions of the seat and the backrest is shorter than the other. So we had to wait 2 months for a tech to come and verify that they do not match... he finally comes and agrees that they do not match, he takes the information he needed for his report to send in... A month passes by, my wife and I reach out thinking that they should have received the engineer's reports... well sadly it has not been filed and we get passed to management.... The manager takes the report and says she will look into it and should hear back after a week..... 3 weeks later we hear nothing we have made several calls and texts during this time and it is falling on deaf ears.... I believe they are thinking we will give up... This will not happen!!! Now I will take my time and write a review every week for 2 weeks and after that I will write a review everyday till they make this right and send us 2 chairs that are exactly the same.

    The GM who can't handle his job and just takes peoples thousands and can sleep at night. Look at all the reviews of this place.

    If I could give a ZERO review, I would. Here is why-…read more 1. Delivery took 2 months - one was because of inclement weather, which I understand, but charged another delivery fee!!! Unbelievable. Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. Now definitely not and no more recommendations for them. Living spaces - do you ignore your reviews? They are very low, hope you get your act together. This is FRAUD.
