Coby is a great sales rep. He wasn't pushy at all. We walked in just to see what they had, hey let us know what sales were going on, and let us go about our shopping. Coby came back later and checked in, we had a few questions, he was very thorough. Great prices, sales, and even deals! If you need some furniture, go see Coby! read more

We visited the Ashley Columbia, MO store on July 28, 2024. Order #: 030D092922. They delivered the couch on August 6, 2024. The couch they attempted to deliver was Broken, yet they still tried to deliver it. We refused the delivery. We agreed to a second delivery attempt. The couch was delivered on August 12, 2024. The delivery team showed us that it was damaged. However, that evening, we discovered the inside frame or supports are damaged. We reported the damage the next day. They told us they could send a replacement again, on August 17, 2024. Again, the third delivery was broken. August 21, 2024, they tried again and failed us. After 4 attempts, they failed the Sales Contract. We have given them plenty of opportunities to deliver new and undamaged furniture. Not once have they been able to deliver such item. We immediately demanded a Full Refund due to their Breach of Contract and Failure. After weeks of sending emails, phone calls and store visits you are ignoring us and our legal rights. They failed our Contract, 4 times, and once we demanded a Full Refund. read more

Do not buy anything from Ashely if you like your money. They have horrible quality and customer service. Please check out Ashley furniture reviews on the better business bureau (BBB) and search for the groups on Facebook that have horrible service and issues with Ashely. This is an absolute horrible organization and even worse quality in their products. You will regret buying from them! Once you buy and it's delivered to your home you are stuck with it no matter what. Don't buy the extended warranty because they do not honor it!! Go spend your money at a small mom and pop furniture store that actually cares about you as a customer. read more

Why are you still charging me? This is RIDICULOUS. And how dare you send me a notice telling me that I should not dispute my charge again. First and foremost, I will do what I want, and I'm not going to let a scamming ass business tell me what to do. If I was trying to scam you, wouldn't you think I would quit after A WHOLE YEAR of dealing with this? Now ya'll just ignore me, just like I'm going to ignore this bogus charge. You guys are extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to your clientele. Not one person in this entire company has been helpful, no wonder you have a 1 star rating. Why in the hell would I pay you $30 a month when you never delivered my damn couch? And if you tell me one more time that "I signed so it was delivered" I'm going to blow my gasket. In this economy? I think not. Cease and desist coming to a store near you. read more

Ashley Store - Furniture Stores Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Had to spend $700+ on hotel rooms for my $300 bed frame to come with the wrong hardware and not be able to get to me for a whole week. If I wasn't in a wheelchair and had a bad back sleeping on the floor would have been fine but because of medical issues I need to sleep on a bed at night. Went to the store and best they could do is give me a metal frame... I do not have a box spring so putting my mattress right in there would void the warranty on it. Which they knew when they gave it to me. Also I cannot move my mattress on my own(again in a wheelchair and they knew that in the store) so I cannot even take it out of the box until the frame we ordered through the store is here and put together. It got here today (being a week late to begin with with no other sleeping options) and correct hardware but there needs to be a box spring. We asked the salesperson and the manager helping out SEVERAL TIMES if I needed a box spring and they said no. Again with the lies and deception with this store. I again now have unusable furniture because of this store. If you are getting new stuff for your kid for their first apartment make sure you have an air mattress or at least $3,000 to spend on hotel rooms for when they mess up your order. The delivery people are saying that every other delivery they are doing is coming with the wrong hardware so this is a company wide issue not just this location. Ashley sucks and will never be buying from this store or any other location ever again. Being generous with 2 stars because I did receive my dining room table with minimal issues and technically arrived 2 days early with only a 20 minute warning that delivery people were showing up with it. read more

Worse service that I ever experienced ever. My order took 4 months! Promised us initially 4-6 weeks. Have to contact them multiple times for official cancellation. Worst customer service! read more

Worst service ever. Promise after promise, with no results. We lost everything in our house due to a personal disaster. We thought we were doing the right thing by going to a "reputable" store. Boy were we wrong! Called this morning to make sure our stuff was on schedule for delivery. They replied yes. 15 mins later they cancel our order via text. Now I understand it is a bit slick out, but you would think they would at least get it to us this week when its warm, but no. They want to wait until January 28th! We have nothing to sleep on but the floor people! So then I go to get our money back and of course they say it will be 2 weeks to get that back... I've talked to countless people, and even said I'll take what's on the floor to sell. "That's against company policy". Well I hope all your shareholders see this. Because if this is really how your company runs. There shares will be worthless. We have nothing good to say other than the sale staff and floor manager have at least tried. Heck they even look like they are ready to walk out on this job. This company is treating us very badly, so I hope you think twice before going here. read more

