Service absolutely sucks. They don't value their customers at all. They lied when selling me my bed that I paid over $1000 for. Then i never received it and they refused to work with me after filing a police report. I have cameras on my porch for this exact reason. We recently moved to the area and needed several pieces of furniture. Cheri was terrific - not one of those pesty salespeople who escort you throughout the store. She showed us where to find specific things and let us browse on our own. They have many great selections on the floor, quick delivery with professional workers, and a helpful team of workers at the store! We purchased 5 items, all delivered perfectly! I will preface this by saying we love the quality of furniture we got from Ashley. We got our bedroom set there and we love it. I am giving this Ashley store a one star because of the horrendous customer service we received. I am not a complainer. I am a patient person and try to be understanding with sales people. I know sometimes things are out of their control. We ordered our furniture in the beginning of December. It is now mid March and we are just today getting our last piece. We have had one issue after another getting all our furniture delivered. And every time we'd call to check on status of our order they wouldn't have answers, they say they'd call back and then never would. It became so uncomfortable to keep calling back there but no one ever would return our calls. We paid for our order in full in December. We were still patient and nice enough about it but I cannot express how disappointed I am in the service we received. It's too bad, because it's a beautiful store and the furniture is amazing. It will be hard to go back in the future because after everything, they never even apologized. read more

Horrible experience...... We went for black friday and they advertising a couch for 500 dollars etc..... They open the doors at 7 we got there at 7:15.... It was no more than 8 people in the store. We look for help nobody is found... Finally we find someone who work there .... We ask for the couch and his anwser was.... oh we sold out, and he walk away .... Really you sold out in 15 min ? That was ridiculous.... I would buy another couch if he would help me ..... Never be back to that store .... read more

I ordered furniture back in the beginning of March. They gave me an estimated date of March 24th. I have called and they told me I should get rid of my old furniture because my new stuff should be delivered this week. Now they are saying my stuff is not even in yet. I am beyond heated. If I would have known this would have been a run around game, I would have just kept my old furniture. You guys have been giving me the run around since day 1. No one even bothered to contact me to let me know my stuff was on back order. I will never order through Ashley ever again. I wouldn't even give it a one star review at this point. read more

I bought a bed and chest. It was delivered without all the correct pieces so it couldn't be assembled. I was told they would order the missing pieces and return to put the bed together. A week went by and I didn't hear from them. The second week I called. I spoke to three different people and then was told to call their customer service office. I spoke to two people and was informed they would find the answer and call me back to schedule a time for them to assemble the bed. Three days passed and no return phone call. I called again and was redirected to customer service again. The customer service agent couldn't find anything to indicate the missing pieces were even ordered. She said she would look into the matter and call me back. I haven't heard back. Ridiculous. read more

The store is clean and the people are friendly. The problem is in the merchandise. We purchased two end tables. We were told it would be about one week for shipment due to not being in stock. It took 31 days. Now comes the fun. The items were in the warehouse and I went to pick them up after getting a form from the accounting area. The items were in two boxes. I assumed they would be assembled but that was a mistake on my part. Now you are allowed to examine them for deficiencies but if you do, you have to try and get everything in the box or risk damaging the item on the way home. I told the warehouse employee I did not want to risk any damage. He stated they could assemble each table for an extra forty dollars each. I already paid too much for the items so declined his offer. Now they make you sign a form stating you have declined to inspect the items. Any damage will have to be handled by you and the store and all return charges and fees will be your responsibility. Thanks a lot. I would suggest anyone looking for furniture you have to assemble go to a Blains Farm and Fleet, Theisens, Lowes, or any box store that sells furniture in a box. It will be cheaper and a lot easier to return. read more

I would have rated a zero star but that wasn't allowed. I ordered furniture from Blake at Ashley Furniture on 1/8/18. I was told this would be about 4-6 weeks for delivery. I was moving into a new home the 1st of February so this was perfect. Well at 4 weeks I called and was told would be another 2 weeks, fair enough it said 4-6 weeks. At that time Blake stated everything was in but the table top, Blake would try and source from another warehouse and call me back. Never heard from Blake. Well at 6 weeks called and was told that every thing was in but the table top. Blake would try and source from another warehouse but if he couldn't get one then definitely this would be in on Monday (1 more week). Well you guessed another week and another phone call. This time got another worker who stated that trucks never come in on Mondays only Tuesdays or Thursdays oh and by the way now the table top won't be in until the end of March! (this is another 4 weeks). I said this was unacceptable and wanted to know what was going to happen. I asked Blake to call me back and I wanted to speak with a manager. I was told Blake would call back in a few minutes and the manager would call the next day. I called another store 45 minutes away and within 2 hours the set was home in my house. I still hadn't heard from Blake after calling a second time. He finally called back and said he found a table in a few other stores. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. It's now the next day and still no phone call from the manager. I called a second time but the manager was busy. read more