So after waiting to finally receive my couch & half chair, the delivery came and after checking everything the couch has damage a tear in the upper part and a very noticeable stain on the arm of the couch, the delivery guy called right away and put me on the phone with customer service, the woman said "if you don't mind keeping the couch until we send a replacement", I said no problem, will I receive an email so I know it is being processed? She told name yes, well once again here I am waiting since Friday, Sept 30th, no email, no correspondence. Now what, this has been such a nightmare. Still waiting on credits for undeliverable bedding set and I also cancelled the 5 yr. Protection plan which was supposed to be credited as well. Why would I want to spend all that extra money when they couldn't get it right the first time. Refund me and send my replacement. read more

Ordered a bed in early June...said it would be delivered mid July....was actually delivered in September. Deliverers cracked the headboard because they used the wrong screws. Said they would get another one. Scheduled for delivery twice. 1st time was a no show. 2nd time they forgot to load on truck. Still waiting....customer service is a joke. The sales associate I had and the staff in the actual Columbia store are all very friendly. I also LOVE our couch and chair but getting it was something else! On November 27th we picked out and then ordered a couch and chair from the Columbia store. He stated it would be there on January 3rd and even though that was a pretty long wait, I decided it would be worth it and I understood because of COVID. Fast forward to the end of December and we get a text saying it will now be sometime in February!! I have talked to so many people that had the same thing happen to them. No one receives their furniture in the time they say and for everyone it takes 3-6 months. They know it is going to take longer but they tell you whatever they want to make the sale. They know if they were honest no one would buy furniture. I have talked to so many people that I am 100% convinced that the reviews left on google, yelp, etc are fake...maybe not all but most because there is no way there are that many positive reviews. Since it was now going to be February I called and requested they remove the delivery fee (which they did and I appreciate it BUT honestly $150 for delivery is ridiculous since I spent $2,000+ in the store and considering Overstock, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, and so on are free. Here it is now February 9th and it is FINALLY the delivery date for the couch. It gets to be past delivery window so my husband calls the corporate Ashley number and they state they tried to deliver to our old address (which I had already changed) and that they called us multiple times by both numbers and no one answered. No one ever even called us! The women on the phone said they would no longer deliver it that day and my husband said that was not acceptable and they needed to deliver it that day. When she refused he asked for a manager and she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HIM! (there was also another lady screaming in the background.) What kind of people to they have working here? He then decided to call the local Ashley and while he was on hold I decided to call the delivery number that they called from to confirm a delivery date to see who could get an answer fastest. They answered me right away and confirmed our address was correct and they never attempted to delivery to the wrong address and that whoever told me that was lying!! They said we were their last stop of the day and they would be there in 5 min!! We even asked the delivery drivers if they went to a different location and they said no! The delivery guys were very friendly and did a great job. I love our couch but I will never order anything from Ashley again due to their slow delivery times and horrible customer service. -Stephanie Chauvin read more

I bought bedroom furniture . Delivered on time, but one piece was defective. Called the number given to me and reported that day. I have been given the run around. Had the furniture in my home for 2 days then one of the main supports snapped as I sat down, I'm 150lbs btw. After numerous phone calls to support and waiting weeks for a return phone call finally someone from a company called SAW called me back, I missed the phone call so when I called them back it took 45 minutes for them to pick up and when they did they hung up on me. Called them back and the closest app was 2 months out. Never again will I buy Ashley. read more

A total nightmare. I ordered a couple couches and a recliner. They delivered the wrong models the first time but then said to keep them and they will replace with the right ones. They replaced two out of three weeks later but forgot to order the third replacement. The next delivery they sent the same wrong model that they had before. The fourth time they would not deliver and said I needed to reschedule. The fifth time I tried to get them to deliver, the day before the delivery I was called and told they they are not coming because the couch is on backorder and I needed to wait another few days. I now have another delivery for the couch but it remains to see if they get it right or if I ever get the couch I ordered nearly three months ago. I would not recommend dealing with a company that can not get things right after nearly three months and that has no respect for their customers' time. read more

Bless this store!!! My house is fully furnished with Ashley furniture. This is my second purchase with the Columbia, MO store. I have been waiting and watching for an item to come in stock for my little girl for Christmas. It has been out of stock forever. After begging and pleading the sweet employees talked their manager into selling me the floor model. I am beyond excited. My little girls heart is going to be so full when she wakes up in her new "princess bed" on Christmas morning. Every employee there is so helpful and nice. I love doing business with this store! Big shout out to Dennis, Chuck, & the assistant manager! Y'all are awesome! It's so nice of them to keep the Christmas spirits alive! Lawsuit time. I hope this store goes under. Seriously. There is constant issues, poor service, staff at the store are rude, ill informed, and they do not communicate well with the other staff regarding things that have already been discussed. They then essentially call you a liar implying that you don't know what you are talking about. It's been 4 months, and 5 visits and still I have not received a completed product. Negative Stars if possible -- Ashley Home Store -- Columbia, MO -- Once They get your line of credit approved or you give them money. Ashley doesn't care about you. We ordered furniture got a delivery date of Feb 23rd from 3-6pm. By 6:45pm nothing. No Phone Call no show. Called customer service # and got someone in Mexico, the country. Asked to talk to someone in the United States. They didn't know of a #. But the furniture was coming out of a St. Louis warehouse. I called 4 different times and by 8pm when the office hours closed the phone call got disconnected. So, I tried the first thing the next morning, No answer and the people in Mexico said that they can't deliver until next week. When my furniture was on the truck in Columbia the day prior. No phone call to cancel NOTHING. So, my husband and I went back to the store and talked with the store manager. He told us that he would send an email and get back to us when he heard something. Wait for it, WAIT, you guessed it, NO PHONE call from the store manager. Now March 2nd our furniture is delivered. Mind you -- what to do with old furniture sitting -- sitting outside all day because we moved it out that morning of Feb 23rd after I called to confirm the order was going to be here. So my husband and I moved the furniture out but not the mattress because we didn't have a trash pick up unit the following Monday. We had to call for a special pick up which cost extra money. So trash picked up a chair but no couch and mattress. Because I had no furniture to sit on, on Feb 24th we moved the old couch back into the house. So now I have to schedule another special trash pick up which is going to cost me extra money. So delivery of furniture is delivered on March 2nd -- delivery crew plugs in the love seat and says it has a weak motor and will have someone call to get a new unit delivered and should be getting a phone call within 48 to 72 hours. March 2nd is a Wednesday and 48 to 72 hours puts us into Saturday / Sunday. So I called Monday morning, March 7th. Was told no ticket was created. Well no one called. So now we have to have a service guy come out and inspect the furniture. We are supposed to get a call within 48 to 72 hours. People don't hold your breath. read more

My husband and I purchased a mattress in January. We were told that they will give us a call as to when the mattress will be delivered. It's now February 18th and we have not received a phone. I called this morning regarding the delivery date of our mattress. I spoke with the store manager and was told that our mattress will be delivered in April. OMG! Three months delivery date for a mattress? I asked to cancel the order and was told that I will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. I don't think this is legal. They never delivered my mattress and didn't tell me during the sale of the mattress the delivery date but they want to keep my money. If we were told during the sale that the mattress would take three months for a delivery we wouldn't have purchased it. Also, she called me rude because my voice got high after she told me that it's the store policy to charge the 10% cancelation. A cancellation fee for something they couldn't provide. After reading the comments, I don't think they will be in business long which is sad because we are from Arizona and we have purchased furniture from Ashley for 25 years and have never had any issues with them until now. Corporate needs to look into this store. read more

Ottoman to a couch that I purchased last April. Not even two years and this it what happens. It's not even something we sit on or gets moved around a lot and the stitching has completely pulled apart on one side. Purchased a 5 yr plan that won't cover it and they won't fix a faulty product after one year (which is not nearly long enough for furniture). Pretty disappointed that Ashley Furniture would not want to take care of a product that they sold that was obviously poor quality and certainly not cheap, when it isn't even two years old. read more

Ashley Store - Ottoman - Furniture Stores Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Two bad experiences with Ashley in the last 1.5 years. BUYER BEWARE!! First, we bought a "leather" motorized sofa and recliner from them in the summer of 2018. Also bought a 3 year extended warranty because we were told it would cover any issues with the fabric and motor. A month ago we noticed the surface was coming off the base. When I finally acquired a copy of the extended warranty, I was told it doesn't cover wear and tear and that since it had been over one year, the store wouldn't take it back or make amends. The warranty does not apply! Then today we finally had a king foam mattress delivered by them to our home and paid extra to have it delivered because they promised to takeby away our previous mattress and box Springs. When the delivery man arrived, he refused to take the old one away because it had "some "stains. We were NOT told it had to be stain free before they would remove it. BTW, What used mattress is totally stain free? I will never buy any furniture from ASHLEY again. They do not honor their promises and totally misrepresent themselves. read more

Horrible customer service. Mistake after mistake. And the worst part is, the store does not seem to care enough to make up for all of the inconvenience. We are still waiting for couches and dealing with this mess. Back story: My husband and I just moved back to Columbia in November and needed some couches for our main living space. This was our first actual couch purchase and we were so excited about it, hoping it would be a good experience as well. We had shopped around and decided on a couch and loveseat from Ashley Home Store. We were sitting on the exact couch we wanted to purchase (also in the color we wanted) while the salesman Nicholas rang us up. It's not everyday you make a big purchase like this and when you do, you hope it is done right. We were already a little upset that there was no free delivery since all of the other furniture stores around seemed to offer that once your purchase hit over $1,000. We were then told the couch could not be delivered for a few weeks, which was longer than we thought seeing as it wasn't a custom make, but we agreed. 3 weeks later, the couches came in the wrong color so we had to stop the delivery men and they had to load it back into the truck. We learned later that the sales floor tags had been marked incorrectly with the couch we wanted...where is the quality check of the salesman when ringing someone up? After all, we were sitting on the very couch style and color we wanted. I spoke with a lady over the phone briefly who advised me to call the local store the following Monday. This is where the even worse customer service began. We spoke with Evan, the store manager at the local Columbia branch, and explained what had happened and that we were upset. We asked about getting some sort of compensation for this hassle and to refund the delivery fee. He agreed to refund the delivery fee since we had no couches delivered, but laughed when I asked about further compensation. We asked to speak with his boss and still have yet to hear from him after multiple follow ups. We expressed that we really need the couches shortly after Christmas as we have people staying at our house and one person will be sleeping on our couch (that we don't have yet). We have since had multiple conversations with Evan and he had said he would try to have the couches delivered that following Tuesday or Wednesday, but we never heard from the delivery people, his boss, or even an email from Evan communicating the delay. We continued to reach out and then he finally said we could get them delivered most likely on Friday, December 27th. So then we get a text saying they will be delivered December 28th, but we will be at a wedding that day, so yet again, the plan has changed and this day will not work. I am hoping we can change the delivery date and that they come in the right color and couch. This is ridiculous and I believe we are owed some sort of compensation. It's been a lot of back and forth like this for the past few weeks and we are tired of it and ready to have our couches. We still have yet to hear from Evan's boss and never got a call back from Evan today. To be continued... read more

Spent over $4000 on furniture over the Memorial Day Weekend and was told that we could expect it to be delivered by July 10th (but the sales rep, Christian, told me that that would be the latest date). That seemed pretty far away, but I liked the furniture and thought it would be worth the wait. July 3rd rolls around and I receive a text saying my order has been delayed and won't be delivered until after August 3rd. Giving me a week's notice to let me know I won't be getting my furniture on time seems unethical to me considering I am already in my new home and don't have furniture. I went in to the store and the person at the customer service desk (I think her name is Breonna or Breanna or something similar) was very understanding and helpful. I'm really grateful for that. She assured me that she would work on it and see if she could get my stuff delivered sooner. If I had not heard from her by July 8th, I should call back. I called back to the store via their local number and pressed whatever button connects you with customer service. The person I got connected with told me part of my order (dresser, chest of drawers, and coffee table) would be delivered on July 17th and the rest on July 24th. July 17th rolls around and I had yet to hear a word about my delivery. So I call in again and they tell me that the order was all delayed because they only thing ready was part of the bed. Apparently, they were supposed to text me about this delay and they forgot to do so. Turns out, I had been talking to a customer service rep from their call center in Tennessee and not the CoMo location. Call center rep was also very apologetic and gave me instructions on how to get through to the CoMo location. So I get re-connected with the woman at the CoMo store and she says that the coffee table, dresser, and chest of drawers are at the distribution center and she would reach out to them and see if they can get it delivered. I called back later that day to check back in and she had left for the day. She called me back July 18th and asked if her co-worker had gotten ahold of me like she asked them to before she left. Nobody ever called me. Now, apparently, the couch and love seat are ready to be picked up but nothing else is ready. I'm not sure why they think I'm able to pick up a couch and love seat, we've never discussed picking up furniture ever. I can't fit it in my car. I asked if the rest of the furniture would be delivered the 24th then and she said that there was a problem with the order because of a mistake that was made on their end. At this point I am supremely fed up and start looking for furniture elsewhere. I go to a store called Weekend's Only in St. Louis and find bedroom furniture that I like. I buy it and pick it up the next day. I called Ashley back to cancel the bedroom set which went smoothly and they didn't try to convince me otherwise. We ended up keeping the sofa and loveseat because one was supposedly set to be delivered August 4th (a Tuesday, the day I'm writing this) and the other the following week. I'm told that they will refund the rest of my order that I cancelled by the following Monday (July 27th) and that has not shown up on my account yet... On July 28th I got a text asking me to choose what day I want my order delivered. I chose today, Tuesday, August 4th. I am then told I'll be contacted 48 hours before delivery and given a 3 hour time frame that I can expect my furniture to show up. I never got that time frame and did not hear from Ashley after that. So my deliver day rolls around and I still have not heard anything. I call in and they tell me "if you didn't get the time frame sent to you, it's not going to be delivered that day." That would have been awesome to know but instead I had to reach out to them to find out my furniture delivery had been delayed AGAIN. Breanna was very apologetic and told me that the store employees are just as confused because this seems to be a problem with the actual manufacturing of the furniture and that they were not aware that I was not being told my furniture was being delayed either. At this point, I am keeping my order open on the off chance my furniture gets delivered but I am also actively looking for a sofa and loveseat elsewhere. I know that this problem is not necessarily due to the Columbia location's negligence beyond them selling me furniture that wasn't available in the first place. But, I am hoping that people will read this review (and the others) and understand that this place is not worth the time, stress, and especially not the money. Please take your business somewhere more reliable. Weekend's Only has been really great to work with if you're in the St. Louis area. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I am never stepping foot in an Ashley homestore again and ordering from them was a huge mistake. My husband and I went in the day the Columbia store opened to the public from Covid which was May 4th. We ordered a $2000 couch full amount upfront with our debit card. Our first delivery date was mid June, but we didn't need the furniture until July 31st (we are moving into a new house July 30th). They set the delivery for mid June and told us to call closer to mid June to reschedule it for July 31st and that it would be no problem. When we tried to do this we couldn't get ahold of anyone! Not the store, or the company customer service number, no one for days. So my husband had to go into the store and get the delivery date changed to July 31st, we thought there would be no issue, we were wrong. Then I get a text a couple weeks ago saying that our furniture is estimated to arrive AUGUST 21st! That leaves us almost a month in our new house with no furniture, after having an original delivery of mid June. We gave them plenty of time to get our couch to us. I started looking at reviews for Ashley homestore and there's an entire Facebook group with thousands of people in it dedicated to Ashley homestore complaints! Basically they are selling more furniture than they have in stock, and making delivery date promises that they know will never happen. I wish I could say this is a Covid issue, but Ashley homestore has been doing this to people for years. They take your money and lie lie lie. People have said their furniture shows up damaged and broken and takes forever to get a replacement. I tried to call the store about the August 21st text and couldn't get a hold of a manager, I was told she would call me back and I waited around for 4 hours after calling multiple times. Finally my husband called and she just so happened to answer. they said they would "rush" our order and our new delivery date is July 31st, but after seeing the terrible complaints in the Facebook group we decided to go into the store and get things sorted once and for all. The employee straight up told us the furniture wouldn't even be ready until the end up August, so the July 31st "rushed" delivery date was a lie. We ended up canceling our order and luckily got our refund in a timely manner, only because I reported their company to the attorney general for taking people's money for product they know they don't have. They fill more orders than are available and lie about delivery. They deliver damaged bad quality furniture (from what I've seen other say). Please save yourself the hassle and do support this company!!! Also want to add that our couch was out of stock online, and randomly went in stock, and when we were at the store cancelling our order she said one piece of the couch was available, and that's why it says in stock. Even their website is lying. They will let you purchase a couch that has one piece available, and probably 100s of other people in line to get it Please don't buy from here, you will regret it. I wish I saw the reviews sooner read more

I can't even begin to express my frustration with Ashley's handling of my furniture delivery. First my delivery was scheduled and I requested a certain timeframe. I was told that would be fine and when the day arrived, they called and left a message an hour before the predetermined time. I quickly left my work and rushed home while on hold trying to reach a rep to tell them I was on my way, but was on hold for 45 minutes before I got through to someone who told me the delivery people had left when I wasn't home. He told me that the person who promised me a certain time had been incorrect. We had already thrown out our bedroom furniture the weekend prior and was living out of tubs and laundry bins. We were leaving in two days for a 9 day trip. The person I spoke to on the phone said he's see about the delivery the next day in the same timeframe. I took off work again to be there for the entire window. No call and no show. I called again and they hadn't brought my furniture that day to town. So now we couldn't get the delivery until after our vacation because they only deliver certain days of the week. That was the first time I was promised that the delivery fee would be refunded. I spoke to the salesman and let him know when we would be back in town, but the delivery people continually called me while I was on vacation trying to confirm for a time we wouldn't be home. I had to finally call and complain for the calls to stop. I mean multiple calls an hour. When my furniture was finally delivered, one piece was broken. I contacted the rep again to get that fixed and went to the store to show him the piece. A door latch was broken and I brought pictures. He placed a request for a technician and they called while I was still in the store. They told me that I needed to send them pictures of how the piece was supposed to look instead of just the broken pictures. The sales rep instructed me not to do that and let them take responsibility for fixing the issue. He assured me again that I would be getting a refund of the $200 delivery fee and even showed me that he was typing the refund in my file. The technicians had to order the part and have it delivered to our address to fix. A month later the piece shows up and I call the number to schedule a fix and tell them that the refund never processed. They schedule the repair and say they see nothing in my file about a refund. I got pretty frustrated since I had been lied to about the refund after all the stress. The customer service rep said he was going to put me on hold to see what he could do. After a few minutes of being on hold I was hung up on. I call back and get a different person who says they can't schedule my repairs and there's nothing in my file about someone having just told me it was scheduled and there's no way to figure out who I was talking to, even though all their calls are recorded. So here it is two months after the first scheduled delivery and I still don't have a complete furniture set. I've been lied to and given the run around. The customer service is a joke and I'd rather learn how to build furniture myself than EVER deal with them again. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Only our second purchase from the Ashley store - sales personnel were friendly, efficient and had a good working knowledge of the stock. Financing process was fairly effortless and we do appreciate the 12/0 plan. We thought the delivery costs were excessive but we had no other options. All in all it was a good experience but certainly nothing beyond what we were expecting. We would do business with them again when the need arises. read more

I've purchased from Ashley HomeStore in St. Louis multiple times. We moved to Columbia in June, and purchased a sectional (well above $3,000) on June 6. We were told with COVID-19, delivery was off but would be 3-5 weeks. Here we are, July 17th, and we get a text update saying delivery is expected for August 25th. We have a one and half year old, and a newborn due July 27th, and we have zero family room furniture. When asked about the delivery, they couldn't even guarantee it would come then and said it could be September for all they know, but in the mean time offered us a loveseat to use. That doesn't seem like a compensation for an expensive sectional. read more

Before you buy at the Ashley store in Columbia, check the web site. You can find the same item for much less. I bought a table in the store and my sister bought the exact same table for $150 less on the web site. The store manager said too bad, he couldn't do anything about it. I learned my lesson the hard and expensive way. read more

Worst furniture shopping experience ever! Bought my furniture Black Friday and received "major discounts". Make sure you google the items for price match before you buy. The best deal offered is not the best deal they have. We were told our furniture would arrive Dec. 23. Two days prior my delivery date was delayed. The date became delayed 3 more times in two months. Not everyone has that many days off to take vacation. Needless to say we have bought furniture elsewhere since and have had great luck! Will never shop there again! read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a couch in September and was told it is on back order with a delivery date tentative for 6 weeks. The week before it was to be delivered I went into the store to check the status hoping maybe it was in stock sooner. Nope. Would actually still be another two weeks. Yes I get that it was on back order and we're dealing with COVID but the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service at this store is terrible. Any time you call, no one answers. I was told that the delivery would be in November when I would be out of town. I asked to change the delivery date to the next weekend. Well due to circumstances out of my control I now can be available for the original date. I called and asked that since it would be in stock if they could deliver it then? Nope. DO NOT USE THIS ASHLEY HOMESTORE!! read more

We have looked at Ashley several times over the years and have never purchased anything; primarily because we thought them too expensive. We left there today for the last time, again without a purchase, due to their staff. We were looking at beds and were not impressed with the first salesperson, who apparently was a manager. However, we were even less impressed with the clerk who stepped in when the manager was called away. He attempted to convince us of his sincerity on a product by saying, "I'm not just blowing smoke up your butt." Totally inappropriate and disrespectful. We have visited Ashley for the last time. read more

Ashley homestore is an absolute joke. we went in 4 weeks ago and after they ran my credit and finding out they couldnt finance me because i lived out of a certain radius. My fiance and i decided to back out of the deal entirely. she was financed for the powerbase and i was working on the mattress no needing to have one without the other. after the sales man told me they could get me under a 100 dollar payment it was going tobe 250 every two weeks. and they took my deposit of 100 dollars and i still havent recieved a refund. I get the run around everytime they call and it's ridiculous. i will not recommend them too anyone and i will be contacting corporate. read more

After calling on a warranty that was purchased on furniture 2 years ago I was unable to get through at the 1-573-777-1234 number (I called 3 times). I finally reached the store manager "Tara" who told me "their phones had been ringing all morning and she personally answered every one of them..... right. After trying to explain my situation she continued to speak over me and wouldn't let me talk. When I asked her to stop speaking over me, she blew up starting cursing at me and told me that SHE would not be verbally abused!!!! I'm still waiting to hear back from the corporate office and will be letting them know also how their franchise owners treat their customers. I would NEVER buy from them again. read more

We purchased $4800 of bedroom furniture only to have repeat broken parts from poor quality. They put us off until the warranty was over, then lied about the extended warranty. Just a heads up, that warranty only covers scratches and finish not breaks. The delivery guys ruined our carpet and the company has our money and doesn't care. I would never send anyone here. read more

Terrible service!! Walked around the store for 15 minutes. Finally got asked if I had been helped, had a few questions about 15 minutes later walked by the desk hoping to be helped! Even though I didn't engage anyone no one looked at me or said HELLO!!! So I walked around the store a bit more for about 10 minutes hoping someone would help me, still no help!! I left! I will never step foot in there again! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My husband bought me a new leather recliner from this store, paid for it up front. They told us they would call us and we could pick it up on the 14th. On the 14th my husband called them, oh, the chair was on back order it would be here no later than the 24th. Again, my husband called them on the 24th and again, no chair, this time they said it would be here by the 8th! No one ever called us to tell us there were problems with the order, it was on back order. So we cancelled our order and were told there was a 10% "restocking fee" !!! HOW DO YOU CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVED? When my husband asked this question it was the ONLY TIME they called us and the manager told us it was their cancellation policy...So for this $60.00 I am writing my review of this store EVERYWHERE and just telling anyone who will listen. read more

I was GUARANTEED that my table and chairs would he delivered by Thanksgiving. They get to my house the 2 days before Thanksgiving and the delivery driver asks if they've told me the bad news?!....what??? They didn't have my TABLE!!! So I get on the phone and ask to try to get the table on the delivery the next day and they tell me they will try their hardest... Call the next day and get told they have it scheduled for DECEMBER 10th now!!! WHAT?! So I had my whole family over for Thanksgiving with NO TABLE!! I was fuming so I call and just cancel the whole order and ask for a refund. They tell me that's fine and it'll be 5-7 business days... annoying they instantly can take the money from you but takes a week to give it back!!! Call to check today on the progress and they tell me they JUST ISSUED the return TODAY and it will be refunded in 5-7 business days... So not only did I not have a table for Thanksgiving...it is going to be 2 weeks before I even get my money back!!!!! Not to mention I ordered my table and chairs at the beginning of November!!! I will never do business here again and HIGHLY recommend you don't either!!!!! read more

Bought a living room set for a lot of money. Did the 5 year financing. I look it up online for the measurements cause we wanted to re arrange. The set was half price less then what I paid so I called them trying to get the same price as online. They said I cant do it cause I got the 5 year financing but if I could of paid the online price I wouldn't need the 5 years. I also called the store 5 times before they would finally give me an answer. The delivery company called and said they would be bring my stuff on Friday so we got rid of our old furniture but when the delivery came it was only the love seat. Called them again they said it was a mix up and they would take off $150 off my purchase. Now we only have a loveseat for a month. I will never do business here again. I suggest everyone just stay away from these scam artists. read more
